AAP National Convenor and Delhi CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal strongly criticized the BJP, highlighting BJP’s undemocratic practices and targeting opposition leaders with false charges. Shri Arvind Kejriwal warned that if PM Modi comes to power, all opposition leaders, not just those from AAP, face potential arrest, highlighting the threat to democracy. Meanwhile, Senior AAP Leader and Cabinet Minister Ms. Atishi questioned the BJP about its undemocratic employed in government formation formations in Goa, Manipur, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, and Arunachal Pradesh without a majority and raised concerns over the abrupt end of CBI, ED, and EOW cases against leaders who join BJP, such as Ajit Pawar and Chhagan Bhujbal. She emphasized that the BJP should explain its actions.

They (BJP) are planning to do so now. Complete dictatorship. In completely flimsy, frivolous and false cases, they are arresting ALL leaders of AAP one by one. Every single opposition leader will be arrested if Modi ji comes back to power. AAP is not important. Saving our dear country from dictatorship is important…”
Meanwhile, Senior AAP Leader and Minister in the Kejriwal government Ms. Atishi stated, “I want to know from the BJP how they formed the government in Goa. How did they form the government in Manipur, how did they form the government in Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, and Arunachal Pradesh without a majority? The BJP will have to answer how MLAs from other opposition parties reach the BJP. The BJP will also have to answer how it happens that the NCP splits into two, and how the CBI-ED (Central Bureau of Investigation and Enforcement Directorate) cases against all their leaders who join the BJP end one by one.”
Ms. Atishi said, “The BJP should answer why CBI and ED filed a closure report when Chhagan Bhujbal joined BJP from NCP. BJP should answer why when Praful Patel joined the BJP then all matters of the ‘Air India Scam’ were closed. The BJP should answer that when Ajit Pawar joins BJP then how do all the cases of the Economic Offences Wing (EOW) against him, his wife, and his nephew get closed? ‘Operation Lotus’ of the BJP is well known, and the Aam Aadmi Party need not answer this. The BJP has to answer how BJP forms government in different states in elections without majority.”
