The Aam Aadmi Party took its campaign in Gujarat a notch higher as it reached out to the state’s government employees on Saturday. Addressing a massive roadshow in Bhavnagar, AAP National Convenor and Delhi CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal announced his Guarantee for Gujarat’s Government Employees. He declared that the AAP Government will implement the Old Pension Scheme by 31st January in Gujarat. He stated, “The AAP government in Punjab has implemented the old pension scheme and its notification has also been issued on November 18. Appeal to the government employees to support the Aam Aadmi Party in forming government in Gujarat, we will solve all your issues. These people threaten the traders a lot and get them raided, we will end Raid Raj and digitise everything, there will be no need to go to the government office for any work. AAP National Convenor and Delhi CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal said, “I have been visiting Gujarat for the past few months and the people of Gujarat have given me so much love. I will be forever indebted for this. People consider me as their brother. Elderly consider me as their son, their family member. It is my promise that the day we form the government in Gujarat, I will run the government as a member of your family and take all the responsibility.”
He added, “Firstly, I will get you relief from skyrocketing inflation. Women are especially stressed because of inflation. Men earn salaries and give it to women but money gets exhausted by the 20th or 22th day of the month. Women find it hard to run the family for the rest of the month. I am guaranteeing you that after March 1st, you need not pay your electricity bills. Your brother Kejriwal will bear the expense. We are running the government in Delhi as well as in Punjab. People of Delhi and Punjab get electricity 24×7 and zero electricity bills. Likewise, you will get electricity 24×7, when we come to power in Gujarat, and zero electricity bills from March 1st, 2023. It is magic and only Kejriwal knows how to do it. No other leader or party knows how to do it. It is a blessing given to me by God.”
He continued, “Secondly, to all the women above the age of 18 years, we will give Rs 1000 in their bank accounts every month once we come to power. If there are 2 or 3 women in a family, all of them will get Rs 1000 separately. This will also provide them some relief from high inflation. BJP abuses me on this by saying that I am exhausting the State Exchequer. I am giving money to people only and not taking it to Swiss banks. I am not building mansions or buying property.”
Shri Arvind Kejriwal said, “A lot of youth are unemployed in Gujarat. A lot of the time, these youth of ours prepare hard for recruitment exams by studying all night. Then they go to write the exam only to find out that it has been cancelled because of a paper leak. The paper is not leaked but sold by these people. They betray our youth. I am Delhi’s CM for 7 years and not even a single paper has leaked. Sardar Bhagwant Mann has been Punjab’s CM for seven months. Police recruitment took place in October and no paper was leaked there as well. It is because we are honest people. We do not sell papers.”
He added, “I also promise to you all that after forming the government in Gujarat, within one year we will fill up all the vacancies in the state government, be it Police, Talhati, TET or TAT, and there will not be a single paper leak. We will reinvestigate all the paper leaks that have taken place in Gujarat in the last seven years. We will send those people who sold papers to prison for 10 years. Those who spoiled the future of our youth, their time to go to prison has come. I will get jobs for each unemployed youth. In Delhi, we have given employment to 12 lakh youths in the last five years. And till the time you don’t get employment, each youth will receive an unemployment allowance of Rs 3,000 per month.”
The AAP National Convenor said, “These people threaten the traders a lot. They raid their places by sending Inspectors. Our government will put an end to Inspector Raj, Raid Raj. I assure all the traders that you need not go to government offices. You can call the traders of Delhi. Entire work will be done online. Not even a single trader will be threatened. We will give you respect. You can work fearlessly.”
He added, “Two months ago, thousands of government employees took to the streets of Gujarat. They gheraoed the Secretariat in Gandhinagar. They want the Old Pension Scheme and I guarantee them that they will get it by January 31st. We have implemented it in Punjab with a notification on November 18th. We will solve all your issues. You have to come together and bring us in power.”
The Delhi CM said, “You have given 27 years to these people, which is not a short period. I am appealing to you to give me only five years. If I do not bring progress, you can kick me out. People of Delhi gave me five years and they started loving me so much that they only gave 3 seats to BJP in the elections. Congress got zero seats. AAP got the rest of the seats. I do not know how hooliganism or corruption. I am a well-educated and honest person. I am an Engineer and a deshbhakt. I only know how to build schools, hospitals. If you want corruption or hooliganism, vote for those people. If you want schools for your children, hospitals for your family, come to me. I will fix electricity, water supply and roads. Give me a chance for 5 years. I will fulfil all the promises. We will work together for the progress of Gujarat.”
