The Aam Aadmi Party levelled a strong attack at the BJP countering all their allegations against Dy CM Shri Manish Sisodia. The party’s top-brass lashed out at the PM Modi and BJP leaders as the ED filed its chargesheet into the so-called Excise Policy case without naming Shri Manish Sisodia just like the CBI cleared his name yesterday. AAP National Convenor and Delhi CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal called upon the Prime Minister to apologise to the country. He tweeted, “After CBI, ED gives clean chit to Manish Sisodia. Shouldn’t PM Modi apologise to the country for implicating Manish Sisodia, the man who made India famous in the world through the education revolution, in a false case?”
At the same time Dy CM Shri Manish Sisodia tweeted, “It is a matter of great pride for me that even after all the conspiracies no one has been able to prove their allegations against me. CBI and ED’s chargesheets have proven that there was no liquor scam in Delhi.” While, AAP Rajya Sabha MP Shri Raghav Chadha addressed the media over the issue, saying, “After CBI, ED has also filed the chargesheet in the so-called liquor scam in the court today, Manish Sisodia has not been named in that also. BJP and its top leadership should issue a public apology for conspiring to defame Manish Sisodia. BJP got FIRs filed against Manish Sisodia, called him ‘accused no. 1’, but they couldn’t prove a single allegation against him.”
AAP Rajya Sabha MP Shri Raghav Chadha said, “Yesterday, the CBI filed a charge sheet in the so-called ‘Excise Scam’ that the BJP had been claiming for the last six months or so. It is a charge sheet of over 10,000-pages and the name of Delhi Dy CM Shri Manish Sisodia is not included in the charge sheet. Also, today, the Enforcement Directorate filed a charge sheet in the same case at Rouse Avenue and their charge sheet is over 3,000-pages long. Once again, the name of Delhi Dy CM Shri Manish Sisodia is not included in it.”
He said, “For the last six months the BJP has been holding press conferences and going around screaming in all areas of Delhi that Shri Manish Sisodia, who perhaps is the best education minister in the entire country, is corrupt and an accused in this case. But after all that drama, the investigative agencies ended up filing a charge sheet that did not have the name of the Deputy CM of Delhi. Basically, what has happened today is that the CBI and ED both have given a clean chit to Shri Manish Sisodia in this case. When the CBI had initially filed an FIR in this case, the FIR was titled ‘CBI vs Manish Sisodia’. Even the ECIR, which is basically ED’s version of the FIR, had been titled as ‘ED vs Manish Sisodia’. And today, in the charge sheets filed by both these agencies, Shri Manish Sisodia is not named in the matter at all. In the last 4-5 months, the Central Government had employed as many as 800 officers of both these agencies and the police forces to find evidence against Shri Manish Sisodia. BJP’s plan was to put Shri Manish Sisodia in jail on whatever pretext they could find. These officers were forced to work for 18-20 hours to find any evidence against the Deputy CM. As many as 1000 raids were conducted all over the country to find some evidence against him. Shri Manish Sisodia’s house was raided, his bank locker was scanned. There were raids conducted even in his ancestral homes where his relatives were questioned. Despite putting all their might, they could not find anything against him For six months, the BJP went around screaming that there was a ‘Excise Scam’ and Manish Sisodia was called all sorts of names during this time. But now, when the time came to file their charge sheet in the case, they did not even have the evidence to name him in this matter. Today, it could be the CBI, ED, BJP or the PMO, whichever body you want to look at it as, but all of them have today given a clean chit and a ‘certificate of honesty’ to Shri Manish Sisodia and the Aam Aadmi Party.”
He added, “Gujarat elections are only a few days away and the MCD elections a week away. If the BJP had even the slightest evidence to prove that Shri Manish Sisodia was corrupt, they would be screaming at the top of their voice everywhere. But since they could find nothing over the last six months, by filing this charge sheet, both the CBI and the ED had no choice but to give a clean chit to Shri Manish Sisodia and the Aam Aadmi Party. This proves that AAP is the only party in the country that is kattar imandaar. Shri Arvind Kejriwal is the only leader of a party in this country who is kattar imandaar. Over the last seven years, since our government was formed in Delhi in 2015, there have been investigations against us and our party leaders almost every single day. First it was the then Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung, then it was Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal, and now Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena opens some investigation or the other against us almost every single day. The Shunglu Committee went on to investigate over 400 files of the Delhi Government, the CBI, the ED, some agency or the other keeps investigating us at all times, yet there was nothing illegal found against us.”
