Aam Aadmi Party assigns four senior leaders the responsibility of coordinating for 12 MCD zones
MCD zones have been distributed between MLAs Atishi, Saurabh Bhardwaj, Durgesh Pathak and Senior Leader Adil Khan
Each leader has been given three zones and they will coordinate within their zones with the local councillors
All the councillors will be in direct contact with these four senior AAP leaders and will get their assistance in resolving the problems of their areas
Senior leaders of Aam Aadmi Party will prepare reports on councillors, on the basis of which decision will be taken upon including them in MCD committees

Aam Aadmi Party has distributed Delhi into 12 zones and given the responsibility of three zones each to its four senior leaders. These people will coordinate with the councillors of their zones, hold meetings with them and explain their work and visit their areas to understand the problems faced by the local citizens. MLA Ms Atishi, MLA Shri Saurabh Bhardwaj, MLA Shri Durgesh Pathak, and Senior Leader Shri Adil Khan have been given this responsibility. This was done as it was not possible for one person to coordinate with all the councillors and therefore the responsibility has now been divided between four people. These four people will listen to the problems of the councillors and get them resolved. All the councillors will be in direct contact with these four senior AAP leaders and will get their assistance in resolving the problems of their areas. These senior leaders of Aam Aadmi Party will prepare a report on councillors, on the basis of which decision will be taken to include them in the committees.
The Aam Aadmi Party has taken a major decision regarding the 12 zones of Delhi, which are Civil Lines, Rohini, Najafgarh, Narela, Keshavpuram, West Zone, Sadar, Karol Bagh, Shahdara North, Central, South and Shahdara South. Four senior leaders of the party, which include Ms Atishi, Shri Saurabh Bhardwaj, Shri Durgesh Pathak, and Shri Adil Khan have been given the responsibility of coordinating with the councillors in their three zones. These four senior leaders will sit together with the councillors in their zones and explain their work to them. Apart from this, they will tour their wards with them and understand the problems of the local citizens. This was done as it was not possible for one person to coordinate with all the councillors and therefore the responsibility has now been divided between four people. These four leaders will listen to the problems of the councillors and get them resolved. All councillors will be in direct contact with them.
Distribution of Zones Among the Four Senior Leaders
Shri Adil Khan will be in charge of Civil Lines, Rohini and Najafgarh. Shri Saurabh Bhardwaj will be in charge of Narela, Keshavpuram and West Zone. The responsibility of Sadar, Karol Bagh and Shahdara North will be with Shri Durgesh Pathak. While the responsibility of Central, South and Shahdara South will be with Ms Atishi.
Decision to be taken on inclusion of councillors into various committees
There are various types of committees formed within the Municipal Corporation of Delhi, such as Standing Committee, Finance Committee etc. The aim of these committees is to speed up development work within the Municipal Corporation area. Apart from this, financial decisions are also taken by these committees. The command of these committees is in the hands of the councillors. These four senior leaders of Aam Aadmi Party will take a decision on which councillor is to be included in which committee.
These four senior leaders of AAP will be in touch with the councillors and will coordinate with them on all issues. They have been given the mandate to prepare a report regarding the inclusion of councillors in committees according to their capabilities. These committees are crucial for the effective functioning of the MCD. Out of these councillors the posts such as president, vice-president and members of the committees will be filled up.

आम आदमी पार्टी ने पूरी दिल्ली के 12 जोन सिविल लाइन, रोहिणी, नजफगढ़, नरेला, केशवपुरम, वेस्ट जोन, सदर, करोलबाग, शहादरा नार्थ, सेंट्रल, साउथ और शहादरा साउथ के बारे में बड़ा फ़ैसला लिया है। इसके बाद विधायक आतिशी, सौरभ भारद्वाज और दुर्गेश पाठक के अलावा वरिष्ठ नेता आदिल को यह जिम्मेदारी दी गई है। ये लोग अपने 3 जोन के पार्षदों के साथ कोआर्डिनेट करेंगे। उनके साथ बैठक कर काम करना समझाएंगे। इसके अलावा अपने साथ लेकर उनके इलाके में भ्रमण करेंगे। क्योंकि किसी एक व्यक्ति के लिए सभी पार्षदों के साथ कोआर्डिनेट करना संभव नहीं था। इसलिए दिल्ली को 12 जोन में 3-3 जोन की जिम्मेदारी इन चार वरिष्ठ नेताओं को जिम्मेदारी दी गई है। ये चारों नेता लोग पार्षदों की समस्याओं को सुनेंगे और उनका समाधान कराएंगे। सभी पार्षद इन से सीधे संपर्क में रहेंगे।
आप के वरिष्ठ नेताओं को सौंपे गए यह क्षेत्र
आप के वरिष्ठ नेता आदिल के पास सिविल लाइन, रोहिणी और नजफगढ़ की जिम्मेदारी होगी। नरेला, केशवपुरम और वेस्ट जोन की जिम्मेदारी सौरभ भारद्वाज के पास होगी। सदर, करोलबाग और शहादरा नार्थ की जिम्मेदारी दुर्गेश पाठक के पास होगी। जबकि सेंट्रल, साउथ और शहादरा साउथ की जिम्मेदारी विधायक आतिशी के पास होगी।
पार्षदों को कमेटियों में शामिल करने का लेंगे फैसला
दिल्ली नगर निगम में कई तरह की कमेटियां गठित की जाती हैं। जिसमें स्थाई समिति, वित्त समिति आदि कमेटियां शामिल हैं। इनका उद्देश्य नगर निगम क्षेत्र में होने वाले विकास कार्यो में तेजी लाना होता है। इसके अलावा आर्थिक फैसले भी यही कमेटियां लेती हैं। इन कमेटियों की कमान पार्षदों के हाथों में होती है। आम आदमी पार्टी के यह चारों वरिष्ठ नेता पार्षदों को कमेटियों में शामिल करने का फैसला लेंगे।
आम आदमी पार्टी के वरिष्ठ नेता पार्षदों के संपर्क में रहेंगे उनके साथ तमाम मुद्दों पर कॉर्डिनेट करेंगे। पार्षदों को उनकी क्षमताओं के हिसाब से कमेटियों में शामिल करने संबंधी रिपोर्ट तैयार करेंगे। इसके बाद दिल्ली नगर निगम में गठित होने वाली कमेटियों की कमान सौंपी जाएगी। इन्हीं पार्षदों में से अध्यक्ष, उपाध्यक्ष और सदस्य बनाए जाएंगे
