Today, AAP MLA Shri Dilip Pandey held a high level meeting with the officials from Municipal Corporation of Delhi, Fire Department and Tata Power DDL to discuss the recent episode of fire in a coaching centre and assess the safety measures as well as building and fire safety norms.
He instructed the officials to strictly ensure that all commercial establishments are following building plus fire safety procedures. Expressing his grave concern on the recent fire incident in the coaching centre in Mukherjee Nagar. He mentioned that all concerned departments under the Delhi Government were quick to respond thus preventing any unwarranted situation from happening.
Emphasising on the appeal of CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal, he instructed all the departments to work together and make sure that no child goes through such a painful experience in the future. He suggested that all departments should come together to take appropriate measures and ensure that such incidents don’t happen in the future.
