The consumer may also upload photographs and the bill for the product through this App. The mobile application would also trace the location of the establishment through Google. This online facility envisages the protection of consumer interest by quick online registration of grievances through a mobile phone and assures time-bound and effective redressal of consumer grievances while keeping the complaint consumer informed at each stage through SMS.
