BJP Minister Sambhaji Diliprao Patil, also known as Sambhaji Patil Nilangekar, formed a company Victoria Agro Food Processing Private Limited (VAFPPL) to make alcohol in 2008. He is the owner of the company along with his relatives. in 2009, he gave bank fake property papers to avail of 39.99 crores worth of credit and together they siphoned off the funds. In 2011 the loan was declared an NPA, and when the bank began the recovery process they discovered that mortgaged properties did not belong to Sambhaji Patil!
The shocking details and extent of his brazen forgery and cheating are outlined in the Chargesheet filed by the CBI in 2015. However, despite being fully aware of this, our Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis rewarded Sambhaji Patil for the scam by making him a Minister in his Cabinet. The Chief Minister lied to the people of Maharashtra by saying that Patil was merely a guarantor in someone else’s loan! This was a shameful lie because Patil is the founder, former director and present shareholder of the company, and it is he who forged property papers in his name and cheated the banks.
Fadnavis further awarded Patil and made him the Guardian Minister of Latur itself, where this case is being heard. Since Patil became the Guardian Minister, there has been no progress on the case, no arrests despite a very clear cut chargesheet which AAP accessed from the court in Latur.
Now, to add insult to injury, the 39.99 crore loan which has now become 76 crores, has been settled for a mere 25 crores – giving a direct bonus of 51 crores to Patil and his cohorts.
AAP condemns this brazen loot of savings of countless people who trust the banking system. While every single paisa is recovered from the poor, people like Sambhaji Patil, who should be in jail after the chargesheet that so clearly indicts him and his siblings in this scam, get away with loan waivers of massive sums. It is not only a case of cheating but also money laundering.
We demand that firstly Sambhaji Patil should be sacked as Minister, he should be arrested along with his cohorts and there should be no settlements for a company that had indulged in money laundering.
बँक घोटाळा करणाऱ्या मंत्री निलंगेकर-पाटलांनी राजीनामा द्यावा: ‘आप’ ची मागणी.
भाजपाचे कामगार कल्याणमंत्री संभाजी दिलीपराव पाटील निलंगेकर यांनी व्हिक्टोरिया अॅग्रो प्रोसेसिंग नावाने मद्यार्क बनवण्याची कंपनी २००८ मध्ये स्थापन केली.
स्वतः संभाजी पाटील व त्यांचे बंधू अरविंद आणि बहीण प्राजक्ता हे कंपनीचे संस्थापक
मालक असून १ मे २००८ ते ९ सप्टेंबर २००८ पर्यंत संचालक म्हणून काम करत होते २००९ जरी त्यांनी संचालकपदाचा राजीनामा दिला असला तरी ते सभासद म्हणून कंपनीचे भागीदार आहेत, तसेच कर्जासाठी ते स्वतः जामीनदार आहेत.
महाराष्ट्र बँक व युनियन बँक या दोघांचं मिळून ३९.९९ कोटी एवढे कर्ज घेतलं आता ती रक्कम मूळ मुद्दल व व्याजासहित जवळपास ७६ कोटी एवढं झालं असून ते फक्त २५ कोटीत सेटल करण्यात आलयं विशेष म्हणजे २०१५ मध्ये संभाजी पाटील निलंगेकर ४१ कोटी भरायला तयार होते.
२०११ कर्ज खाते हे थकबाकीत गेल्यानंतर बँकेने जेव्हा कर्ज वसुलीचा साठी प्रयत्न केला तेव्हा बँकेच्या लक्षात आले की कर्ज मिळविण्यासाठी खोटी कागदपत्रे जमा केली आहेत.
या कर्जासाठी गहाण ठेवलेली जमीन ही संभाजी पाटील यांच्या नावावर नसून ती त्यांच्या आजोबाच्या नावावर आहे. व तसेच मालमत्तेचे मूल्यांकन अनाधिकृत व्हॅल्यूवर कडून करून घेउन मालमत्तेच्या किमतीपेक्षा जास्त रक्कमेचे कर्ज मंजूर करून घेउन फसवणुक केली.
संभाजी पाटील यांच्याविरोधात सीबीआयने फसवणुकीचा गुन्हा गुन्हा दाखल केला.
सीबीआयच्या तपासानुसार या कंपनीने कोणताही उद्योग सुरू केलेल्या नसून फक्त बँकेची फसवणूक करण्यासाठी कंपनी स्थापन केल्याचे दिसून येते.
हे सगळ माहित असताना निलंगेकर हे त्या कर्जासाठी फक्त जमानतदार आहेत त्यांचा त्या कर्जाची काही संबंध नाही असे सांगून महाराष्ट्राच्या जनतेची दिशाभूल केली.
महाराष्ट्राचे मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडवणीस यांनी संभाजी पाटील निलंगेकर यांना कॅबिनेट दर्जाचे कामगार मंत्रिपद बहाल केले. वरुन लातूरचे पालकमंत्रिपद दिले.
आता वरुन ७६ कोटी एवढं कर्ज फक्त २५ कोटीत सेटल करण्यात आलयं. एकीकडे गोरगरीब जनता भुकेने मरत आहे. महाराष्ट्र सरकार कर्जाने डबघाईला आलं आहे.
शेतकऱ्याला दिलेली कर्जमाफी ही फक्त कागदावरच आहे. शेतकरी रोज आत्महत्या करत आसताना हे असं करनं कितपत योग्य आहे?
सीबीआय च्या कारवाईतूनच वाचण्यासाठी ही सेटलमेंट करण्यात आली आहे.
भाजपा सरकारचे मंत्री रोज नवीन नवीन घोटाळे करत असून. चिक्की घोटाळा, उंदीर मारण्यात घोटाळा, तूरदाळ खरेदीत घोटाळा, बंँक घोटाळा अशी घोटाळ्यांची मालिका सुरूच आहे. माध्यमांमधून हिंदुत्ववादी बातम्या पेरून, जातीय दंगली व मोर्चे घडवून आणून जनतेची दिशाभूल केली जात आहे.
बँका या गोरगरीब शेतकरी व सामान्य वर्गाकडून त्यांच्या कर्जाचा पहिला पै ना पै वसूल करतात. दुसरीकडे मंत्री मात्र असा करोडोंचा घोटाळा करतात वरून त्यांना कर्जमाफी मिळते. सामान्य माणसाचा बँकेवरचा विश्वास उडत चालला आहे.
आम आदमी पार्टी याचा निषेध करत असून संभाजी पाटील निलंगेकर यांच्या कामगार मंत्री पद व पालकमंत्री पदाचा राजीनामा घ्यावा. तसेच या घोटाळ्यामध्ये सहभागी असणाऱ्या इतर सर्व आरोपींना
अटक करून त्यांच्या कर्जाची सगळी रक्कम व्याजासहित वसुली करण्यात यावी.
