नई दिल्ली, 20 मार्च 2019, बुधवार को आम आदमी पार्टी के मुख्य प्रवक्ता सौरभ भारद्वाज ने एक बयान जारी करते हुए केंद्रीय मंत्री हरदीप पुरी से आम आदमी पार्टी की चिंता न करने और दिल्ली की जनता को भाजपा की दिल्ली विरोधी नीतियों के बारे में बताने की चुनौती दी।
उन्होंने कहा कि अगले 7 दिनों तक हम दिल्ली की जनता के बीच भाजपा के असली चेहरे को बेनकाब करने का काम करेंगे। और दिल्ली की जनता को केंद्रीय मंत्री हरदीप पुरी की दिल्ली विरोधी नीतियों के बारे में बताने का काम करेंगे।
उन्होंने कहा कि नरेंद्र मोदी जी द्वारा 18 महीने पहले, केंद्र में मंत्री पद पर आसीन किए गए राज्यसभा सांसद श्री हरदीप सिंह पुरी जी द्वारा नए राजनीतिक ज्ञान का उदय किया गया है। हरदीप पुरी जी जिनके पास केंद्रीय मंत्री के तौर पर, देश हित में किया गया अपना काम दिखाने के नाम पर शून्य है, वह अब चुनावी राजनीतिक विश्लेषण के तौर पर अपनी किस्मत आजमाने निकले हैं।
यह समझ से बिल्कुल ही परे है कि श्री हरदीप पुरी जी दिल्ली की राजनीतिक स्थिति पर अपनी विशेषज्ञ टिप्पणी किस क्षमता के आधार पर दे रहे हैं। भाजपा को छोड़कर हरदीप पुरी जी आम आदमी पार्टी के बारे में इतना चिंतित क्यों है?
सौरभ भारद्वाज ने कहा कि हरदीप पुरी जी को आम आदमी पार्टी की चिंता करने की जरूरत नहीं है आम आदमी पार्टी का जन्म लोकपाल आंदोलन से हुआ था, जिसे हरदीप पुरी जी की पार्टी ने 2014 के लोकसभा चुनाव में अपने घोषणापत्र में लागू करने का वादा किया था, परंतु 5 साल तक दिल्ली और देश की जनता को बेवकूफ बनाने का काम किया। अंततः देश के सर्वोच्च न्यायालय को कड़ा कदम उठाना पड़ा और सुप्रीम कोर्ट की फटकार के बाद मजबूरन भाजपा सरकार को लोकपाल की नियुक्ति करनी पड़ी।
जब जनलोकपाल आंदोलन शुरू हुआ तो पूरे देश की जनता सड़कों पर अपना घर बार, कारोबार सब छोड़ कर उतर आई थी। क्योंकि उस समय हरदीप पुरी जी राजनीति में नहीं थे, तो शायद हरदीप पुरी जी को यह नहीं पता की आम आदमी पार्टी ने कांग्रेस की अगुवाई वाली यूपीए सरकार के कार्यकाल में भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ अपनी यात्रा शुरू की थी, और अब श्री पुरी जी की पार्टी के सत्तावादी और तानाशाही शासन से लड़ रही है।
आम आदमी पार्टी जन आंदोलन से निकली हुई पार्टी है, और आम आदमी पार्टी के लिए देश की जनता और उसके हित सर्वोपरि हैं। देश की जनता के अधिकारों के लिए और जनविरोधी नीतियों के खिलाफ आम आदमी पार्टी किसी भी पार्टी से लड़ने को तैयार है, चाहे वह कांग्रेस हो या भाजपा।
सौरभ भारद्वाज ने केंद्रीय मंत्री हरदीप पुरी से कुछ प्रश्न पूछे जो निम्न प्रकार से हैं….
1- हरदीप पुरी जी बताएं कि दिल्ली मेट्रो बोर्ड में केंद्र सरकार के नुमाइंदों ने अनुचित मेट्रो किराया बढ़ाने का समर्थन क्यों किया?
2- दिल्ली मेट्रो किराया बढ़ाने को लेकर केंद्र सरकार की ओर से मेट्रो मंत्रालय के प्रतिनिधियों को आप ने क्या निर्देश दिए थे?
3- नरेंद्र मोदी सरकार ने दिल्ली मेट्रो फेज 4 के तीन मार्गो को, जो दिल्ली सरकार ने मंजूरी दी थी उसे क्यों रोक दिया?
4- आप और आपका मंत्रालय मेट्रो फेज फोर के तीन मार्गो को मंजूरी नहीं देने के कारणों को जनता के बीच सार्वजनिक करने से क्यों डरते हैं?
