*18 महीने में पटपरगंज में 110 लाख लीटर की क्षमता का जलाशय और बूस्टिंग पम्पिंग स्टेशन होगा तैयार: उपमुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया ने किया शिलान्यास*

इतवार सुबह 11 बजे उपमुख्यमंत्री व विधायक मनीष सिसोदिया ने पटपरगंज में आनंद लोक सोसाइटी और एस्टर पब्लिक पब्लिक स्कूल के पास 110 लाख लीटर की क्षमता के जलाशय (UGR) के निर्माण कार्य का शिलान्यास किया| ट्वीट करते हुए उपमुख्यमंत्री और MLA मनीष सिसोदिया ―

*“आज #Patparganj में ‘110 लाख लीटर’ की क्षमता के विशाल जलाशय के निर्माण कार्य का उद्घाटन किया*

*अगले 15 साल की आबादी का आंकलन करके, उसको ध्यान में रखते हुए प्लान हुआ, ये मयूर विहार फेज 1, #Patparganj गांव और आस पास के इलाकों की पानी की समस्याओं का परमानेंट उपाय होगा―18 महीनों में बनके शुरू हो जायेगा|”*

एस्टर पब्लिक स्कूल के पास एक ग्राउंड में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में दिल्ली जल बोर्ड के अफसरों और जनता को सम्बोधित करते हुए उपमुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया ने कहा “सरकार बनाने के बाद दो बड़े काम पटपरगंज के लिए सोचे थे, एक नोएडा से अक्षरधाम जाते हुए―मयूर विहार फेज के पास फ्लाईओवर जहाँ हमेशा जाम लगता था, और दूसरा यहां हो रहे विकास और बढ़ती आबादी को ध्यान में रखते हुए एक UGR बनवाना| पहला प्रोजेक्ट 2 दिन पहले ख़त्म हुआ और मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीअल ने उस फ्लाईओवर का उद्घाटन किया| और दूसरा ये अंडरग्राउंड रिजर्वायर, जिसके बनने से इलाके की पानी की समस्याओं का परमानेंट उपाय निकलेगा| और केवल आज की नहीं, 15-20 साल में जो आबादी होगी, उसका आंकलन कर तब की ज़रूरत को ध्यान में रखते हुए ये फ्लाईओवर प्लान किया है|”

उपमुख्यमंत्री ने रहमान बिल्डर, जिन्हें ये प्रोजेक्ट मिला है, उनसे अपील करी की 24 महीने में नहीं 18 महीनों में इस प्रोजेक्ट को बनाकर तैयार करें जिससे लोगों को जल्द से जल्द पानी मिल पाए| बिल्डर ईमानदारी और निष्ठा से प्रोजेक्ट पर काम करें उसके लिए वहां आये लोगों को तालियां बजाकर प्रोत्साहन देने को कहा|

*UGR of 110 lakh litre capacity in Patparganj ― Dy. CM & MLA Manish Sisodia lays foundation.*

On Sunday morning, the Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi Manish Sisodia laid the foundation stone of a UGR having 110 lakh litres capacity & a complementing boosting pumping station in Patparganj, near Aster Public School & Anand Lok society. The top officials of Delhi Jal Board were also present at the occasion.

The Deputy Chief Minister tweeted from his MLA Twitter Handle ―

“Laid the foudation stone of the construction of a 110 lakh litre capacity UGR (Underground Reservoir) in Patparganj today. The capacity has been planned keeping in mind the forecast of population rise in the next 15 years. The project will be operational in 18 months, and will permanently solve the water supply issues of the surrounding areas.”

Population living in Patparganj has been constantly rising and the people have been problemed by traffic jams as well as water shortage intermittently. When Delhi govt was formed, there was concurrence on two big needs of the constituency. The first was a flyover in front of Mayur Vihar Phase 1 to ease the daily jam on the Noida to Akshardham stretch. It was inaugurated by CM Arvind Kejriwal on 26th January, 2019. The second one is a UGR which would permanently solve the rising need for water in Patparganj.

The UGR will draw water from Bhagirathi Plant and Ranney wells. More than 1 lakh residents of Patparganj Village, Mayur Vihar Phase 1, Pandav Nagar E, F & P block, Acharya Niketan, Pratap Nagar, Shashi Garden and adjoining areas will benefit from the reservoir. Altough the project’s completion period was 24 months, but the Deputy Chief Minister appealed to Rehman Builders to complete the project in 18 months, so that the people can get water as soon as possible. Concluding his speech the Deputy Chief MInister pushed the audience to motivate the builders to expedite the process with an applause.
