MCD Poll fervor is at its peak in Delhi and Aam Aadmi Party is receiving massive support from the public across the capital. An example of this was seen in ‘Nukkad Sabha’ held by AAP Senior Leader and Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Shri Manish Sisodia in 9 wards of R.K Puram, Mehrauli and Chattarpur on Saturday. Shri Manish Sisodia interacted with people in the area and took note of their problems due to the misrule of the BJP in MCD in the past 15 years. He appealed to the public and said that they must vote for AAP if they want to end the misrule of BJP in MCD and ensure that they choose an AAP corporator from their respective wards.
Shri Manish Sisodia said that yesterday, JP Nadda had challenged him in a public meeting to list out any two developmental works undertaken during his tenure. To this he replied that CM Arvind Kejriwal or Manish Sisodia do not need to do any such thing, JP Nadda is free to go to any corner of the city, the people will tell him about all the work CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal has done for the people themselves. “They will also tell him that BJP could not do even a single work in MCD over the last 15 years and proved to be a complete failure,” he added
He said that the BJP’s fear of the AAP continues to grow as the Gujarat and MCD elections come closer. “JP Nadda should keep the last 2 assembly elections of Delhi in mind. The people of Delhi have given two chances to Arvind Kejriwal on the basis of his good work. Shri Arvind Kejriwal fulfills each and every promise he makes to the people,” he said.
Shri Manish Sisodia said, “This is such a shame that BJP has turned the national capital into a dumpyard due to their failure to manage the garbage. Because of them, today there is a pile of garbage on the streets and roads of Delhi. It seems like there is no authority like the municipal corporation in Delhi. So now it is the responsibility of people to choose to vote AAP into power in MCD and throw out the BJP from there which has done nothing in the past 15 years. We ensure the cleanliness of the city in just 5 years, which BJP failed to do in 15 years.”
The AAP senior leader further added that in the past 15 years the core responsibility of the BJP was to ensure the cleanliness of parks, roads, bylanes, and sewers across Delhi. “But BJP failed in this terribly, instead, corruption became rampant during their reign. BJP gave three mountains of garbage to the people of Delhi and now they want 16 more to be established across the capital. In 2017, BJP said that it will finish all the mountains of garbage from the capital and now when they are asked about this, they say that if the people are staying here, then mountains of garbage will be formed, it is obvious. These mountains of garbage are actually the towers of failure of BJP in MCD. The public is fed up with them and this time by bringing the Aam Aadmi Party in the MCD, it will not only clean the mountains of garbage, but will also clean the BJP from the MCD.”
Shri Manish Sisodia said, “The streets and drains of the colonies have become dilapidated under the BJP rule. Due to the breakdown of drains, dirty water spills over streets and leads to many problems in the area. This increases mosquito breeding and the outbreak of diseases. The condition of MCD parks is even worse, which have not been maintained for years.”
He said, “The condition of MCD schools-hospitals across Delhi deteriorated during the reign of BJP. Lakhs of Delhi children are forced to study in these schools by risking their lives every day. Schools neither have basic facilities for studies, nor desks for children to sit. Plasters of ceiling fall at any time and toilets are in extremely bad condition. The hospitals under MCD are also in similar conditions. Patients do not get treatment and medicines in MCD hospitals, and doctors are not paid salaries for months. In just 5 years Shri Arvind Kejriwal made Delhi’s government hospitals and schools luxurious. Children from poor families also started getting a better education in Delhi government schools. Arvind Kejriwal did all this in just 5 years, but BJP’s useless government only deceived the people of Delhi for 15 years.”
Shri Manish Sisodia said, “garbage has piled up on all streets across Delhi but BJP is not at all concerned about it. But when a common man is building his house with hard earned money, BJP-MCD people reach there immediately and extort money from them for lenter. They loot the hard-earned money of the common man. BJP’s MCD collected lakhs of crores of rupees from traders in the name of parking charges etc. but till date, they have not been given parking facilities to them. When people were asked about the works of CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal in Delhi, they had a huge list to share. But when Manish Sisodia asked about the works of BJP in MCD in the past 15 years, people had nothing to share and unanimously said “Zero”. This is the reason why the public is ready to give a fitting reply to the BJP for its failure in the past 15 years. This time the people of Delhi will wipe out both BJP and its litter from the capital and MCD.”
