Senior Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader and Rajya Sabha MP Shri Sanjay Singh held a ‘Sankalp Sabha’ under the ‘Jail Ka Jawab Vote Se’ campaign in Trilokpuri Assembly Constituency of the East Delhi Lok Sabha constituency. Addressing the gathering in support of INDIA alliance candidate Shri Kuldeep Kumar, the AAP Rajya Sabha MP urged voters to remember the injustices they faced when they vote on May 25. He condemned the discrimination against Delhi and the BJP’s efforts to dismantle the Kejriwal governance system. Shri Sanjay Singh highlighted that CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal was jailed by the Prime Minister and the BJP for providing quality education, electricity, and water to Delhi’s residents. He called on voters to respond to this imprisonment with their votes. Local MLA Rohit Mehroliya and other senior leaders were also present at the event.
During this, Senior AAP Leader and Rajya Sabha MP Shri Sanjay Singh said that PM Modi says that this is my guarantee, but he has not fulfilled even one of his guarantees. PM Modi promised to provide 2 crore jobs in 2014, but did not provide it. The Modi government said in Parliament that it gave jobs for 7 years. The Modi government guaranteed to reduce inflation, bring diesel and petrol prices to ₹40 and ₹50 respectively, bring back black money and give ₹15 lakh to every person, but this guarantee was also not fulfilled. PM Modi has looted the people of the country in the name of demonetization. PM Modi also guaranteed to provide permanent houses to all by August 15,2022, and doubling the income of farmers and security of the nation.
The AAP Rajya Sabha MP stated, “The Modi government brought the ‘Agniveer’ scheme. This scheme is a betrayal of Mother India, we have to respond to it with the power of our vote. A young man will become a youth in 17 years and will retire in 21 years. The father will work and the son will retire. Our son will work in -50 degrees and 50
degrees, while Amit Shah’s son who doesn’t even know how to hold a bat becomes the chairman of the BCCI. What system and justice is this? PM Narendra Modi has backstabbed the youth and betrayed the nation in the name of ‘Agniveer’ Scheme. The INDIA alliance government is going to be formed on June 4. This ‘Agniveer’ scheme will be abolished and army recruitment will be as before. We will not betray the nation.
Shri Sanjay Singh further stated that PM Narendra Modi says that corruption is the biggest problem of the country, we will include all the corrupt people of the country into the BJP. All the corrupt people including Ajit Pawar, Chhagan Bhujbal, Hasan Musarif, Narayan Rane, Mukul Rai, Subhendu Adhikari, Ashok Chavan, Naveen Jindal, Himanta Biswa Sarma, Yeddyurappa are with the BJP. ‘Modi washing powder’ has been available since 2014, which washes away all the stains of the corrupt in a jiffy.
“PM Narendra Modi is raising slogans of ‘400 Paar’. Don’t fall for the false slogans of these dishonest people. If they get 400 seats then they will change Baba Saheb’s constitution. They will end reservation in the country, and will also take away the power to vote. These people are such sinners who won in Surat and Indore without holding elections. They won by dishonesty in Chandigarh. They toppled eight governments in 10 years. If PM Modi wins this time even by mistake, he will implement the RSS model in India. We will sacrifice our lives, but we will not destroy the Constitution of India,” Shri Sanjay Singh concluded.
