The Delhi Government under the leadership of CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal is committed towards uplifting all sections of the society. Through its policies, the government is ensuring that the ambit of its schemes reach every citizen. In this context, Social Welfare Minister Shri Raaj Kumar Anand instructed department officials to raise awareness among the residents of Delhi of the schemes implemented by the department, so that more people can come forward and avail the benefits of the scheme that has been planned for them by the Delhi Government. A review meeting in this regard was held on Friday and senior officials of the department were given instructions to reach out to the residents of Delhi. Shri Raaj Kumar Anand also asked the officials to prepare a new plan to ensure the successful implementation of the schemes for the benefits of citizens and work towards removing all the bottlenecks in the implementation of schemes of the department. He also said that under the able leadership of Delhi Chief Minister Shri Arvind Kejriwal, the Delhi government is working in the interest of the public with full honesty and hard work. The officials were also told that no laxity in the implementation of the departmental schemes will be tolerated by the Delhi government.
On Friday, Social Welfare Minister Shri Raaj Kumar Anand held a review meeting of departmental schemes at the Delhi Secretariat and took note of the department’s capital project and its budget and expenditure. He also enquired about the facilities provided in Old Age Homes along with all the schemes of the department. He said that the department also needs to work on new schemes and ensure that the schemes planned by the Delhi government reach as many people in the city as possible. The meeting was attended by senior officers of the department, including the secretary and director of the department, and Shri Raaj Kumar Anand said that the benefits of old age and other pension schemes should reach a maximum number of people, and he directed the officials to issue the pension on time.
Shri Raaj Kumar Anand also asked the senior officials to ensure that there are no obstacles in the implementation of departmental schemes and to address any issue raised by the public at the earliest. He further said that the department needs to take along all the people in Delhi who require assistance from the state government. Instructing the officers, he said that the information about the schemes of the Social Welfare Department should be conveyed to every citizen of Delhi. This will ensure that the schemes planned for the citizens reach out to as many people as possible. Shri Raaj Kumar Anand said that various mediums including advertisements should be used for this purpose. Apart from this, more schemes should be planned by the department to reach out to more residents of Delhi. He also said that the Delhi government under the able leadership of Shri Arvind Kejriwal is committed to providing better facilities to the people of Delhi.

समाज कल्याण विभाग अपनी विभिन्न योजनाओं के प्रति दिल्ली वासियों को जागरूक करेगी, ताकि ज़्यादा से ज़्यादा लोग योजनाओं का लाभ उठा सके। इस संबंध में आज समाज कल्याण मंत्री राजकुमार आनंद ने विभाग की योजनाओं का जायज़ा लिया और विभाग के अधिकारियों को नई योजना तैयार के निर्देश दिए ताकि स्वास्थ्य और शिक्षा विभाग की तरह अब समाज कल्याण विभाग भी अपनी योजनाओं के सफल कार्यान्वयन को लेकर जाना जाए। समाज कल्याण मंत्री राजकुमार आनंद ने कहा कि हम सभी को अड़चनों को दूर कर योजनाओं के कार्यवन्यन को गति देनी होगी और सभी को साथ मिलकर विभागीय काम को आगे बढ़ाना होगा। सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल जी के कुशल नेतृत्व में दिल्ली सरकार पूरी ईमानदारी और मेहनत से जनहित के काम कर रही है। इसलिए विभागीय योजनाओं के कार्यान्यवन में किसी तरह की कोताही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी।
दिल्ली के समाज कल्याण मंत्री राजकुमार आनंद ने शुक्रवार को दिल्ली सचिवालय में विभागीय योजनाओं की समीक्षा बैठक की। बैठक में कैबिनेट मंत्री ने विभाग के कैपिटल प्रोजेक्ट से लेकर उसका बजट और व्यय के बारें में जानकारी हासिल की। उन्होंने विभाग के सभी योजनाओं के साथ ओल्ड एज होम्स में दी जाने वाली सुविधाओं की भी जानकारी लीं। कैबिनेट मंत्री राजकुमार आनंद ने कहा कि विभाग को नई योजनाओं पर भी काम करने की ज़रूरत है। जिससे समाज कल्याण विभाग की योजनाओं का ज़्यादा से ज़्यादा दिल्लीवासियों को फ़ायदा पहुँचें। उन्होंने ओल्ड एज और अन्य पेंशन योजनाओं का लाभ ज़्यादा से ज़्यादा लोगो तक पहुँचने पर जोर देते हुए समय से पेंशन जारी करने का निर्देश दिया। इस दौरान विभाग के सचिव और डायरेक्टर सहित सभी वरिष्ठ अधिकारी मौजूद रहें।
समाज कल्याण मंत्री राजकुमार आनंद ने कहा कि हम सभी को विभाग में आने वाली अड़चनों को दूर कर सभी को साथ लेकर विभागीय काम को आगे बढ़ाना होगा। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि समाज कल्याण विभाग की योजनों की जानकारी दिल्ली के हर नागरिक तक पहुँचाई जाए। जिससे दिल्लीवासियों को लाभ मिलेगा। इसके लिए विज्ञापन समेत अन्य माध्यमों का सहारा लिया जाए। इसके साथ ही दिल्लीवासियों के लिए विभाग में नई योजनाएं भी बनाएंगे। जिससे कि अधिक से अधिक दिल्ली वासियों को लाभ मिल सके। हम मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल के नेतृत्व में दिल्ली वासियों को बेहतर सुविधा देने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है।