Shri Raghav Chadha said, “This time, the BJP tried to target a person who is perhaps the best education minister in the country. They tried to target someone who is renowned for improving the education standards of Delhi, for bringing an “educational revolution” in Delhi. This person brought “world-class schools” to Delhi and brightened the future of over 20 lakh students in Delhi. This person is credited for encouraging an educational system in which government school children are doing very well in IIT and NEET exams. The children of a safai karamchari and a judge sit together and study in our government schools. That is the kind of system Shri Manish Sisodia has developed and the BJP tried their level best to defame him in this excise policy case. BJP should apologise to Shri Manish Sisodia and the people of Delhi for the fake propaganda that they tried to spread against our education minister. Every worker of the BJP and this includes those higher up in the organisation, including the Prime Minister, should apologise for this fake propaganda that they tried to spread against Shri Manish Sisodia.”
He added, “The way the criminal justice system of this country functions, first, there is an alleged crime and then evidence is gathered in the matter. Afterwards, an FIR is registered in the case. After this, further evidence is gathered and raids conducted to gather material that makes the case full-proof and then a charge sheet is filed in the matter. The charge sheet is a document that reveals all the evidence gathered and the details of the investigation against an accused in the case. It is presented in a court and a judge finally looks into the case to decide if the accusations against the alleged criminal are true or false. Today, in the charge sheet filed by the ED and the CBI, not an iota of evidence was found against Shri Manish Sisodia in this Excise Policy matter. This goes on to prove that Shri Manish Sisodia, Shri Arvind Kejriwal and the Aam Aadmi Party are “kattar imandaar”. This certificate of honesty has been given to us by none other than our biggest political rivals, the Bharatiya Janata Party.”
He concluded, “This entire propaganda plotted by the BJP has spread over the last six months where they accused Shri Manish Sisodia of being corrupt and asked for his resignation as a minister. Now, they should tender an unconditional apology to him and the people of Delhi. Also, it is very unfortunate that instead of apologising and accepting their mistake, they are now going around claiming that this is only “the first charge sheet” and that there can be “supplementary charge sheets” in the future. This is nothing but an attempt to cover up their lies. After screaming around in public and calling the Deputy CM corrupt for the last six months and claiming a scam of Rs 10,000 crore and then finding no evidence to prove their allegations, the BJP has only embarrassed itself. Now they are using this excuse of filing a supplementary charge sheet as an excuse to hide their faces. This only goes on to expose the BJP and the kind of cheap politics that the party indulges in. They should apologise to Shri Manish Sisodia and the people of Delhi.”
AAP National Convenor and Delhi CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal tweeted, “ED’s charge sheet does not have Shri Manish Sisodia’s name as well. Shouldn’t Modiji apologise to the country for falsely implicating Shri Manish Sisodia, who brought glory to the country across the globe with his Education Revolution? Will the country progress if those who work for the welfare of people are sent behind bars?”
