The Aam Aadmi Party thrashed BJP for displaying utter shamelessness and crossing all the limits of human indecency by leaking CCTV footage of Shri Satyendar Jain receiving physiotherapy after undergoing treatment for spine injury inside the Tihar Jail. Reacting to the breach of privacy of the seemingly ill cabinet minister, AAP Senior Leader & Deputy CM Shri Manish Sisodia lashed out at the BJP for making a mockery of the ailments of Shri Satyendar Jain in willful disobedience of court orders. He said, “Sensing its defeat in upcoming elections, BJP has stooped so low that it is shamelessly mocking the health ailment of Shri Satyendar Jain. Shri Satyendar Jain fell in prison and suffered a spine injury; doctors recommended routine physiotherapy after two operations but BJP has made fun of Satyendar Jain’s ailment by leaking video of him receiving therapy. Deputy CM Shri Manish Sisodia said, “BJP has kept Shri Satyendar Jain in prison in a frivolous case for the past six months by hatching a conspiracy against him. As if that was not enough that today BJP has stooped so low by wrongfully leaking the CCTV video of a person who is suffering from an ailment and receiving the necessary treatment. They are framing fancy stories around it to mock his ailment. I don’t think that there could have been any other party in the country’s history which would have come down to a level where they would make fun of someone’s ailment in such a gross and vile manner.”
He continued, “Anybody can fall sick in this country. Even the Prime Minister can fall sick and he would also need treatment. A common man can fall ill and so can a person living in prison. All of them would need treatment. But only BJP can do such an indecent act of releasing videos of his treatment. It is only BJP’s forte to do politics on someone’s ailments and treatment they need. No other party except BJP can do this.”
He added, “Shri Satyendar Jain has been in prison for the past six months. I am putting this on record in front of everyone that during his time in prison, he fell and his spine got injured. His L5-S1 vertebrae or L5-S1 disk got damaged. As per his medical records, his nerves got pinched and he was hospitalised. He underwent two surgeries through which nerve blocks were implanted. While discharging him from the hospital, doctors recommended that he need regular physiotherapy. When he was receiving physiotherapy, these people took a video of it and now they are making fun of him. Don’t you feel ashamed?”
Shri Manish Sisodia said, “On one hand, you have kept him in prison in a frivolous case by hatching a conspiracy and when he got injured & was receiving physiotherapy after the operation, you are making a mockery of his treatment. You are doing all this because you are about to lose the elections. You have sensed defeat in Gujarat and MCD elections. You want to win the elections by making a mockery of Shri Satyendar Jain’s ailment. Nothing can be more indecent than this. This is such a cheap mentality.”
He asserted, “However, only BJP can stoop to unimaginable lows. We cannot expect even a shred of human decency from BJP. You have misused your power and position to send him behind bars. You have changed courts, judges and lawyers and when all your tactics failed, you have resorted to a cheap tactic of leaking video of his ailment to mock him. BJP leaders should feel ashamed.”
Shri Manish Sisodia concluded, “You can pick a video from any jail in any part of the country. A person who is behind bars has a right to receive treatment and therapy can be recommended to him. You will find some prisoner receiving the same treatment once you access a video from any jail in any part of the country. The court instructed the ED to ensure that this video should not be leaked. Yet the video was leaked to give effect to BJP’s conspiracy to make a mockery of Shri Satyendar Jain’s ailment. This is willful disobedience of the court’s order. We will take action on this separately.”

