AAP Senior Leader and Delhi Transport Minister Shri Kailash Gahlot today visited Badsa Village in Jhajjar, Haryana and addressed a large public meeting there. Addressing the locals, he said “Under the visionary leadership of Chief Minister Shri Arvind Kejriwal, the citizens of Delhi have been provided free treatment at various Mohalla clinics and people have been receiving zero electricity bills. With a view to empower women in Delhi, they have been provided free travel in all buses operated by Delhi Government. I am sure, if Haryana gives us one chance, all this is possible here too.”
During the public meeting, the residents of the village submitted a memorandum to Transport Minister Shri Kailash Gahlot with a request to run Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) buses from Daurala border, Delhi to AIIMS Badsa, Haryana. Accepting the request, Shri Kailash Gahlot said, “Delhi Government will extend the service of DTC buses to AIIMS-Badsa so that people do not face any inconvenience in going to the hospital. In addition, free travel to women will continue in this new route also.”

It is worth mentioning that Badsa village of Haryana is located adjoining Najafgarh constituency in Delhi. Many people from here are daily commuters to Delhi. Many of them have jobs and other work in Delhi, but due to lack of bus facility in this entire area towards Haryana, the local people are facing problems commuting for day to day work. When this issue was brought to the notice of Delhi Transport Minister Shri Kailash Gahlot, he took immediate action and got the route surveyed. The new service is expected to start as early as January 2023. It may very well be the New year gift to these people who will get to travel in safer, more convenient and affordable public transport.
Later, Transport Minister Shri Kailash Gahlot tweeted on this and wrote, “Met the residents in Haryana’s Badsa village near Najafgarh. Residents of the village requested to extend DTC buses from Daurala border to AIIMS Badsa village. The Delhi Government under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Arvind Kejriwal will soon start DTC services till AIIMS Badsa.”

केजरीवाल सरकार जल्द ही दिल्ली के नजफ़गढ़ से हरियाणा के झज्जर में बाढ़सा गाँव स्थित एम्स तक दिल्ली परिवहन निगम की बसें चलाएगीl आज इसकी घोषणा दिल्ली के परिवहन मंत्री कैलाश गहलोत ने नजफ़गढ़ से सटे हरियाणा के बाढ़सा गाँव में एक जनसभा को संबोधित करते हुए कीl केजरीवाल सरकार के इस फ़ैसले से रोज़ाना हज़ारों लोगो को फ़ायदा पहुँचने की उम्मीद हैl ग्रामवासियों को संबोधित करते हुए मंत्री कैलाश गहलोत ने कहा “मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल के नेतृत्व में पूरी दिल्ली में अभूतपूर्व कार्य हुए हैंl आज दिल्ली में महिलायें बसों में मुफ़्त में सफ़र कर रहीं, मोहल्ला क्लिनिक में मुफ़्त में इलाज़ हो रहा, लोगों के बिजली के बिल जीरो आ रहेl यह सब केवल अरविंद केजरीवाल जी के दूरदर्शी नीतियों की वजह से संभव हो पाया है।यदि हरियाणा की जानता मौक़ा दे तो यहाँ भी यह सब संभव है।”
जनसभा के दौरान ग्रामवासियों ने परिवहन मंत्री कैलाश गहलोत को ज्ञापन सौंपा जिसमे डीटीसी की बसों को दौराला बॉर्डर से एम्स बाढ़सा गाँव तक चलाने की प्रार्थना की गई थीl इस पर बोलते हुए दिल्ली के परिवहन मंत्री कैलाश गहलोत ने ग्रामवासियों से कहा है कि इस रूट पर बस चलाने के लिए सर्वे कर लिए गये हैं और जल्द ही दिल्ली सरकार डीटीसी बसों की सेवा को एम्स बाढ़सा तक विस्तारित करेगी जिससे कि लोगों को अस्पताल जाने में कोई कठिनाई ना होl

उल्लेखनीय है कि दिल्ली में नज़फ़गढ़ के पास ही हरियाणा का बाढ़सा गाँव स्थित है l यहाँ से कई लोग रोज़ाना जॉब व अन्य कार्यों के लिए दिल्ली आते जाते हैं लेकिन हरियाणा की तरफ़ इस पूरे इलाक़े में बसों कि कोई सुविधा मौजूद नहीं होने के कारण स्थानीय लोगो को रोज़ाना आवाजाही में परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ता हैl जब यह बात दिल्ली के परिवहन मंत्री कैलाश गहलोत के संज्ञान में आई तो उन्होंने तवरित कार्यवाही करते हुए इस रूट का सर्वे कराया और उम्मीद है कि जनवरी 2023 में इस रूट पर दिल्ली परिवहन निगम की बसें चलने लगेंगी।
बाद में इस पर ट्वीट करते हुए परिवहन मंत्री कैलाश गहलोत ने लिखा “नजफ़गढ़ विधानसभा के पास हरियाणा के बाढ़सा गाँव में ग्रामवासियों से मिला। ग्रामवासियों ने डीटीसी की बसों को दौराला बॉर्डर से एम्स बाढ़सा गाँव तक विस्तारित करने की प्रार्थना की। मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल के नेतृत्व में दिल्ली सरकार जल्द डीटीसी की सेवाओं को एम्स बाढ़सा तक शुरू करेगी।”