Senior AAP Leader and Delhi Dy CM Shri Manish Sisodia also tweeted, “It is a matter of great pride that they could not prove allegations against me, despite all the conspiracies and fake FIRs. A team of 800 officers raided 500 locations to prepare a charge sheet which does not have my name. CBI and ED’s charge sheets prove that no Excise Scam took place. He also tweeted, “BJP has been spreading lies for 4 months that I committed an Excise Scam worth Rs 10 thousand crores in Delhi. They lodged a fake FIR against me and called me Accused no.1 to defame me and my family. All their senior leaders used to abuse me daily on TV. However, Satyamev Jayate!”

दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने कहा कि सीबीआई के बाद अब ईडी ने भी मनीष सिसोदिया को क्लीन चिट दी है। शिक्षा क्रांति से दुनिया में भारत का नाम रोशन करने वाले मनीष जी को झूठे केस में फंसाने के लिए क्या मोदी जी को देश से माफ़ी नहीं माँगनी चाहिए? उप मुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया ने कहा कि यह मेरे लिए बेहद गर्व की बात है कि तमाम साज़िशों के बाद भी मेरे ऊपर कोई आरोप नहीं लगा पा रहे हैं। सीबीआई और ईडी की चार्जशीट ने साबित कर दिया कि कोई शराब घोटाला नहीं हुआ। आम आदमी पार्टी के वरिष्ठ नेता राघव चड्ढा ने कहा कि सीबीआई के बाद ईडी ने भी आज कोर्ट में तथाकथित शराब घोटाले की चार्जशीट दाखिल की है। उसमें भी मनीष सिसोदिया जी का नाम नहीं है। बीजेपी और उनके शीर्ष नेतृत्व को मनीष सिसोदिया को बदनाम करने की साज़िश रचने के लिए माफ़ी मांगनी चाहिए। भाजपा ने मनीष सिसोदिया जी के खिलाफ एफआईआर की। उन्हें शराब घोटाले में आरोपी नंबर 1 बताया, लेकिन उनके खिलाफ कोई सुबूत नहीं मिला।
आम आदमी पार्टी के वरिष्ठ नेता और राज्यसभा सदस्य राघव चड्ढा ने पार्टी मुख्यालय में आज एक महत्वपूर्ण प्रेस वार्ता को संबोधित किया। राघव चड्ढा ने कहा कि सीबीआई ने कल तथाकथित एक्साइज पॉलिसी इन्वेस्टिगेशन में चार्जशीट दाखिल की। 10 हजार से अधिक पेजों की चार्जशीट में दिल्ली के उपमुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया का नाम तक नहीं था। उसी मामले में रावत एवेन्यू कोर्ट में आज इन्फोर्समेंट डायरेक्टरेट (ईडी) ने चार्जशीट दर्ज की। 3 हजार से अधिक पन्नों की चार्जशीट में भी मनीष सिसोदिया जी का नाम नहीं है। पिछले छह महीने से भारतीय जनता पार्टी पानी पी-पी कर मनीष सिसोदिया और आम आदमी पार्टी को बदनाम करने के लिए हर गली मोहल्ले में जाकर चीखती चिल्लाती हैं। जब इन्वेस्टिगेटिव एजेंसीज ने आज कोर्ट में चार्जशीट दाखिल की तो उसमें जांच एजेंसियों ने मनीष सिसोदिया जी का नाम तक नहीं लिया। ईडी और सीबीआई दोनों ने मनीष सिसोदिया जी को क्लीन चिट देने का काम किया है। सीबीआई ने जो एफआईआर दर्ज की उस एफआईआर का नाम था सीबीआई वर्सेस मनीष सिसोदिया। ईडी की ईसीआइआर का टाइटल ईडी वर्सेस मनीष सिसोदिया था। इन दोनों जांच में मनीष सिसोदिया जी का चार्टशीट मेंं नाम तक नहीं है।
उन्होंने कहा कि भाजपा की सीबीआई और ईडी ने पिछले चार महीनों में 800 से ज्यादा अफसरों की फौज लगाई। उन्हें एक ही लक्ष्य दिया गया कि मनीष सिसोदिया जी को जेल में डालो। जेल में डालने की इस कवायद में 800 से अधिक अफसरों ने 1000 से ज्यादा जगह पर रेड डाली। ये रेड मनीष सिसोदिया जी के घर, बैंक लॉकर, पैतृक गांव में भी हुई। मनीष सिसोदिया के तमाम रिश्तेदारों के ठिकानों पर रेड की गई। लेकिन बीजेपी को रत्ती भर भी सबूत मनीष सिसोदिया जी के खिलाफ नहीं मिला। छह महीने सड़क पर घूम घूम कर मनीष सिसोदिया को भ्रष्टाचारी कहने के बाद आज बीजेपी की एजेंसियां कोर्ट में जब चार्जशीट दाखिल करती हैं तो मनीष सिसोदिया जी के खिलाफ रत्ती भर भी सबूत इन एजेंसियों के पास नहीं था। सीबीआई, ईडी, भाजपा और पीएमओ ने आज मनीष सिसोदिया जी को ईमानदारी का सर्टिफिकेट दिया। आम आदमी पार्टी को इमानदारी का सर्टिफिकेट देने का काम किया।

