The AAP’s youth wing on Sunday organised a walkathon, ‘Walk for Kejriwal’, in support of Delhi Chief Minister Shri Arvind Kejriwal under the ‘Jail Ka Jawab Vote Se’ campaign. The entire Delhi united against the conspiratorial arrest of CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal.
A large number of youth and supporters participated in the program organized near Deshbandhu College in South Delhi. Delhi government’s cabinet ministers Shri Saurabh Bharadwaj and Ms. Atishi, Rajya Sabha; MP Shri ND Gupta and national secretary Shri Pankaj Gupta, along with AAP Lok Sabha candidates Shri Somnath Bharti and Shri Sahiram Pahalwan were in attendance. People were wearing yellow T-shirts with ‘Jail ka Jawab Vote Se’ written on them and holding AAP flags in their hands.
The BJP’s washing machine was also installed at the venue. Shri Saurabh Bharadwaj told people how after getting washed in this washing machine of the BJP, all the sins of the corrupt leaders are washed away. As a symbol, he put four people with the names of famous corrupt leaders in the washing machine, including Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sharma, Maharashtra’s Deputy CM Ajit Pawar, Lok Sabha candidate from Kurukshetra Naveen Jindal and MLA Janardhana Reddy, and after washing for some time, they came out purified. Once these leaders are put in BJP’s washing machine, they come out clean and are given big positions, like Lok Sabha candidates and Chief Ministers, said the AAP minister.
The AAP senior leader said the BJP people have made the washing machine which even the world’s biggest scientists could not make. This machine is a very amazing device. People are searching for what kind of machine is this that if the people whom the BJP called corrupt and against whom campaign was launched, are put in this washing machine of the BJP, then they come out spotless. The grief of the BJP workers can be understood that they ran a campaign against Himanta Biswa Sarma for six months, distributed booklets that Himanta Biswa Sarma had committed water and the Saradha Scam, he is corrupt, he should be removed from power. The BJP used to talk about putting Himanta Biswa Sarma in jail. But when he was washed in the BJP’s washing machine, he became completely pure and is now the Chief Minister of Assam.
Shri Saurabh Bharadwaj said that the people of Delhi are running a campaign ‘Jail ka Jawab Vote se’ in protest against the way Shri Arvind Kejriwal has been sent to jail. Today the Youth Wing of Aam Aadmi Party organized a walkathon. Lok Sabha candidates from South Delhi and New Delhi also participated in the walkathon. He said that a diabetic patient (Shri Arvind Kejriwal) was denied insulin for a month, an attempt was made to kill him. He is not being allowed to meet his family and MPs. It is obvious that efforts are being made to break Shri Arvind Kejriwal, but he is not going to succumb.
The senior AAP leader said that it is clear that the Prime Minister is worried and the BJP is nervous. This nervousness is visible every day in their campaign. When the campaign started, the Prime Minister used to say that I will do this by 2047, I have a 20-year road map. He was claiming how he will take the country forward after crossing 400 seats. The BJP’s slogan was ‘400 Paar’. The self-proclaimed biggest party (BJP) said that it will change the Constitution. These people are not even talking about 2024, they are directly jumping to 2047. The BJP were making big claims while giving the complete road map for the next 25 years but now the Prime Minister is saying that if opposition parties come to power, then this will happen, that will happen. That means the Prime Minister is now seeing that this time the opposition party is going to form the government and the entire country is understanding this, he said.
Senior AAP leader and cabinet minister Ms. Atishi said that the people of Delhi have come to express their support for their CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal through this walkathon. The BJP had thought that if they put Shri Arvind Kejriwal in jail, then Aam Aadmi Party would not be able to campaign. But today, the Aam Aadmi Party is not campaigning, rather the people of Delhi are campaigning for the Aam Aadmi Party and Shri Arvind Kejriwal. The people of Delhi are contesting the elections, and the people of Delhi will win the elections.
Ms. Atishi said that the BJP’s nervousness is visible. They had hoped that if Shri Arvind Kejriwal was put in jail, the Aam Aadmi Party would not be able to campaign. But the crowd that gathered at Smt. Sunita Kejriwal’s road show in East Delhi and came out to give their blessings to Shri Arvind Kejriwal and Smt. Sunita Kejriwal was huge. The BJP has lost sleep because people came out of their homes in large numbers to support the AAP. The BJP has come to know that this time they are going to lose all the seven seats of Delhi. Therefore, their comments are reflecting their shock and restlessness.
People know how BJP’s washing machine purifies the corrupt
During the walkathon, the Aam Aadmi Party had kept the BJP’s washing machine as a symbol, in which all the sins of the corrupt are washed away and they come out completely purified. During this, Shri Saurabh Bharadwaj raised a person as a symbol (for Himanta Biswa Sharma), who is immersed in corruption from head to toe and he is very sad because the entire BJP is calling him corrupt. The ED, CBI are after him and his family is also sad. That person is standing in line to be washed and purified in the BJP’s washing machine. Shri Saurabh Bharadwaj put the man in the washing machine. For some time, that corrupt person was washed in the BJP’s washing machine and then he got purified and came out in the colours of BJP (saffron colour). As soon as the stain of corruption was removed, the leader joined the BJP and was made the Chief Minister.
Similarly, Ajit Pawar was brought forward as a symbol. He is also very saddened by being accused of corruption. Regarding him, the Prime Minister himself had said that NCP’s Ajit Pawar had committed a cooperative scam of Rs 70,000 crore in Maharashtra. The BJP had called ‘Chakki-Peessing-Peessing’ for Ajit Pawar in jail. Till the time he was in NCP, he was unhappy. Saurabh Bharadwaj symbolically put Ajit Pawar in the BJP’s washing machine and switched on the machine. Ajit Pawar was washed in the washing machine for some time and after that, he too got washed and purified and came out in the saffron colour of the BJP. Then the BJP closed the case worth Rs 26,000 crores against him.
Shri Saurabh Bharadwaj called another corrupt person as a symbol. He told his name as Praveen Jindal. Although his real name is Naveen Jindal, he has changed his name so that people do not recognize him. He was accused of coal scam. It was said about him that he had committed a coal scam worth thousands of crores of rupees. Earlier he used to be in the Congress. Now he has joined the BJP. Before joining the BJP, he was also sent in the washing machine. After getting washed for some time, he also came out clean. By giving him the ticket, the BJP has given him the assurance that first he will win the elections and then they will make him the education minister.
After this, came Praful Patel’s turn. Shri Saurabh Bharadwaj said about Praful Patel that he is really very sad. He is accused of scam in Indian Airlines. He has been a big leader of NCP, and the BJP is running a campaign against them. He also came out clean once he was washed in the BJP’s washing machine.
