Kejriwal’s Cabinet Minister and MLA Ballimaran Shri Imran Hussain participated in the ‘Main Bhi Kejriwal’ signature campaign in the Ballimaran assembly constituency today. Under this campaign, Minister Shri Imran Hussain conducted door-to-door campaigns in various areas of the Ballimaran assembly constituency and interacted with the residents. During this, the Delhi Cabinet Minister mentioned that due to the developmental work of the Kejriwal Government in Delhi, the Modi government at the Centre is conspiring to arrest CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal.
During this campaign, Delhi’s Cabinet Minister Shri Imran Hussain said that the opinion of the people of Delhi is being taken on the matter that if CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal is arrested then he should resign or run the government from prison, under this signature campaign.
During this interaction Delhiites unequivocally expressed that CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal has done unprecedented public welfare work in Delhi, therefore, he should not resign and run the government from jail if need be. The residents of Ballimaran conveyed that the arrests of Shri Satyendar Jain, Manish Sisodia and Sanjay Singh were being done with the specific objective of interrupting the development works of Delhi. In such a situation, CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal should not resign from his Chief Ministerial position.
The Delhi Cabinet Minister shared, “From December 01 to December 20, the ‘Main Bhi Kejriwal’ signature campaign is being conducted door to door at all 2600 polling stations, after from December 21 to December 24 there will be a public dialogue programme in all 250 wards. After the conclusion of the campaign, whatever the collective opinion the common people had, will be conveyed to CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal. In the manner AAP leaders are being put in jail in forged cases, first Shri Satyendar Jain, Manish Sisodia and then Sanjay Singh were arrested. Now a conspiracy is underway to arrest CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal. The Modi government at the Center should understand that Shri Arvind Kejriwal has won the heart of Delhiites, so it is impossible to defeat Shri Arvind Kejriwal in Delhi.”
Shri Imran Hussain mentioned that during the last seven to eight years, under the visionary leadership of Shri Arvind Kejriwal, Delhi has set new heights of overall development in Delhi. Kejriwal’s government in Delhi has ensured free electricity, water, medical facilities, quality education, bus travel and pilgrimage for women. Shri Arvind Kejriwal lives in the hearts of the people of Delhi, hence he should not resign and run the government even behind the prisons.
