Announcing a New Year gift for all the citizens of Delhi, Chief Minister Shri Arvind Kejriwal approved a proposal to provide 450 types of tests free of cost for the residents. The people of Delhi can avail these facilities from January 1st 2023 in all Delhi government hospitals, mohalla clinics and polyclinics. On Tuesday, Chief Minister Shri Arvind Kejriwal approved a proposal of the Health Department with the aim of providing best-in-class healthcare services to the people of Delhi for free. Until now 212 types of tests were conducted free of cost in government hospitals, polyclinics and mohalla clinics in Delhi. The state government has decided to further increase the number of types of tests to 450 to provide relief to the people who are already burdened by inflation. In this regard, CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal said on Twitter, “It is our mission to provide good quality health and education to all sections of people. Healthcare has become very expensive. Many people cannot afford private healthcare. This step of the Delhi government will help all such people.”
Under the able leadership of Shri Arvind Kejriwal, the Delhi government has constantly strived to provide the best healthcare services to the people of Delhi free of cost. It is the endeavour of the Delhi Government that all sections of the people get all kinds of quality health facilities free of cost in government hospitals, polyclinics and mohalla clinics, so that the people who are facing financial crisis can get some relief. Treatment in private hospitals has become so expensive that a common man feels unable to get his treatment done there.
The Delhi Government has been a pioneer in providing all tests, medicines and operations free to the citizens in its hospitals, polyclinics and mohalla clinics. Till now, 212 types of tests were provided free of cost in Aam Aadmi Mohalla Clinics of Delhi government and more than 250 tests in some government hospitals and super specialty clinics. For the rest of the tests, people had to go to private hospitals and get expensive tests done. Chief Minister Shri Arvind Kejriwal decided to increase the facility of free tests in government hospitals, polyclinics, mohalla clinics and mobile health clinics. In this regard, CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal approved the proposal received from the Health Department today. After his approval, the Delhi government will be able to conduct 450 types of tests free of cost for the citizens of Delhi. After this expansion, Delhi Government will be able to provide 450 types of tests in its Aam Aadmi Mohalla Clinics, Mahila Mohalla Clinics, Polyclinics and Mobile Health Clinics. The Delhi government has also partnered with private laboratories, which ensure testing and sample transportation as per standard operating procedures approved by the authorities. At present, the Delhi Government has 522 Aam Aadmi Mohalla Clinics, 4 MMCs, 21 Polyclinics and 201 Dispensaries in the city, where the testing facility will be available free of cost to the people.

मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने दिल्ली की जनता को नए साल का तोहफा देते हुए सभी सरकारी अस्पतालों, पॉलिक्लिनिक और मोहल्ला क्लीनिकों में 450 तरह के टेस्ट मुफ्त उपलब्ध कराने का निर्णय लिया है। दिल्ली वालों को सरकारी अस्पतालों में 450 तरह के टेस्ट की सुविधा आगामी एक जनवरी से मिलेगी। सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल ने दिल्ली की जनता को बेहतरीन निःशुल्क स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं देने के उद्देश्य से स्वास्थ्य विभाग के प्रस्ताव को आज मंजूरी दे दी। अभी तक दिल्ली के सरकारी अस्पतालों, पॉलिक्लिनिक और मोहल्ला क्लीनिक में 212 तरह के टेस्ट मुफ्त हो रहे थे। दिल्ली सरकार ने महंगाई से जूझ रही जनता को राहत देते हुए इसे बढ़ाकर 450 कर दिया है। इस संबंध में सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल ने ट्वीट कर कहा कि सभी तबके के लोगों को अच्छी गुणवत्ता की स्वास्थ्य और शिक्षा प्रदान करना हमारा मिशन है। स्वास्थ्य सेवा बहुत महंगी हो गई है। बहुत से लोग निजी स्वास्थ्य सेवा का खर्च नहीं उठा सकते। दिल्ली सरकार के इस कदम से ऐसे सभी लोगों को मदद मिलेगी।
मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल के नेतृत्व में दिल्ली सरकार दिल्लीवालों को बेहतरीन निःशुल्क स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं देने के लिए लगातार प्रयासरत है। दिल्ली सरकार का प्रयास है कि हर तबके के लोगों को सरकारी अस्पतालों, पॉलिक्लिनिक्स और मोहल्ला क्लीनिकों में हर तरह की गुणवत्ता युक्त स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं निःशुल्क मिले, ताकि आर्थिक तंगी से जूझ रहे लोगों को थोड़ी राहत मिल सके। प्राइवेट अस्पतालों में इलाज इतना महंगा हो गया है कि एक आम आदमी वहां अपना इलाज कराने में असमर्थ महसूस करता है।
दिल्ली सरकार ने अपने अस्पतालों, पॉलिक्लिनिक्स और मोहल्ला क्लीनिक में सभी के लिए सारा टेस्ट, दवाइयां और आपरेशन मुफ्त कर दिया है। अभी तक दिल्ली सरकार के आम आदमी मोहल्ला क्लीनिकों में 212 प्रकार के टेस्ट और कुछ सरकारी अस्पतालों और सुपर स्पेशियलिटी क्लीनिकों में 250 से अधिक टेस्ट मुफ्त किए जा रहे थे। बाकी टेस्ट के लिए लोगों को निजी अस्पतालों में जाना पड़ता था और महंगा टेस्ट कराना पड़ता था। मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने इसे गंभीरता से लेते हुए सरकारी अस्पतालों, पॉलिक्लिनिक्स, मोहल्ला क्लीनिकों और मोबाइल हेल्थ क्लीनिक में मुफ्त टेस्ट की सुविधा बढ़ाने का फैसला किया है। इस संबंध में सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल ने आज स्वास्थ्य विभाग से मिले प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी दे दी। इस मंजूरी के बाद दिल्ली सरकार दिल्ली के लोगों को 450 तरह के टेस्ट मुफ्त में करा सकेगी। इस विस्तार के बाद दिल्ली सरकार अपने आम आदमी मोहल्ला क्लीनिक, महिला मोहल्ला क्लीनिक, पॉलीक्लिनिक और मोबाइल हेल्थ क्लीनिक में 450 तरह के टेस्ट की सुविधा प्रदान करने में सक्षम होगी। दिल्ली सरकार ने निजी प्रयोगशालाओं के साथ भी भागीदारी की है, जो अधिकारियों द्वारा अनुमोदित मानक संचालन प्रक्रियाओं के अनुसार टेस्ट और नमूना परिवहन सुनिश्चित करती हैं। वर्तमान में दिल्ली सरकार दिल्ली में 522 आम आदमी मोहल्ला क्लीनिक, 4 एमएमसी, 21 पॉलीक्लिनिक और 201 डिस्पेंसरी चलाती है, जहां लोगों को यह टेस्ट की सुविधा निःशुल्क उपलब्ध होगी।
