Senior AAP Leader and Dy CM Shri Manish Sisodia met the AAP candidates for MCD elections at the nomination centre in East Delhi today and conveyed his best wishes to them. While interacting with the media on this occasion, Shri Manish Sisodia said, “The people of Delhi are irked with the misdeeds of the BJP for the past 17 years and this time they have decided to remove BJP from MCD at any cost. The primary task of BJP in MCD was to keep Delhi clean but it has failed terribly.” He added that the Aam Aadmi Party knows how to deliver the basic facilities to the people and it is contesting the elections on the basis of the development it has brought in Delhi. Whereas BJP has not done anything in the past 17 years and is conspiring now and then to contest the elections.
BJP has proved itself No.1 in extorting money from the public and businessmen but has failed to keep Delhi clean. This time the people of Delhi will take full account of the BJP’s failure and its misdeeds. They have decided that to keep Delhi clean, the existence of the BJP will have to be cleared from MCD.
Shri Manish Sisodia added that these AAP candidates at the nomination centre are the flag bearers of clean and beautiful Delhi, of the coming years. He said, “The public knows it very well that for the last 17 years, despite being in power in the MCD, the BJP has littered the whole of Delhi, let alone cleaning the garbage. People of Delhi will answer BJP by voting AAP into power this time.”
The Senior AAP Leader added that it is the responsibility of MCD to keep Delhi clean and effectively manage the garbage produced. But, instead of doing so, the BJP in MCD has ruined the city with improper waste management and did not do anything for public welfare. Now, the people of Delhi want to get rid of BJP and garbage littered across the city. In the past 17 years, BJP did not pay salaries to sanitation workers in time, and extorted money from businessmen and people across the capital. But now the people have made up their mind to bring AAP into MCD too because they know that AAP is the only party that can make Delhi clean and beautiful.
He said that the people of Delhi gave a chance to CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal and his government gave them excellent schools and hospitals under the Delhi government. Now the people will give him a chance in MCD too. Under the leadership of Shri Arvind Kejriwal, we will work for the betterment of their lives.
Shri Manish Sisodia said that today AAP is contesting the elections on the basis of its exemplary governance work in Delhi. Delhi Government, under the leadership of CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal, has made Delhi government schools and hospitals magnificent, provided free electricity to the people of Delhi, a free travel facility for women in DTC buses and a facility for pilgrimage for elderly people, etc. But BJP did nothing, despite being in power for 17 years in MCD. BJP’s primary task while being in MCD was to keep Delhi clean, but it has failed terribly in doing that. Now it is trying to woo the voters with new stories everyday. But the people of Delhi have decided that they will sweep out the BJP from MCD this year.
Shri Manish Sisodia said, “This time the people of Delhi should give a chance to their son and brother Arvind Kejriwal in MCD too. We will remove mountains of garbage from the entire Delhi in 5 years and make Delhi clean and beautiful. Streets and roads under the Municipal Corporation will also become luxurious.”
He added that BJP is confused whether their leaders should contest the elections on the basis of conspiracies, and stories or by sending Manish Sisodia to jail. They have forgotten that the people of Delhi are irked with their misdeeds and will clean the existence of BJP from MCD this year.