The AAP Senior leader said, “People across Delhi have taken their decision to give a chance to CM Arvind Kejriwal in MCD too because when they gave a chance to their son Arvind Kejriwal in Delhi government, he did several works and made Delhi a better place to live. People need to understand that if there will be a Kejriwal government in MCD and corporators will be of BJP in any ward, then the chances of development in that particular area might reduce because after the elections, BJP corporators will have just one agenda which is to fight with Shri Arvind Kejriwal and restrict development work. The kind of development an AAP corporator will bring into the ward, that is not possible in the tenure of a BJP corporator.”
Shri Manish Sisodia said, “the people of Delhi have only one demand. This time the public will not elect the BJP which focuses on emptying the pockets of common people, but the government of the Aam Aadmi Party which will make Delhi clean. He said that apart from the Kejriwal government in Delhi, Kejriwal’s government will be formed in MCD too. But people must ensure that they choose a corporator of Kejriwal too. If AAP is voted to power in MCD, then CM Arvind Kejriwal will ensure the cleanliness of the capital, develop road infrastructure, and parks and eliminate the stray animal menace. If an AAP corporator is chosen by the public, he will ensure the holistic development of the ward, whereas a BJP corporator will spend his tenure fighting with CM Arvind Kejriwal only. दिल्ली एमसीडी चुनावों में आम आदमी पार्टी को जबरदस्त जनसमर्थन मिल रहा है| बुधवार को आम आदमी पार्टी के वरिष्ट नेता व दिल्ली के उपमुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया कि जनसभाओं में उमड़ी भीड़ इसका परिणाम है| बुधवार शाम मनीष सिसोदिया ने आर.के.पुरम, महरौली और छतरपुर के 9 वार्डों में आयोजित नुक्कड़ सभाओं में लोगों से संवाद किया और जनता पिछले 15 सालों से एमसीडी में भाजपा के कुशासन से जिन परेशानियों को झेल रही है उन्हें जाना| श्री सिसोदिया ने जनता से अपील करते हुए कहा कि यदि इस बार जनता एमसीडी में भाजपा के नाकामी और कुशासन का अंत करने के लिए आम आदमी पार्टी को वोट दे, एमसीडी में भी केजरीवाल जी की सरकार बनाये और अपने वार्ड में केजरीवाल जी का पार्षद चुने|

श्री सिसोदिया ने कहा कि कल जेपी नड्डा जी ने एक सभा में बोला था कि मनीष सिसोदिया अपने कार्यकाल के कोई 2 काम गिनवा दे। उन्होंने कहा कि अरविंद केजरीवाल या मनीष सिसोदिया को अपने काम गिनवाने की ज़रूरत नहीं है। नड्डा जी दिल्ली के किसी भी चौराहे पर चले जाये जनता उन्हें ख़ुद ही अरविंद केजरीवाल जी के काम बता देगी और ये भी बताएगी कि भाजपा पिछले 15 सालों में एमसीडी में एक काम भी नहीं कर सकती और पूरी तरह फिसड्डी साबित हुई।

श्री सिसोदिया ने कहा कि यह बेहद शर्म और दुःख कि बात है कि देश की राजधानी दिल्ली को भाजपा ने अपने नाकामी की वजह से कूड़ा-कूड़ा कर दिया है| इनकी वजह से आज दिल्ली की गलियों-सड़कों पर कूड़े का अम्बार लगा हुआ है| शहर को देख कर ऐसा लगता ही नही है की यहाँ नगर निगम जैसी कोई अथॉरिटी है| इसलिए इस बार नगर निगम को ठीक करने की जिम्मेदारी दिल्ली की जनता की है जो अपने वोट के दम पर एमसीडी में आम आदमी पार्टी की सरकार बनाएगी और जो काम भाजपा से पिछले 15 सालों में नहीं हुआ उसे मात्र 5 साल में करके दिखाएगी|

