The Delhi unit of Aam Aadmi Party held a meeting regarding the MCD elections today. During the meeting, observers were appointed at the Assembly constituency level for monitoring the elections. Senior AAP Leader Shri Manish Sisodia said, “These observers will ensure that Pad Yatras, door-to-door interaction contact and public dialogue takes place in all wards. Central observers will monitor the overall campaign and report to the Central Office. The party has given prominence to the organisation in the MCD elections which is clearly indicated by the fact that office bearers have been given tickets”. AAP Delhi State in-charge Shri Gopal Rai said, “First phase of campaigning will start from November 17th to 22nd in all wards and the second phase will begin from November 23rd.”
The Delhi unit of Aam Aadmi Party held a meeting today regarding the strategy for the MCD elections. All the district presidents of the party took part in the meeting. During the meeting, the party appointed Observers for each assembly constituency during the meeting. They will monitor the progress of the campaign in all the wards under in respective their constituencies. AAP has instructed the Observers to ensure that Padyatras, door-to-door interaction and public dialogue take place in their constituencies.
During the meeting, Senior AAP Leader and Dy CM Shri Manish Sisodia said, “AAP has given prominence to the organisation in the MCD elections. Observers have to make sure that all the candidates contest the elections in Kejriwal style. Regarding the MCD elections. They have to organise door-to-door campaigns twice a day. They have to hold Pad Yatras and public dialogue in the morning as well as in the evening. During these events, speeches and theme songs of CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal should be played. Moreover, the candidates should interact with the people to understand their issues. The candidates will work as a team to contest this.”
Dy CM Manish Sisodia added, “A Central Observer has been appointed on every assembly constituency and it is their responsibility to oversee the entire campaign. They will report the progress to the Central Office regularly. They will also monitor the campaign work done by the candidates in all the wards coming under their assembly constituency.”
AAP Delhi state in-charge Shri Gopal Rai said, “All of us have to give due consideration to the timeline and follow it to perfection. Once you organise a Jan Samvad in a ward in the evening, follow it with door-to-door interaction the very next morning. You have to complete the first phase of door-to-door interaction and Jan Samvad between November 17th to November 22nd. The second phase of door to door contact will commence from November 23rd.” During the meeting AAP National Secretary Shri Pankaj Gupta, AAP MCD In-charge Shri Durgesh Pathak and Azadpur Mandi Chairman Shri Adil Khan were also present.

आम आदमी पार्टी की दिल्ली ईकाई ने एमसीडी चुनावों को लेकर आज बैठक की, जिसमें विधानसभा स्तर पर ऑब्जर्वर नियुक्त किए गए। आम आदमी पार्टी के वरिष्ठ नेता मनीष सिसोदिया ने कहा कि यह ऑब्जर्वर सभी वार्डों में पदयात्रा, डोर-टू-डोर संपर्क और जन संवाद सुनिश्चित करेंगे। केंद्रीय ऑब्जर्वर प्रचार-प्रसार की मॉनिटरिंग करेंगे और केंद्रीय कार्यालय को इसकी रिपोर्ट देंगे। आप के दिल्ली प्रदेश संयोजक गोपाल राय ने कहा कि सभी वार्डों में प्रचार का पहला चरण 17 से 22 नवंबर और दूसरा चरण 23 नवंबर से शुरू होगा।
एमसीडी चुनावों की रणनीति को लेकर आम आदमी पार्टी की दिल्ली ईकाई ने आज बैठक की, जिसमें पार्टी के सभी जिलाध्यक्षों ने भाग लिया। आम आदमी पार्टी ने बैठक के दौरान विधानसभा वाइज ऑब्जर्वर नियुक्त किए। उनको विधानसभा वाइज वार्डों की मॉनिटरिंग का काम सौंपा गया है। “आप” ने ऑब्जर्वर को निर्देश दिए हैं कि वह अपने विधानसभा क्षेत्रों में पदयात्रा, डोर-टू-डोर संपर्क और जन संवाद सुनिश्चित करें।
इस दौरान आम आदमी पार्टी के वरिष्ठ नेता और उप मुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया ने कहा कि सभी प्रत्याशी केजरीवाल स्टाइल से चुनाव लड़ें, यह सुनिश्चित करना ऑब्जर्वर का काम है। एमसीडी चुनाव को लेकर प्रत्याशियों को दो बार डोर-टू-डोर प्रचार, सुबह-शाम पदयात्रा और जनसंवाद का आयोजना करना है। इस दौरान सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल की स्पीच और थीम सॉन्ग चलना है। साथ ही प्रत्याशी लोगों से मुद्दों पर ही बात करेंगे। प्रत्याशियों को यह चुनाव टीम बनाकर लड़ना है।
उप मुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया ने कहा कि हर विधानसभा पर नियुक्त केंद्रीय ऑब्जर्वर की प्रचार-प्रसार को देखने की जिम्मेदारी होगी। वह इसकी रिपोर्ट नियमित तौर पर केंद्रीय कार्यालय को करेंगे। विधानसभा के अधीन आने वाले सभी वार्डों में प्रत्याशियों की मॉनिटरिंग ऑब्जर्वर की ओर से की जाएगी।
आम आदमी पार्टी के दिल्ली प्रदेश संयोजक गोपाल राय ने कहा कि टाइमलाइन को फॉलो करना है। जिस वार्ड में जन संवाद का आयोजन शाम को किया जाए, वहां पर डोर-टू-डोर संपर्क अगले दिन सुबह किया जाए। सभी वार्डों में 17 नवंबर से 22 नवंबर तक आपको पहले चरण का डोर टू डोर संपर्क और जन संवाद को पूरा करना है। 23 नवंबर से डोर टू डोर संपर्क का दूसरा चरण शुरू होगा। इस दौरान आम आदमी पार्टी के एमसीडी प्रभारी दुर्गेश पाठक, आदिल अहमद खान मौजूद रहे।