एमसीडी और गुजरात चुनावों में आम आदमी पार्टी से मिलने जा रही करारी शिकस्त से भाजपा इतने खौफ में है कि अब चुनाव लड़ने के लिए नीचता पर उतर चुकी है| भाजपा ने अपनी बर्बरता और साजिशों के तहत आम आदमी पार्टी के वरिष्ट नेता सत्येंद्र जैन को पिछले 6 महीनों से जेल में तो बंद कर ही रखा है लेकिन अब जेल में उन्हें डॉक्टरों के सुझाव से मिल रही फिजियोथेरेपी का वीडियो जारी कर भाजपा सत्येंद्र जैन की बीमारी और उन्हें मिल रहे इलाज का मजाक बना रही है| शनिवार को आम आदमी पार्टी के वरिष्ठ नेता व दिल्ली के उपमुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया ने एक प्रेस-कांफ्रेंस के दौरान ये बातें कही| वरिष्ठ नेता मनीष सिसोदिया ने कहा कि देश के इतिहास में पहली बार कोई पार्टी चुनाव जीतने के लिए इतनी नीचता और घटिया हरकत पर उतर आई है कि वो किसी व्यक्ति की बीमारी का क्रूरता से मजाक बना रही है| उन्होंने बताया कि जेल में गिरने से सत्येंद्र जैन की रीढ़ में इंजरी हुई थी और दो ऑपरेशन के बाद डॉक्टर ने उन्हें नियमित रूप से फिजियोथेरेपी करने की सलाह दी थी| थेरेपी की जरुरत किसी को भी हो सकती है लेकिन उसका मजाक बनाना बहुत ही घटिया हरकत है|
“आप” के वरिष्ठ नेता मनीष सिसोदिया ने बताया कि कोर्ट ने ईडी को निर्देश दे रखे हैं कि इस वीडियो को जारी नहीं किया जायेगा, लेकिन कोर्ट के आदेशों की अवमानना करते हुए उसका उल्लंघन करते हुए भाजपा ने अपनी साजिश को कामयाब करने के लिए सत्येंद्र जैन की वीडियो को गलत तरीके से जारी किया और उनका मजाक बनाया| यह कोर्ट के आदेश का उल्लंघन है और हम इसपर कारवाई करेंगे|
“आप” के वरिष्ठ नेता मनीष सिसोदिया ने कहा कि भाजपा ने पिछले 6 महीने से अपनी साजिशों और एजेंसियों का दुरूपयोग करते हुए सत्येंद्र जैन को झूठे मुक़दमे में जेल में बंद कर रखा है| लेकिन भाजपा का मन इससे भी नहीं भरा और अब भाजपा इतनी घटिया हरकत पर उतर आई है कि किसी व्यक्ति की बीमारी का और बीमारी में दिए जा रहे इलाज का सीसीटीवी फुटेज गलत तरीके से बाहर निकाल कर उसकी बीमारी का मजाक बना रही है| भाजपा द्वारा किसी की बीमारी का मजाक बनाकर हारा हुआ चुनाव जीतने की कोशिश की जा रही है। इससे घटिया हरकत और कुछ नहीं हो सकता। यह हरकत भाजपा के अलावा और कोई नहीं कर सकता है|
“आप” के वरिष्ठ नेता मनीष सिसोदिया ने कहा कि देश के इतिहास में यह पहली बार है कि कोई पार्टी इतनी नीचता और इतनी घटिया हरकत पर उतर कर किसी व्यक्ति की बीमारी का इतनी क्रूरता से मजाक बना रही है| कोई भी बीमार हो सकता है। चाहे वो देश का प्रधानमंत्री हो, कोई आम आदमी हो या जेल में बंद कोई व्यक्ति हो| बीमार पड़ने पर उसे इलाज की जरुरत पड़ सकती है, लेकिन किसी के इलाज का, किसी की बीमारी का मजाक बनाते हुए उसकी वीडियो जारी करने की घटिया हरकत करना केवल और केवल बीजेपी ही कर सकती है| यह नीचता और गिरी हुई हरकत बीजेपी के अलावा और कोई नहीं कर सकता है|
“आप” के वरिष्ठ नेता मनीष सिसोदिया ने बताया कि सत्येंद्र जैन पिछले 6 महीने से जेल में बंद हैं| इस दौरान जेल में गिरने से उन्हें इंजरी हुई है और उनके रीढ़ की हड्डी में चोट लगी है| इससे उनकी नसें दब गई, जिसका हॉस्पिटल में भी इलाज हुआ| इस दौरान उनकी दो बार सर्जरी की गई और नर्व ब्लाक डाले गये| उन्होंने डॉक्टर्स से मिले रिपोर्ट्स को मीडिया के सामने रखते हुए कहा कि ऑपरेशन के बाद दोबारा जेल में जाने पर डॉक्टर ने लिखकर दिया है कि सत्येंद्र जैन को नियमित रूप से फिजियोथेरेपी करने की जरुरत है|
“आप” के वरिष्ठ नेता मनीष सिसोदिया ने कहा कि किसी आदमी को चोट लगी है, डॉक्टर उसका इलाज करते हैं और उसे नियमित रूप से फिजियोथेरेपी करने का सुझाव देते है और फिर भाजपा गलत तरीके से उसका वीडियो निकाल कर मजाक बनाती है| क्या भाजपा वालों को शर्म नहीं आती है? एक तो सत्येंद्र जैन को झूठे आरोपों में जेल में डाल रखा है और जब चोट लगने पर डॉक्टर उनका इलाज करते है, ऑपरेशन करते है और नियमित रूप से फिजियोथेरेपी करने का सुझाव देते है, तो उनके इलाज का वीडियो जारी कर भाजपा द्वारा उसका मजाक बनाया जा रहा है, क्योंकि भाजपा चुनाव हार रही है| एमसीडी और गुजरात का चुनाव भाजपा से जीता नहीं जा रहा है|
उन्होंने आगे कहा कि किसी इन्सान कि बीमारी का मजाक बनाकर चुनाव जीतने की कोशिश करने से घटिया और कुछ नहीं हो सकता है| इससे बुरी सोच कुछ और नहीं हो सकती है| बीजेपी की सोच कितनी घटिया हो सकती है, इसकी कोई कल्पना नहीं कर सकता है| भारतीय जनता पार्टी वालों में अब इंसानियत नहीं बची है| अपने पदों और एजेंसी का दुरूपयोग करते हुए सत्ता का दुरूपयोग करते हुए सत्येंद्र जैन को गलत तरीके से जेल में डाल रखा है| कभी कोर्ट बदला जाता है, कभी वकील बदला जाता है, कभी जज बदलवा दिया जाता है और जब सब हथकंडे नाकाम हो गए तो उनकी बीमारी का मजाक बनाते हुए भाजपा उसका वीडियो जारी कर रही है| क्या भाजपा के नेताओं में शर्म नहीं बची है कि वे किसी के इलाज का मजाक बनाने पर उतर आए है|
