To combat Delhi’s pollution problem, the CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal led Delhi Government is making every effort possible. In this context, on January 30, Chief Minister Shri Arvind Kejriwal will launch the Supersite and Mobile (AQM) Van for the Real Time Source Apportionment Study. Environment Minister Shri Gopal Rai informed, “This supersite is situated in Delhi’s Rouse Avenue, within the Sarvodaya Bal Vidyalaya premises. The study on real-time source apportionment will assist in determining the causes of the rise in air pollution at any specific location of Delhi. The project has been initiated by the Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) in collaboration with IIT Kanpur, IIT Delhi and TERI.”
Shri Gopal Rai said, “As already stated by Chief Minister Shri Arvind Kejriwal, the launch of the supersite is one of the most important aspects of Delhi’s campaign to combat pollution. It is also one of the most crucial elements covered in the Winter Action Plan. Based on the data, this supersite will also assist in forecasting air pollution levels. The Delhi government would be able to deploy resources and take proactive measures to control pollution as a result of these forecasts.”
He said, “Thanks to such an initiative, Delhi would become the first city to get real-time source segmentation of air pollution. The initiative for real-time source apportionment will assist in determining the causes of the rise in air pollution at any specific location in Delhi. It will also aid in comprehending the immediate effects of numerous pollution sources, including industrial emissions, biomass burning, stubble burning, emissions from moving vehicles etc .”
Shri Rai further said, “The Delhi government would be able to control the sources of pollution based on the findings of this study. This will assist in locating and eliminating the numerous causes of Delhi’s pollution. The government will also benefit from these pollution forecasts while making policy decisions.”

दिल्ली के पर्यावरण मंत्री गोपाल राय ने आज बताया कि दिल्ली में प्रदूषण की समस्या से निपटने के लिए केजरीवाल सरकार की ओर से हरसंभव प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं | इसी सन्दर्भ में कल 30 जनवरी को रियल टाइम सोर्स अपोर्शनमेंट स्टडी की सुपरसाइट और मोबाइल (एक्यूएम ) वैन को दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल द्वारा लांच किया जाएगा। यह सुपरसाइट दिल्ली के राउज एवेन्यू के सर्वोदय बाल विद्यालय में स्थापित किया गया है | रियल -टाइम सोर्स अपोर्शनमेंट स्टडी दिल्ली में किसी भी स्थान पर वायु प्रदूषण में वृद्धि के लिए जिम्मेदार कारकों की पहचान करने में मदद करेगी। यह परियोजना दिल्ली प्रदूषण नियंत्रण समिति (डीपीसीसी) द्वारा आईआईटी कानपुर, आईआईटी दिल्ली और टेरी के सहयोग से शुरू की गई है |
पर्यावरण मंत्री गोपाल राय ने कहा कि इससे पहले दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने विंटर एक्शन प्लान के हिस्से के रूप में इसकी घोषणा की थी कि सुपरसाइट की शुरुआत प्रदूषण के खिलाफ दिल्ली की लड़ाई के प्रमुख घटकों में से एक है। सुपरसाइट डेटा के आधार पर वायु प्रदूषण के स्तर का पूर्वानुमान लगाने में भी मदद करेगा। ये पूर्वानुमान दिल्ली सरकार को प्रदूषण को नियंत्रण करने के लिए सक्रिय कदम उठाने और प्रदूषण नियंत्रण मानदंडों का अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करने के लिए संसाधन आवंटित करने में सक्षम बनाएंगे।
पर्यावरण मंत्री गोपाल राय ने बताया कि इस तरह की परियोजना से दिल्ली वायु प्रदूषण का वास्तविक समय पर स्रोत की पहचान करने वाला देश का पहला शहर बनेगा| रियल-टाइम सोर्स अपोर्शनमेंट परियोजना दिल्ली में किसी भी स्थान पर वायु प्रदूषण में वृद्धि के लिए जिम्मेदार कारकों की पहचान करने में मदद करेगी | साथ ही यह वाहन, धूल, बायोमास जलने, पराली जलाने और उद्योग उत्सर्जन जैसे विभिन्न प्रदूषण स्रोतों के वास्तविक समय के प्रभाव को समझने में भी मदद करेगी |
उन्होंने आगे बताया कि इस स्टडी के परिणामों के आधार पर दिल्ली सरकार प्रदूषण के स्रोतों को नियंत्रण करने के लिए आवश्यक कदम उठा सकेगी | जिससे दिल्ली में प्रदूषण के विभिन्न कारकों की पहचान करने और उनको दूर करने में मदद मिलेगी | प्रदूषण पूर्वानुमान प्राप्त होने से सरकार को नीतिगत निर्णय लेने में भी सहायता होगी |
