On the auspicious occasion of ‘Hanuman Jayanti’, AAP’s senior leader and Cabinet Minister Shri Saurabh Bharadwaj, organized a ‘Shobhayatra’ (procession) of Lord Hanuman in his legislative constituency of Greater Kailash, starting from his residence in the Chirag Delhi area. The procession commenced from the ‘Prachin Shiv Mandir’ of Chirag Delhi at 9:30 AM and toured areas such as Chirag Delhi and Sheikh Sarai, concluding around 12:30 PM. Alongside Shri Saurabh Bharadwaj, local councillor Krishna Jakhar from the Chirag Delhi ward; councillor from the Chittaranjan Park ward, Ashu Thakur and thousands of local residents actively participated in the ‘Shobhayatra’.
The procession featured artistes depicting the forms of Lord Shri Ram, Mata Sita, Lakshman, and Hanumanji on the chariot. Residents from various areas felt immense joy upon witnessing the artistes portraying the forms of Lord Shri Ram and Hanuman ji on the chariot. As the procession passed through different areas, people eagerly sought the blessings of Lord Shri Ram and Hanuman ji.
To cover the grand ‘Shobhayatra’ of Bajrangbali, many media personnel were present during the procession. Speaking to journalists, Shri Saurabh Bharadwaj stated that whenever ‘Bhakts’ (devotees) face adversity, Lord Hanuman always manifests to alleviate their troubles. In the Ramayana, whenever Lord Shri Ram encountered difficulties, Hanuman ji resolved them all. Similarly, today, Delhi’s popular CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal, who has been incarcerated in Tihar Jail for the past 23 days, has been suffering from a serious illness related to his sugar levels, which have consistently risen above 300; CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal has been continuously demanding Insulin from the central government, the jail administration, and the BJP, but they all opposed providing him with Insulin.
“The administration is saying that all prisoners in jail are equal. I want to ask whether all other prisoners also have to knock on the doors of the court to get medicines for their ailments? Do they have to protest on the streets? Is there a debate in the media and newspapers for a week on the medicines related to their ailments and only then are they given the medicines? The normal prisoners are kept well in the jail, they are treated well. But under a deliberate conspiracy, CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal was not being administered insulin for his diabetes,” Shri Saurabh Bharadwaj said.
Shri Saurabh Bharadwaj further said that today the BJP-ruled central government has been exposed in front of the whole world. Till now, the BJP-ruled central government and the jail administration officials under them were constantly saying that we have a sugar specialist in the jail and there is no need to give insulin to Shri Arvind Kejriwal. But after the intervention of the court, it was found out that they did not have any sugar specialist, that is why there was a need to call a sugar specialist from AIIMS hospital and after an examination by that sugar specialist, it was proved that Shri Arvind Kejriwal needed insulin. Since Shri Arvind Kejriwal is an immense ‘Bhakt’ of Hanuman ji and this is the result of this, today Hanuman ji has once again come to alleviate the trouble of his ‘Bhakt’ Arvind Kejriwal. Today, on this auspicious occasion of Hanuman Jayanti, Shri Arvind Kejriwal has received his insulin, this shows that whenever the devotees of Hanuman Ji are in trouble, He comes to their rescue.
During the ‘Shobhayatra’, local residents welcomed Hanuman ji by showering flowers. ‘Bhandaras’ were organized at different locations, and ‘prasad’ was distributed to the attendees. Riding on the chariot with Hanuman ji, Shri Saurabh Bharadwaj distributed bananas as prasad to people seeking blessings during the ‘Shobhayatra’. Starting from various temples in the Chirag Delhi area, Shri Saurabh Bharadwaj visited each temple to seek the blessings of deities. On this sacred occasion of Hanuman Jayanti, people enthusiastically danced and sang devotional songs.
