जन संवाद में डोर स्टेप डिलीवरी की हो रही है तारीफ

प्रदेश संयोजक गोपाल राय के नेतृत्त्व में आम आदमी पार्टी द्वारा की जा रही जन संवाद यात्रा के तहत आज कृष्ण नगर में जन संवाद का आयोजन किया गया। जिसमें विधायक एस. के. बग्गा समेत सैकड़ो की तदाद में कृष्णा नगर विधानसभा के निवासियों ने हिस्सा लिया। आज की जनसंवाद दिल्ली सरकार की लोकप्रिय योजना डोर स्टेप डिलीवरी पर केंद्रित रही

डोर स्टेप डिलीवरी की शुरुआत पिछले साल दस सितम्बर को हुई थी। जिसके तहत दिल्ली के लोगों को सरकारी दफ्तरों से बनाये जाने वाले तमाम तरह के कागजातों को घर बैठे बनवाने की सुविधा मिली। शुरू में इस योजना से सिर्फ 40 सेवाओं को ही जोड़ा गया था लेकिन आज इसके तहत दिल्ली की विभिन्न सरकारी दफ्तरों से बनाये जाने वाले 70 सेवाओं को रखा गया है। जिसमें मुख्य रूप से ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, जाति प्रमाणपत्र नए वाटर कनेक्शन आदि शामिल हैं।

एक व्यक्ति ने बताया कि इस योजना से समय की बचत हो रही है। उनके अनुसार पहले सरकारी कागजातों को बनवाने के सरकारी दफ्तरों के महीनों चक्कर लगाने पड़ते थे लेकिन आज वे सारे काम सिर्फ एक फोन कॉल से हो जाते हैं ।

वहां मौजूद एक बुजुर्ग ने बताया कि डोर स्टेप डिलीवरी से सबसे ज्यादा फायदा शारीरिक रूप से अक्षम और बुजुर्ग व्यक्तियों को हो रहा है। हम जैसे लोगों के लिए सरकारी दफ्तरों की दौड़ लगाना आसान नहीं था। लेकिन डोर स्टेप डिलीवरी जैसी योजनाओं से पता चलता है कि सरकार को हम जैसे लोगों की भी फिक्र है।

कई लोगों ने माना कि इस योजना से भ्रष्टाचार पर लगाम लगी है। उनका कहना था कि दलालों को पैसे दिए बगैर सरकारी दफ्तरों से कागजात बनवाना आसान नहीं था। एक महिला ने तो यहां तक कहा कि सरकारी दफ्तरों में जान बूझकर स्लो काम होते थे ताकि हम दलालों के पास जाएं और वे हमसे मनमाने पैसे वसूल करें। केजरीवाल ने डोर स्टेप डिलीवरी की योजना लाकर उन सभी दलालों की दुकान बंद करा दी।

वहां बैठे एक व्यक्ति ने सवाल किया कि आम आदमी पार्टी सिर्फ गरीबों के लिए काम कर रही है इस पर गोपाल राय ने जवाब दिया कि हमारी सरकार सबके लिए काम कर रही है आज हम जिस डोर स्टेप डिलीवरी की बात कर रहें है इससे सबका फायदा होगा, सबके समय, श्रम और पैसे की बचत होगी। साथ ही गोपाल राय ने यह भी बताया कि इस साल के अंत तक डोर स्टेप डिलीवरी में हम 30 और सेवाएं जोड़ने जा रहे हैं।

जन संवाद के दौरान कृष्णा नगर विधानसभा क्षेत्र में 37 मंडल प्रभारियों को नियुक्ति पत्र सौंपे गए। साथ ही बहुत सारे लोगों ने पार्टी की सदस्यता भी ग्रहण की।

Doorstep Delivery gathering huge praises during Jan Sanvaad

‘Jan sanvaad yatra’ being organized Under the leadership of Delhi unit chief Gopal Rai on the 13th day took place in Krishna Nagar constituency. Meeting was attended in large numbers by residents, MLA S.K Bagga and other party workers. Today’s Jan Sanvaad was focused on popular policy of doorstep delivery.

Doorstep delivery was launched last year on 10th December. Under this policy documents being made under many services in delhi government offices could be made via a phone call sitting at their home. Initially this service was available on for 40 services but now it is available for 70 services where major services under this policy are driving license, caste certificate, new water line etc.

One person said that under doorstep delivery scheme he is able to save a lot of time. Earlier residents had to face long ques waiting for hours to get there work done but now the same work can be done according to appointment booked as per our convenience on phone call.

A senior citizen present at Jan Sanvaad said that the biggest beneficiaries of doorstep delivery services are physically challenged and senior citizens as they cannot go to government offices again and again for a small work. Schemes like doorstep delivery help us realize that government is concerned about senior citizens as well. One female said to the extent that earlier work used to be done slow deliberately so that common public should go to touts to get their work done fast but doorstep delivery has helped in shutting shops of those touts. Many people agreed to the fact that doorstep delivery has helped in decreasing corruption at Delhi government offices. They said earlier work could not have been done without giving money to touts.

One person questioned that Aam Aadmi Party is working only for poor and on this Gopal Rai explained that Aam Aadmi Party is working for citizens of all class. Schemes like doorstep delivery help poor and rich save time equally. These schemes help in saving time, labour and money of all citizens. Gopal Rai also added that by yearend Aam Aadmi Party government is going to add 30 new schemes under doorstep delivery scheme.

During the programme 37 Mandal Prabhari of Krishna Nagar constituency were given their letter of appointment. Along with the same a large section of crowd also took the membership to Aam Aadmi Party.