आम आदमी पार्टी के वरिष्ट नेता व दिल्ली के उपमुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया आज पूर्वी दिल्ली स्थित नामांकन केंद्र पर आम आदमी पार्टी से एमसीडी उम्मीदवारों को नामांकन के लिए शुभकामनायें देने पहुंचे| इस दौरान मीडिया से मुखातिब होते हुए श्री सिसोदिया ने कहा कि दिल्ली की जनता भाजपा के 17 सालों के कुकर्मों से परेशान है और इस बार एमसीडी से भाजपा का सूपड़ा साफ़ करके ही दम लेगी| भाजपा का एमसीडी में मूल काम दिल्ली को साफ़-सुथरा रखने का था लेकिन भाजपा इसमें पूरी तरह फेल साबित हुई| उन्होंने आगे कहा कि आम आदमी पार्टी को काम करना आता है और हम अपने काम के दम पर चुनाव लड़ रहे है लेकिन भाजपा ने पिछले 17 सालों में कुछ नहीं किया इसलिए इस बात पर उलझी हुई है कि वो अपनी साजिशों के दम पर चुनाव लड़े या अपनी मनोहर कहानियों के दम पर क्योंकि भाजपा के पास दिखाने के लिए कोई काम तो है नहीं| उन्होंने कहा कि भाजपा एमसीडी में जनता व व्यापारियों से पैसा ऐठने में तो नंबर.1 साबित हुई लेकिन दिल्ली को साफ़ करने में फिसड्डी साबित हुई| इस बार दिल्ली की जनता भाजपा से उसकी नाकामी का, भाजपा के कुकर्मों का पूरा हिसाब लेगी| जनता ने तय कर लिया है कि दिल्ली को साफ़ करना है तो एमसीडी से भाजपा को साफ़ करना पड़ेगा|
श्री सिसोदिया ने कहा कि नामांकन करवाने आये आम आदमी पार्टी के उम्मीदवार केवल उम्मीदवार नहीं है बल्कि अगले 5 साल दिल्ली को साफ़-सुथरा व सुंदर बनाने के ध्वजवाहक है| उन्होंने कहा कि दिल्ली की जनता अच्छे से जानती है कि दिल्ली को साफ़-सुथरा करने का काम एमसीडी का है| लेकिन पिछले 17 सालों से भाजपा ने एमसीडी की सत्ता में काबिज होने के बावजूद कूड़े की सफाई करना तो दूर पूरी दिल्ली को कूड़ा-कूड़ा कर दिया है| जनता इस बार भाजपा को जबाव देगी और दिल्ली से कूड़ा और भाजपा दोनों को हटाने के लिए एमसीडी में आम आदमी पार्टी को चुनेगी|
श्री सिसोदिया ने कहा कि नगर निगम का काम है कूड़ा साफ़ करना, दिल्ली की गलियों-सड़कों को साफ़ रखना लेकिन भाजपा ने 17 सालों से एमसीडी कि सत्ता में रहते हुए पूरी दिल्ली को केवल बर्बाद करने का काम किया है और जनता के लिए एक काम भी नहीं किया| इस बार दिल्ली की जनता कूड़े से मुक्ति चाहती है| भाजपा ने पिछले 17 सालों में दिल्ली को कूड़ाघर बनाने में कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ा,सफाई-कर्मचारियों को वेतन नहीं दिया| व्यापारियों को ठगने का काम किया, लोगों से पैसे ऐठे| दिल्ली की जनता इन सब बातों को लेकर भाजपा से त्रस्त आ चुकी है और पूरा मन बना लिया है कि अबकी बार भाजपा को एमसीडी से बाहर निकालना है और एमसीडी में भी आम आदमी पार्टी की सरकार बनानी है क्योंकि एकमात्र आप ऐसी पार्टी है जो दिल्ली को साफ़-सुंदर बना सकती है|
उन्होंने कहा कि दिल्ली की जनता ने अरविन्द केजरीवाल जी को मौका दिया और दिल्ली सरकार के स्कूल-अस्पताल शानदार हो गये,बिजली फ्री हो गई अब जनता एमसीडी में भी आप को मौका देगी| अरविन्द केजरीवाल जी के नेतृत्व में हम एमसीडी में दिल्लीवासियों कि बेहतरी के लिए और शानदार काम करेंगे|
श्री सिसोदिया ने कहा कि आम आदमी पार्टी एमसीडी चुनाव आज दिल्ली में किए गये अपने कामों के दम पर लड़ रही है| हमने पिछले 7 सालों में अरविन्द केजरीवाल जी के नेतृत्व में दिल्ली के स्कूलों-अस्पतालों को शानदार बनाने का काम किया, लोगों को फ्री बिजली दी, माताओं-बहनों-बेटियों को फ्री बस यात्रा करवाई, अरविन्द केजरीवाल जी ने श्रवण कुमार बनकर बुजुर्गों को मुफ्त तीर्थ यात्रा करवाई| लेकिन पिछले 17 सालों से एमसीडी कि सत्ता में होने के बावजूद भाजपा ने कुछ काम नहीं किया| एमसीडी में भाजपा का एकमात्र काम था दिल्ली की सफाई करना लेकिन भाजपा उसमें पूरी तरह फिसड्डी साबित हुई और फेल हो गई| भाजपा ने 17 सालों में ऐसा एक भी काम नहीं किया जो वो दिल्ली की जनता को बता सकें इसलिए चुनाव के दिनों में रोज एक नई मनोहर कहानी लेकर आ रही है और जनता को सुना रही है| लेकिन जनता इस बार भाजपा के झांसे में नहीं आएगी और एमसीडी से भाजपा का सूपड़ा साफ़ करेगी|
श्री सिसोदिया ने कहा कि इस बार दिल्ली के लोग अपने बेटे-अपने भाई अरविन्द केजरीवाल जी को एमसीडी में भी एक मौका दें| हम 5 साल के पूरी दिल्ली से कूड़े के पहाड़ों को हटायेंगे| दिल्ली को साफ़-सुथरा व् सुंदर बनायेंगे और नगर निगम के अंदर आने वाली गलियों व सड़कों को शानदार बनायेंगे| उन्होंने कहा कि भाजपा ने एमसीडी में कोई काम तो किया नहीं मनोहर कहानियां सुनाने में लगी हुई है|
उन्होंने कहा कि भाजपा ने एमसीडी में कुछ काम तो किया नहीं इसलिए इस बार भाजपा इस बात पर उलझी हुई है कि वो एमसीडी का चुनाव मनोहर कहानियों के दम पर लड़े, अपने साजिशों के दम पर लड़े या मनीष सिसोदिया को जेल भेज कर लड़े| लेकिन भाजपा भूल चुकी है कि दिल्ली की जनता उसके 17 सालों के कुकर्मों से परेशान है और इस बार एमसीडी से भाजपा का सूपड़ा साफ़ करके ही दम लेगी|
