

Capping Prices of Covid beds
On 21 June 2020, the AAP Delhi govt issued an order fixing the cost of a COVID-19 isolation bed in any private hospital in Delhi in the range of ₹8,000-10,000; ₹13,000-15,000 and ₹15,000-18,000 including PPE costs for isolation bed, ICU without a ventilator and ICU with ventilator respectively for all private hospitals respectively.
The Delhi government had also issued an order to fix the price of a COVID-19 test performed by laboratories at ₹2,400.

Pricing regulation of auxiliary services
On 15 May 2021 the Delhi Govt issued an order to standardize charges for various Covid-19 auxiliary services:
- Hearse vans carrying Covid patients to funeral centres can charge only ₹1300 for 10 km & ₹100 for additional kms
- ₹700 fixed as cost of wrapping such a Covid-19 patient’s body in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- ₹500 as charge for PPE for an additional helper if required

Price regulation of RT-PCR, Rapid Antigen and Rapid PCR Tests
On 2 Dec 2021, the AAP Delhi Govt set the price for Rapid PCR tests at Rs.3500. This test is particularly useful for passengers who need reliable test-reports after de-boarding from flights.
On 20 Jan 2022, the rates for conventional RT-PCR and RAT tests by private labs were reduced. The price cap for RT-PCR test has been set at ₹300 and the price for home collection of samples has been set at ₹500. Price for Rapid Antigen test has been set at ₹100.