सांसद राघव चड्ढा ने कहा कि गुजरात और नगर निगम के दिल्ली के चुनाव सात दिन दूर हैं। अगर बीजेपी के पास रत्ती भर भी सबूत होता मनीष सिसोदिया जी के खिलाफ होता तो पूरे देश में घूम कर ढिंढोरा पीटत। लेकिन बीजेपी, ईडी, सीबीआई इनमें से किसी के पास रत्ती भर भी सबूत नहीं है। ईडी और सीबीआई ने आज मनीष सिसोदिया जी को क्लीन चिट देने का काम किया। यह क्लीन चिट दर्शाती है कि आम आदमी पार्टी इकलौती ऐसी पार्टी है भारत देश की जो कट्टर इमानदार है। सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल इकलौते ऐसे नेता है इस देश के जो कट्टर इमानदार हैं। भाजपा के लोग हमारी जांच पिछले सात सालों से करा रहे हैं। दिल्ली में 2015 में जब हमारी सरकार बनी तब से लेकर आज तक हर रोज कोई नई जांच होती है। सबसे पहले उपराज्यपाल नजीब जंग और फिर उपराज्यपाल अनिल बैजल ने हमारी जांच कराई। अब उपराज्यपाल वीके सक्सेना हर रोज एक नई जांच हम पर बिठा देते हैं। शुंगलू कमेटी ने 400 से ज्यादा फाइलें हमारी जांच कर लीं। सीबीआई-ईडी की रेड हो गई। लेकिन इनको क्या मिला? इस जांच में भाजपा और भाजपा की एजेंसीज को क्या मिला? ये बहुत बड़ा सवाल था। आज जब कोर्ट में सबूत पेश करने की बात आई तो ईडी और सीबीआई के पास रत्ती बार भी सबूत नहीं था, ये कहने के लिए कि मनीष सिसोदिया भ्रष्टाचारी हैं।
उन्होंने कहा कि एक ऐसे व्यक्ति जिन्हें देश का सर्वश्रेष्ठ शिक्षामंत्री कहा जाता है। एक ऐसे मंत्री जिन्होंने दिल्ली में शिक्षा जगत में काम करके दिखाया, उसने भारत देश का नाम रौशन किया। एक ऐसा व्यक्ति जिन्होंने दिल्ली में शिक्षा क्रांति लाई। एक ऐसे व्यक्ति जिन्होंने वर्ल्ड क्लास एजुकेशनल इंस्टीट्यूशंस बना कर विश्वस्तरीय शिक्षा देने का दिल्ली के बच्चों का काम किया। जिन्होंने दिल्ली के 20 लाख से अधिक बच्चों की तकदीर बदल दी। वह व्यक्ति जिन्होंने दिल्ली में आज एक ऐसी व्यवस्था बनाई है कि दिल्ली के सरकारी स्कूलों के बच्चे, आईआईटी और नीट जैसी परीक्षा पास कर रहे हैं। जिसमें गरीब सफाई कर्मचारी का बेटा या किसी जज का बेटा हो, सब एक बैंच पर बैठकर एक स्कूल में एक छत के नीचे विश्वस्तरीय शिक्षा ग्रहण करते हैं। ऐसे महान पुरुष मनीष सिसोदिया को बदनाम करने की जो साजिश बीजेपी ने रची, उसके लिए भाजपा को माफी मांगनी चाहिए। भाजपा के नेतृत्व को माफी मांगनी चाहिए। यहां तक कि प्रधानमंत्री को माफी मांगनी चाहिए कि उन्होंने मनीष सिसोदिया जी को बदनाम करने की पूरी साजिश रची। उसका आज पर्दाफाश हो गया।
पिछले छह महीने से लगातार मनीष सिसोदिया जी को बदनाम करने के लिए साजिशें रची जा रहीं- राघव चड्ढा
आम आदमी पार्टी के वरिष्ठ नेता राघव चड्ढा ने कहा कि इससे साबित होता है कि मनीष सिसोदिया, सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल और आम आदमी पार्टी कट्टर इमानदार है। कट्टर ईमानदारी का सर्टिफिकेट हमारी राजनीतिक प्रतिद्वंदी भारतीय जनता पार्टी, ईडी, सीबीआई ने दिया है। पिछले छह महीने से जो लगातार मनीष सिसोदिया जी को बदनाम करने के लिए साजिशें रची जा रही हैं, उसके लिए भारतीय जनता पार्टी को माफी मांगनी चाहिए। एक नया शिगूफा बीजेपी ने छोड़ा की ये तो पहली चार्जशीट थी। अभी तो और भी चार्जशीट आ सकती हैं। मैं भारतीय जनता पार्टी के इस कथन का भी खंडन करते हुए कहना चाहता हूं कि बीजेपी को अब मुंह छुपाने के लिए कुछ तो बोलना है। बीजेपी पिछले छह महीने से पानी पी पी कर मनीष सिसोदिया को बदनाम करने की कोशिश कर रही थी। हम उनसे और क्या उम्मीद कर सकते हैं। जब आपने एफआईआर में उन्हें अभियुक्त नंबर 1 रखा और चार्जशीट दाखिल करने की बारी आई तो रत्ती भर भी सबूत कोर्ट में पेश नहीं कर पाए। यह भाजपा के नेतृत्व को एक्सपोज करता है। भाजपा को मनीष सिसोदिया के खिलाफ साजिश रचने को लेकर माफी मांगनी चाहिए।

उप मुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया ने कहा कि यह मेरे लिए बेहद गर्व की बात है कि इनकी तमाम साज़िशों और झूठी एफआईआर के बाद भी ये मेरे ऊपर कोई आरोप नहीं लगा पा रहे। 800 अफ़सरों की टीम ने 500 जगह रेड कर जो चार्जशीट बनाई है, उसमें मेरा नाम नहीं है। सीबीआई और ईडी की चार्जशीट ने साबित कर दिया कि कोई शराब घोटाला नहीं हुआ। बीजेपी ने चार महीने से झूंठ फैला रखा है कि मैंने दिल्ली में 10 हज़ार करोड़ का शराब घोटाला कर दिया। मेरे खिलाफ फर्जी एफआईआर कराकर मुझे आरोपी नंबर एक कहलवाया। मुझे और मेरे परिवार को बदनाम किया। इनके हर बड़े नेता ने मुझे रोज़ाना टीवी पर बैठकर गालियां दी। लेकिन सत्यमेव जयते।