He concluded, “There is a wind of change in Gujarat. Entire Gujarat has come together for Parivartan. Something unique is happening in Gujarat. Bhagvad Gita also says that sins cross all limits, God uses his broom. God is using his broom. What’s happening is divine and God is showering his blessing. Entire Gujarat is standing behind us in such a short time. All of you have to come together for a massive Parivartan in Gujarat. You have to make sure that all our candidates win in the elections. आम आदमी पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय संयोजक एवं दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने आज गुजरात के भावनगर में पार्टी के उम्मीदवारों के समर्थन में रोड शो कर वोट मांगा। रोड शो में बड़ी संख्या में समर्थकों का हुजूम उमड़ पड़ा। लोग आम आदमी पार्टी के झंडे लिए “एक मौका केजरीवाल को” गाने की धुन पर झूमते हुए उनके काफिले के साथ आगे बढ़ते जा रहे थे। पूरे रोड शो में समर्थकों की भीड़ लगातार बढ़ती ही गई। रोड शो ने अपनी भारी संख्या में उपस्थिति दर्ज करा कर गुजरात के लोगों ने साफ संकेत दिए कि गुजरात में इस बार आम आदमी पार्टी की सरकार बनाने जा रही है।

“आप” के राष्ट्रीय संयोजक अरविंद केजरीवाल ने रोड शो को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि मैं पिछले कुछ महीनों से गुजरात आ रहा हूं और गुजरात के लोगों का मुझे बहुत प्यार मिल रहा है। मैं जिंदगी भर इसका एहसान नहीं चुका सकता हूं। गुजरात में कोई मुझे भाई बोलता है, तो कोई मुझे बेटा बोलता है। अब मैं गुजरात के हर परिवार का एक हिस्सा बन गया हूं। आज मैं आप सभी लोगों को विश्वास दिलाना चाहता हूं कि आम आदमी पार्टी की सरकार बनेगी तो मैं आपके परिवार का हिस्सा बनकर आपके परिवार की पूरी जिम्मेदारी संभालूंगा। गुजरात में महंगाई बहुत हो गई है। सबसे पहले हम महंगाई दूर करेंगे। खासकर महिलाओं को महंगाई बहुत परेशान करती है। आदमी कमाकर पैसे उसके हाथ पर रख देता है और महीने के 20- 22 तारीख तक पैसे खत्म हो जाते हैं। उसके बाद महिला बेचारी को समझ नहीं आता है कि घर कैसे चलाऊं। मैं गारंटी देता हूं कि एक मार्च के बाद से आपको अपने घर का बिजली का बिल देने की जरूरत नहीं है। आपका यह भाई आपके घर के बिजली का बिल देगा। दिल्ली में हमारी सरकार है। दिल्ली में 24 घंटे बिजली आती है और जीरो बिजली का बिल आता है। जार में भी हमारी सरकार है पंजाब में भी 24 घंटे बिजली आती है और जीरो बिजली का बिल आता है। अब गुजरात में हमारी सरकार बनेगी 24 घंटे बिजली आएगी और एक मार्च के बाद से जीरो बिजली का बिल आएगा। 24 घंटे बिजली और जीरो बिजली का बिल, यह जादू है और यह जादू केवल केजरीवाल को करने आता है। किसी और पार्टी को करने नहीं आता है। मुझे ऊपर वाले से आशीर्वाद मिला हुआ है। केवल केजरीवाल ही 24 घंटे बिजली और जीरो बिजली का बिल कर सकता है और कोई दूसरी पार्टी दूसरा नेता नहीं कर सकता।

