डोर स्टेप डिलीवरी की सफलता से परेशान होकर BJP ने करायी कैलाश गहलोत पर IT रेड।

कोई भी तरीका अपना लें अमित शाह और PM नरेंद्र मोदी, आम आदमी पार्टी डरने वाली नही ।

2015 की हार अब भी नही भुला पा रहे हैं अमित शाह और PM नरेंद मोदी

पार्टी कार्यालय में प्रेस कांफ़्रेस को संबोधित करते हुए आप की राष्ट्रीय प्रवक्ता आतिशी ने पत्रकारों को बताया कि जिस तरह से दिल्ली के परिवहन मंत्री कैलाश गहलोत जी के घर पर जो IT रेड हुई है, ये कोई पहली घटना नही है, इससे पहले भी आप के मंत्री, विधायकों पर केंद्र सरकार की एजेंसी द्वारा रेड की गई है। उन्होंने बताया Dec 2015 को CM ऑफिस में CBI की रेड हुई, उसके बाद सतेंद्र जैन जी घर पर रेड की गई, उप मख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया के घर पर CBI की रेड हुई। पार्टी को परेशान करने के लिए लगभग हर रोज एक IT का नोटिस भेजा जाता है। जबकि आम आदमी पार्टी देश की इकलौती पार्टी है जिसका पूरा चंदा बैंकिंग के माध्यम से आता है। दिल्ली पुलिस ने करीब 28 केस आप के विधायकों पर किये हैं। जब देश में फ़ास्ट ट्रैक कोर्ट बनने की बात हुई तो केंद्र ने बस दिल्ली में फ़ास्ट ट्रैक कोर्ट बनाये जिससे आप के विधायकों को जेल भेजा जा सके। लेकिन जैसे जैसे केस कोर्ट में आ रहे हैं , लगभग हर केस में पुलिस को लताड़ पड़ रही है और कोर्ट द्वारा केस खारिज किये जा रहे हैं।

इससे साफ है केंद्र सरकार आम आदमी पार्टी को डराने के लिए अपनी हर एजेंसी का इस्तेमाल करती है। आज उसी कड़ी में कैलाश गहलोत के यहां IT की रेड हुई है।

आतिशी ने बताया कि कैलाश गहलोत के यहां रेड के दो कारण हैं।
पहला कारण ये है जो 20 संसदीय सचिव का केस चल रहा है उसकी पूरी लीगल कार्यवाही कैलाश गहलोत की देख रेख में हो रही है। केंद्र सरकार ने हर कोशिश की है कि किसी भी तरह आप के 20 विधायकों को अयोग्य घोषित करके फिर से चुनाव कराया जाए, आपको याद होगा कि पूर्व मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त ने अपने रिटायरमेंट के आखिरी दिन आप विधायकों के खिलाफ वाली याचिका पर हस्ताक्षर किये थे, जिस पर राष्ट्रपति ने रविवार को हस्ताक्षर किये थे । जब ये मामला दिल्ली HC गया तो HC ने कहा ये गलत है, इस मामले में प्राक्रतिक न्याय के खिलाफ है। ये सारी कार्यवाही कैलाश गहलोत की देख रेख में हो रही थी।

दूसरा कारण ये है, दिल्ली सरकार ने जो होम डिलीवरी सर्विसेज दिल्ली में शुरू किया है, इसका मंत्रालय कैलाश गहलोत के पास है। वो इस मुद्दे पर साल भर से काम रहे थे, LG से लेकर अधिकारियों ने इसे रोकने की कोशिश की, लेकिन कैलाश गहलोत के लगातार प्रयास से दिल्ली सरकार इसे लागू करा पाई। जिसमे 40 सुविधाएं दिल्ली के लोगों को घर बैठे मिल रही हैं।

ये ही दो कारण है जिससे परेशान होकर PM नरेंद्र मोदी और BJP अध्यक्ष अमित शाह ने IT की रेड करायी है। आप चाहे आम आदमी पार्टी के खिलाफ कुछ भी कर लीजिए , हम डरने वाले नही हैं। हम दिल्ली की जनता के लिए काम करते रहेंगे । आतिशी ने आखिरी में कहा जैसा कि पिछली कई रेड में आप नेताओं के खिलाफ कुछ नही निकला, इस रेड में भी कुछ नही निकलने वाला है।

20 AAP MLAs disqualification case of AAP being supervised by Kailash Gahlot; failure to disqualify MLAs forced BJP to conduct IT raid: Atishi

_Raid on Revenue Minister Kailash Gahlot is in response to the successful rollout by the Minister of Doorstep delivery of services: Atishi_

The duo of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Amit Shah are employing their signature dirty tricks, but Aam Aadmi Party will not succumb to these tactics.

The embarassment of losing to a new political party like AAP in the 2015 Delhi assembly election appears to continue to haunt the BJP. Even after three years, the BJP is exacting revenge on the people of Delhi by hounding the elected government of the city.

AAP’s senior leader and East Delhi in-charge Atishi said to the press, “It is not the first time that AAP has been targeted by the CBI. AAP ministers and MLAs have been on the BJP-led Central Government’s target for a while. The Chief Minister’s office was raided in December 2015, then Minister Satyendra Jain and Deputy CM Manish Sisodia’s house was raided.”

“AAP receives notices from the IT department almost every day. Aam Aadmi Party is the only party which receives its funds through the banking system. More than 33 cases have been filed against AAP MLAs by Delhi Police. India’s only fast track court to deal with political cases was set up in Delhi by the Centre, so that the AAP MLAs could easily be sent to jail. However, one after the other these cases have fallen like a pack of cards, with the Delhi Police being reprimanded for its biased role.

“It is very clear that the Centre is using its powers to threaten Aam Aadmi Party and to this end the IT department conducted its raid at Kailash Gahlot’s house.”

There are two reasons that Revenue Minister Gahlot is being targeted
1. Mr Gahlot is leading the AAP’s legal defense in the disqualification of 20 MLAs case. The Centre tried its level best to dismiss the membership of the AAP MLAs and conduct by-elections in Delhi. The Ex Chief Election Commissioner sent the opinion against AAP MLAs to the President on the day of his retirement and later on the order was also signed by the President. When the case reached Delhi High Court, the court struck down the order as mala fide and illegal. The AAP’s legal efforts were supervised by Kailash Gahlot.

2. Revenue Minister Kailash Gahlot is responsible for the effective implementation of Delhi’s revolutionary doorstep delivery scheme. He has been working on this project for a long time and despite a lot of barriers created by the LG and other officials the Delhi Government was able to implement the program in Delhi only because of the efforts of Kailash Gehlot. Under this program 40 services are being rendered to the people at their doorstep.

The AAP shall not be intimidated by such measures and will continue to work for Delhi and its people. Atishi concluded by saying that till today nothing has been found in the raids and this raid will also disappoint the Central Government like always.
