Addressing media persons at party headquarters, senior AAP leader and Rajya Sabha MP Shri Sanjay Singh said that a shameful incident happened yesterday. “Yesterday morning, Ms. Swati Maliwal had gone to Shri Arvind Kejriwal’s residence to meet him. While she was waiting in the drawing room, Bibhav Kumar came there and misbehaved with Ms. Swati Maliwal. She had reported the incident to the police by calling on the number ‘112’. We deeply condemn this incident. Shri Arvind Kejriwal has taken cognizance of the entire incident and has called for strict action in this matter,” said the Rajya Sabha MP
In further remarks, Shri Sanjay Singh said that Swati Maliwal ji has contributed a lot to the society and the country. She is one of the oldest and the most senior leaders of the party. “We are all standing with her. The Chief Minister has taken this issue seriously and strict action will be taken in the matter. I want to make it clear that the Aam Aadmi Party does not support such people,” said Shri Sanjay Singh.