श्री सिसोदिया ने कहा कि एमसीडी में बीजेपी के पास 15 साल से एक ही काम था| भाजपा शासित एमसीडी का काम दिल्ली के पार्को, गलियोँ , नालियों की सफाई करना था लेकिन भाजपा ने दिल्ली की सफाई तो नहीं की बल्कि अपने भ्रष्टाचार से दिल्ली के लोगों कि जेबें साफ़ कर दी| उन्होंने कहा कि भाजपा ने दिल्ली को साफ़ करने के बजाय पिछले 15 सालों में दिल्ली में कूड़े के तीन पहाड़ खड़े कर दिए और अब इनकी प्लानिंग दिल्ली में 16 और कूड़े के पहाड़ खड़े करने की है| 2017 तक भाजपा कहती थी कि दिल्ली से कूड़े के पहाड़ ख़त्म कर देंगे लेकिन अब जब लोग इनसे कूड़े पर सवाल पूछते है तो बीजेपी वाले बोलते है लोग रहेंगे तो कूड़े के पहाड़ बनेंगे ही|
श्री सिसोदिया ने कहा कि ये कूड़े के पहाड़ भाजपा की नाकामी के पहाड़ है| भाजपा इसे ख़त्म करने में नाकाम रही लेकिन अरविन्द केजरीवाल जी इसे जरुर ख़त्म करेंगे| उनके पास इन पहाड़ों को ख़त्म करने का ब्लू-प्रिंट है|
टूटी पड़ी गलियां-नालियाँ, पार्क बने कूड़ा घर, कॉलोनियों-सड़कों पर भटकते रहते है आवारा जानवर
श्री सिसोदिया ने कहा कि भाजपा के शासन में कॉलोनियों की गलियां-नालियाँ टूटी पड़ी है| नालियों के टूटने की वजह से गंदा पानी गलियों में भर जाता है जिससे लोगों को बहुत सी परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ता है| और इसकी वजह से मच्छर पनपते है, बीमारियाँ पनपती है| इससे भी ज्यादा बुरी हालत एमसीडी के पार्को की है, जिनका सालों से रख-रखाव नहीं किया गया|
15 सालों के भाजपा के शासन में बदहाल हुए एमसीडी के स्कूल-अस्पताल
श्री सिसोदिया ने कहा कि दिल्ली भर में एमसीडी के स्कूलों-अस्पतालों की हालत जर्जर है| दिल्ली के लाखों बच्चे रोजाना अपनी जान जोखिम में डालकर इन स्कूलों में पढने को मजबूर है| जहाँ न तो पढने के लिए बुनियादी सुविधाएँ है, न बच्चों के बैठने के लिए डेस्क| इनमें से कई स्कूलों की हालत ऐसी है जहाँ कभी भी छत का प्लास्टर उखड कर गिर जाता है, स्कूल में शौचालय की हालत बदहाल है| ठीक ऐसी ही हालत एमसीडी के अस्पतालों की है जो भाजपा के शासन में बद से बदतर हो चुके है| यहाँ मरीजों को इलाज-दवाइयां नहीं मिलती, डॉक्टरों को महीनों तक वेतन नहीं मिलता है| श्री सिसोदिया ने कहा कि अरविन्द केजरीवाल जी ने मात्र 5 सालों में दिल्ली के सरकारी अस्पतालों को शानदार बना दिया, सरकारी स्कूलों को इतना शानदार बना दिया कि गरीब परिवार के बच्चों को उसमें प्राइवेट स्कूलों से भी बेहतर पढ़ाई मिलने लगी| अरविन्द केजरीवाल जी ने मात्र 5 साल में ये सब कर दिखाया लेकिन भाजपा की निकम्मी सरकार ने 15 सालों से सिर्फ दिल्ली के लोगों को धोखा देने का काम किया है|

श्री सिसोदिया ने कहा कि दिल्ली में जगह-जगह कूड़े का अम्बार लगा हुआ है पर भाजपा वालों का उस तरफ ध्यान नहीं जाता| लेकिन जब एक आम आदमी अपनी मेहनत की कमाई से अपना घर बना रहा होता है तो भाजपा एमसीडी के लोग वहां तुरंत पहुँच जाते है और हर लेंटर के लिए वसूली करते है| आम आदमी की मेहनत की कमाई को लूटते है| उन्होंने कहा कि पार्किंग चार्ज आदि के नाम पर भाजपा की एमसीडी ने व्यापारियों से लाखों-करोडो रूपये वसूले लेकिन आज तक उन्हें पार्किंग की सुविधाएँ नहीं दी|