5- भारतीय चुनाव आयोग के आदर्श आचार संहिता लागू होने से 1 दिन पहले डीडीयू मार्ग पर भाजपा को 2 एकड़ जमीन उपलब्ध कराने का क्या औचित्य है?
सौरभ भारद्वाज ने कहा कि आम आदमी पार्टी श्री हरदीप पुरी जी से दिल्ली से जुड़े किसी भी मुद्दे पर बहस करने को तैयार है, परंतु उनको इस बहस का जनादेश उनकी पार्टी की ओर से मिले। क्योंकि भाजपा में किसी भी नेता या मंत्री को अपनी मर्जी से कुछ भी बोलने की अनुमति नहीं है।
श्री हरदीप सिंह पुरी जी जिन्होंने कई देशों में अपनी सेवा दी है, वह बेहतरी से जानते होंगे कि सत्तावादी और तानाशाही शासन लंबे समय तक नहीं चलता। क्योंकि भारत एक मजबूत लोकतंत्र वाला देश है, जहां संविधान और संघवाद को केंद्र सरकार ने नष्ट करके रख दिया है। अब देश की जनता इस तानाशाह सरकार को और बर्दाश्त नहीं करेगी।
आम आदमी पार्टी को हरदीप पुरी जी से बिल्कुल भी उम्मीद नहीं है कि वह देश की जनता को बताएंगे, कि किस प्रकार से मोदी सरकार ने देश के सभी संस्थानों को नष्ट किया, राजनीतिक प्रतिद्वंद्वीयों को झूठे मामलों में फसाया, केंद्रीय एजेंसियों का दुरुपयोग किया, गैर भाजपा राज्य सरकारों को कार्य करने की अनुमति नहीं दी। पूरे देश की जनता भाजपा की सरकार से त्रस्त है, और आगामी लोकसभा चुनाव में जनता इसका मुंहतोड़ जवाब देगी।

Mr Hardeep Puri need not worry about the Aam Aadmi Party, he should tell the people of Delhi about his Anti Delhi approach.
For next seven days, we will expose the real face of BJP & Mr Puri and question his anti-Delhi Policies. We challenge hin for a open debate.
New political wisdom has dawned on BJP’s Rajya Sabha MP from Uttar Pradesh Mr hardeep Singh Puri, who was made a minister of state in the Narendra Modi government, 18 months back.
Mr Puri, who has nothing worthwhile to show in his performance as a minister, is now venturing into the new arena of electoral political analysis.
It is also beyond any reasonable understanding as to in which capacity Mr Puri is giving his expert comments on the political situation of Delhi, and why is he so worried about the Aam Aadmi Party ?
AAP was born out of a movement for the creation of Lokpal, which Mr Puri’s party promised in the run-up to 2014 Lok Sabha elections, and was forced to form this anti-corruption ombudsman following consistent questioning by the Supreme Court.
Mr Puri may not have known that Janlokpal movement was a rare mass movement in which people of the country spontaneously came out of their houses, though there was no diplomacy involved in the movement.
Mr Puri was not in politics then and therefore might not be aware that AAP began its journey against corruption in Congress-led UPA government’s tenure and is now fighting the authoritarian and dictatorial regime of Mr Puri’s party.
For the AAP, the country and its interests are supreme. Be it Congress or BJP, the AAP will fight anti-people policies of any government, which will snatch rights of the citizens.
The AAP would like to know the answers of following questions from Mr Puri :
1)      Mr Puri why did the BJP central government’s nominees on the Delhi Metro Board support the unjustified Metro fare hike ?
2)      What were the instructions of your ministry to the central government nominees on the Metro Board about the Metro fare hike ?
3)      Why has the Narendra Modi government stalled approval to three routes of Delhi Metro Phase-IV ?
4)      Why are you and your ministry afraid of making public the reasons for not giving approval to three routes of the Delhi Metro Phase-IV ?
5)      What is the justification of providing two acres of land to the BJP on DDU Marg a day before the Election Commission of India’s Model Code of Conduct came into force ?
AAP is willing to debate with Mr Puri on any issue concerning Delhi, provided he has the mandate from his own party, given the fact that nobody is freely allowed to speak in BJP.
Having been a career diplomat, who has served in many countries, Mr Puri would well be knowing that authoritarian and dictatorial regimes don’t last long and India is a country with a strong democracy where the people will no longer tolerate a government which trampled the Constitution and destroyed federalism.
AAP does not expect Mr Puri to speak on how Modi government destroyed institutions, implicated political rivals in false cases, misused central agencies, did not allow non-BJP state governments to function and all its anti-people policies will get a resounding reply in the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections.
