In a blistering revelation, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has leveled grave indictments against the BJP, asserting that the BJP has made a clandestine plot to apprehend CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal. AAP Delhi State Convenor Shri Gopal Rai asserts that despite securing bail from the court, the BJP is scheming to detain Shri Arvind Kejriwal. Doubting that even after 9 summons from the Enforcement Directorate (ED), the Delhi CM could be arrested, the BJP has orchestrated another summons. Recently, the BJP released a press statement through the ED. The ED now intends to implicate Shri Arvind Kejriwal in the alleged conspiracy, raising questions about the sudden change.
The AAP Delhi State Convenor contends that the BJP’s Electoral Bond corruption has been starkly exposed, instigating fears in the BJP camp that their once-boastful slogan of 400 will dwindle to 40 if the public understands BJP’s mega Scam . As apprehensions mount, the BJP appears poised to swiftly target opposition leaders through the ED-CBI nexus.
AAP Delhi State Convenor and Cabinet Minister Shri Gopal Rai, addressed a press conference at the party headquarters on Tuesday, stating that the BJP spokesperson gave a statement today regarding the ongoing court proceedings and its decisions. The senior AAP leader stated that these BJP leaders are releasing their statements on the ongoing proceedings and the verdict of the court. BJP leaders say that Arvind Kejriwal getting bail from the court means that they have not got relief yet. It is clear how the conspiracies of the BJP have increased ever since the AAP Supremo was granted bail. Even though the court has adjourned the hearing date till April 1, the BJP is not ready to wait, they are plotting new schemes to get Shri Arvind Kejriwal arrested. The ED has issued a ninth summons against him despite the ongoing proceedings. ED has approached the court saying that the summon was legal.
Shri Gopal Rai stated, “The proceedings are ongoing. The court is yet to decide if the summon is illegal or legal, but the BJP is so restless that they are continuously announcing their own verdicts. The BJP is not even ready to wait for the court’s decision. They might be feeling that their earlier summons did not work, so they have now sent a new summons under a new case. They might have understood that the earlier summonses against Shri Arvind Kejriwal (in the alleged Liquor Policy Scam), might not be enough to get him arrested. Yesterday, BJP played out their third conspiracy, they issued a new summons against Shri Arvind Kejriwal by the ED through a press note. They replayed their tape recorder of ‘₹100 crore, ₹100 crore, ₹100 crore’.”
Displaying a paper, the AAP Delhi State Convenor said, “The BJP has shown various pages but I’ll only show them one page of the court. Even the court said that the tune of ₹100 crores that you (BJP) has been singing, is debatable, there is no evidence to prove it till date. The press note released on Monday is yet another conspiracy by the BJP and the ED, to create a perception that Shri Arvind Kejriwal is also involved in the alleged scam. He was served summons after summons, but in any of these nine summonses, he was not involved. If he was not involved, then why did they issue another summons against him? Now they are saying that he is involved in the alleged scam because the court is reconsidering the summonses. They (BJP) are being restless and are not even willing to wait for the court’s verdict.”
“There’s no time for the BJP left now that their black book of corruption and extortion through the Electoral Bond has been exposed in front of the public. Their anxiety is on a rise, that if the citizens of the country comprehend the truth of this big scam, then their confidence of ‘400 Paar’ (crossing 400 seats) would soon be reduced down to 40 seats”, he added.
“The CBI, in their press release, stated that they will be arresting big names soon, and this shows that the BJP is conspiring to get the opposition leaders arrested. Earlier they used to claim that Shri Arvind Kejriwal doesn’t respect the law and the court, he went to the court and was granted bail and the hearing was adjourned till April 1, 2024. We (AAP) have always respected the court and we will keep respecting their directives. We have always challenged the conspiracies of the BJP and we will continue doing so. We are not afraid of the BJP’s conspiracies. They had no evidence then, they have no evidence now. Their cases fabricated then, and their cases are fabricated today.”
The senior leader of AAP added how the BJP has been administering dictatorship across the country. They are arresting anyone they want under fabricated cases. They were reading pages. I believe that these BJP leaders should also reopen up the file of Shri Chhagan Bhujbal, based on which he was imprisoned. Where are the pages of his file? They should also read out the papers of Shri Ashok Chauhan’s file. The BJP leaders should study which agencies have given their closure reports, based on which you (BJP) has decided to send them to Rajya Sabha. Anyone who joins your party (BJP) becomes a saint but anyone who opposes you becomes corrupt. You cannot hide the electoral bond scam by scheming or by arresting the opposing leaders”, he added.