“आप” के राष्ट्रीय संयोजक अरविंद केजरीवाल ने कहा कि 18 साल से ऊपर की सभी महिला के खाते में हर महीने एक- एक डालेंगे। अगर किसी घर में 2 महिलाएं हैं तो दोनों को एक-एक हजार रुपए मिलेंगे। भाजपा वाले मुझे खूब गालियां देते हैं। भाजपा वाले कहते हैं कि केजरीवाल सारा पैसा लुटा देगा। केजरीवाल जनता को ही तो पैसा दे रहा है, केजरीवाल स्विस बैंक में तो पैसा नहीं लेकर जा रहा है, केजरीवाल कोठिया तो नहीं बनवा रहा है। केजरीवाल प्रॉपर्टी तो नहीं खरीद रहा है। गुजरात में बहुत ज्यादा बेरोजगारी हो गई है। हमारे जितने युवा हैं, सारी-सारी रात पढ़ते हैं और जब पेपर देने जाते हैं, तो पेपर लीक हो जाता है। गुजरात में पेपर फूटता नहीं है, ये लोग पेपर बेच देते हैं। ये लोग बेईमानी करते हैं। मैं 7 साल से दिल्ली का मुख्यमंत्री हूं। दिल्ली में एक भी पेपर नहीं फूटा। 7 महीने से भगवंत मान साहब पंजाब के मुख्यमंत्री हैं। पंजाब में अभी अक्टूबर के महीने में पुलिस भर्ती के पेपर हुए और एक भी पेपर नहीं फूटा। क्योंकि हम इमानदार लोग हैं। हम लोग इन लोगों की तरह पेपर बेच कर पैसे नहीं कमाते हैं। इनकी तरह गंदगी नहीं करते हैं। मैं सभी युवाओं को गारंटी देता हूं कि जितनी सरकारी भर्तियां हैं, एक साल के अंदर सभी भर्तियां पूरी करा दूंगा और एक भी पेपर नहीं लीक होगा। इसके अलावा, पिछले 7 साल में जितने पेपर लीक हुए हैं, उन सभी की जांच करवाएंगे और जिन लोगों ने पेपर बेचे हैं, उन लोगों को 10-10 साल के लिए जेल में भेजा जाएगा। जितने बेरोजगार युवा हैं, उनके लिए रोजगार का इंतजार करूंगा। दिल्ली में मैंने 12 लाख युवाओं को रोजगार दिलाया हैं। जब तक युवाओं को रोजगार नहीं मिलेगा तब तक हर बेरोजगार युवा को तीन तीन हजार रुपए बेरोजगारी भत्ता दिया जाएगा।

“आप” के राष्ट्रीय संयोजक अरविंद केजरीवाल ने कहा कि ये लोग व्यापारियों को खूब धमकाते हैं और इंस्पेक्टर भेजकर रेड मारते हैं। सारे व्यापारियों को भरोसा दिलाना चाहता हूं कि हमारी सरकार बनेगी तो रेड राज खत्म करेंगे। आपको किसी काम के लिए सरकारी दफ्तर जाने की जरूरत नहीं पड़ेगी। सारा काम ऑनलाइन किया जाएगा। जैसे ये लोग डराते – धमकाते हैं, वैसे किसी व्यापारी को डराया – धमकाया नहीं जाएगा। सभी व्यापारियों को इज्जत देंगे और सभी लोग बिना डर-भय के काम कर पाएंगे। दो महीना पहले सरकारी कर्मचारी सड़क पर आ गए थे। हजारों सरकारी कर्मचारियों ने गांधीनगर में सचिवालय को घेर लिया था। सरकारी कर्मचारी ओल्ड पेंशन स्कीम चाहते हैं। मैं कहना चाहता हूं कि सरकारी कर्मचारियों के लिए 31 जनवरी तक ओल्ड पेंशन स्कीम को लागू कर दी जाएगी। पंजाब में हमने ओल्ड पेंशन स्कीम लागू कर दी है। पंजाब में ओल्ड पेंशन स्कीम लागू करने का 18 नवंबर को नोटिफिकेशन आ गया है। मेरी विनती है कि आप सभी लोग मिलकर के गुजरात में आम आदमी पार्टी की सरकार बनाने में सहयोग करें। आप के जितने भी मसले हैं, उन सारे मसलों का हम समाधान करेंगे। आपने इनको 27 साल दिए हैं। 27 साल कम नहीं होते हैं। मैं आप से सिर्फ 5 साल मांगने आया हूं। मैं काम न करूं तो अगली बार मुझे धक्के मार कर निकाल देना। दिल्ली वालों ने मुझे 5 साल दिए थे। दिल्ली वालों को मुझसे इतना प्यार हो गया कि दिल्ली वालों ने भाजपा को चुनाव में सिर्फ 3 सीट दी। कांग्रेस को जीरो सीट दी और बाकी सारी सीटें आम आदमी पार्टी को दे दी।
