Delhi CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal has instructed Cabinet Minister Atishi from Tihar Jail to take every necessary step as soon as possible to overcome the water shortage in Delhi as she meets him in Tihar Jail on Thursday. During this meeting, CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal took a report from Minister Atishi on the status of electricity and water in Delhi. Along with this, the Delhi CM instructed the MLAs that all the MLAs should go among the people on the ground and work to solve the water problem of the people.

Sharing her meeting with CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal, Cabinet Minister Atishi said that Delhi CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal has been trapped in a false case by the Central Government and has been put in Tihar Jail. But despite this adversity, Shri Arvind Kejriwal is more concerned about the people of Delhi than himself.

The Delhi Minister said, “Even today, during the meeting, CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal first took a report on the status of electricity and water in Delhi. The Chief Minister said that he came to know through the news that there is a water problem in Delhi and people are troubled. In this regard, CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal has instructed me that whatever steps are required to be taken to overcome the water shortage in Delhi should be taken as soon as possible.”

She further said, “From the jail, CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal has given instructions to all the MLAs that they should go to the ground, stay among the people and work to solve the water problem of the people.”

“The Chief Minister is not concerned about himself but about the people of Delhi and their work. Whether Shri Arvind Kejriwal is in jail or outside the jail, he thinks about the people of Delhi, about solving their problems and about the betterment of the people of Delhi,” Minister Atishi affirmed.
