Delhi Cooperative Minister Shri Raaj Kumar Anand held a high-level review meeting with the officials of Delhi Housing Finance Development Corporation. He also reviewed the salient features of DHFDC on track record, operations and credit disbursement to cooperatives.
During this meeting, the Minister directed the concerned officials to provide easy, quick and transparent financial assistance to the house and housing societies. He said that the Delhi Government is working in mission mode on lending to industry through the Delhi Housing Finance Development Corporation.
Cabinet Minister Shri Raaj Kumar Anand said that DHFDC under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Arvind Kejriwal is working on mission-mode to provide best credit facilities to the government officials seeking loan from the Delhi Government.
He appreciated the efforts of DCHFC in providing loans on targeted areas not covered by nationalized banks such as installation of solar power system, installation of lifts, rainwater harvesting system, open gyms and development of sports fields in societies. The DHFDC officials ensured that the corporation will explore more services in the future for the borrowers.
In order to create awareness about the various products and services offered by DCHFC, Shri Raaj Kumar Anand directed the officials to develop an integrated ‘Online Home Loan Application’ and organize awareness campaigns for the public.