नुक्कड़ सभा में जनता से केजरीवाल जी द्वारा दिल्ली में किया गये काम पूछे गये तो जनता उनके काम गिनवाते-गिनवाते नहीं थकी| लेकिन जब मनीष सिसोदिया ने उनसे पूछा कि एमसीडी में पिछले 15 सालों से भाजपा ने क्या किया तो जनता ने एक स्वर में जबाव दिया ‘जीरो’| लोगों ने कहा कि भाजपा ने 15 सालों में उन्हें धोखा देने के अलावा और कुछ नहीं किया| इसलिए जनता अबकी बार भाजपा को उसकी 15 साल की नाकामी का पूरा जबाव देने के लिए तैयार है| इस बार दिल्ली के लोग एमसीडी में झाड़ू चलाकर दिल्ली से भाजपा और उसके कूड़े दोनों का सफाया कर देगी|
श्री सिसोदिया दिल्ली की जनता ने अरविन्द केजरीवाल जी को एक मौका दिया तो केजरीवाल जी ने अपने सारे वादे निभाए| अब जनता एमसीडी में भी अपने सारे काम करवाने के लिए ‘आप’ को मौका देगी| अरविन्द केजरीवाल जी के नेतृत्व में आम आदमी पार्टी ने एक ईमानदार सरकार के रूप में अपनी सारी जिम्मेदारियां निभाई, इसलिए अबकी बार जनता एमसीडी में भी केजरीवाल जी की सरकार लाने की तैयारी में है| उन्होंने जनता से अपील करते हुए कहा कि एमसीडी में केजरीवाल जी की सरकार आना तय है| इसलिए अपने वार्ड से जनता केजरीवाल जी के पार्षद को ही चुने यदि किसी और पार्टी का पार्षद बना तो वो सिर्फ जनता के काम रुकवाएगा|

श्री सिसोदिया ने कहा कि दिल्ली की जनता की बस एक ही मांग है| जनता इस बार एमसीडी में लोगों की जेब साफ़ करने वाली भाजपा को नहीं बल्कि दिल्ली को साफ़ सुथरा बनाने वाली आम आदमी पार्टी के सरकार को चुनेगी| क्योंकि अरविन्द केजरीवाल जी के पास दिल्ली को सुंदर बनाने का ब्लू प्रिंट है और जनता जानती है कि अरविन्द केजरीवाल जी जी कहते है वो कर दिखाते है| अगर अरविन्द केजरीवाल जी ने कह दिया कि दिल्ली से कूड़े के पहाड़ ख़त्म हो जायेंगे तो वो ऐसा कर दिखायेंगे इसलिए इस बार जनता एमसीडी में भी केजरीवाल जी की सरकार बनाएगी और अपने वार्ड में केजरीवाल जी का पार्षद चुनेगी|

श्री सिसोदिया ने कहा कि पूरी दिल्ली में ‘एमसीडी में भी केजरीवाल’ की गूँज चल रही है| उन्होंने कहा कि दिल्ली में केजरीवाल जी की सरकार तो है ही, एमसीडी में भी केजरीवाल जी की सरकार बनना तय है| लेकिन ऐसा न हो जाये कि नगर निगम में केजरीवाल जी की सरकार हो और किसी इलाके में भाजपा का पार्षद बन जाये| ऐसा हुआ तो वो केवल लड़ता रहेगा, जनता के काम रुकवाएगा| केजरीवाल जी काम करवाएंगे, साफ़-सफाई करवाएंगे, सड़के-गलियां बनवायेंगे, पार्कों को ठीक करवाएंगे, आवारा पशुओं से छुटकारा दिलवाएंगे| और भाजपा का पार्षद सारे काम रुकवाकर केवल लड़ता रहेगा| आम आदमी पार्टी का पार्षद जनता के सारे काम करवाएगा| खूब अच्छे से सफाई करवाएगा, गलियां बनवायेगा लेकिन यदि किसी और पार्टी का पार्षद बनेगा तो वो 24 घंटे सिर्फ जनता के काम रुकवाएगा और केवल और केवल अरविन्द केजरीवाल जी से लड़ने का काम करेगा| इसलिए जनता लड़ाई-झगडे करने वाले, जनता के काम को रोकने वाले लोगों को रोकने के लिए एमसीडी में भी आम आदमी पार्टी को ही वोट दे| दिल्ली में केजरीवाल जी की सरकार है और अभी जिन इलाकों में केजरीवाल जी का पार्षद है वहां जनता के काम दोगुनी रफ़्तार से हो रहे है| इसलिए इस बार पूरी दिल्ली में काम की रफ़्तार को दोगुना करने के लिए जनता एमसीडी में भी केजरीवाल जी की सरकार और अपने वार्ड में केजरीवाल जी का पार्षद चुनेगी|
