Amidst the unusual circumstances of governance, the Kejriwal administration in Delhi persists in its operations from within the confines of jail, assuring the continuation of all government-led free schemes. Cabinet Minister Shri Saurabh Bharadwaj, offering reassurance to the populace, affirmed that under the leadership of CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal, the momentum of public welfare initiatives remains steadfast. Upholding his commitment, Shri Arvind Kejriwal pledged to the citizens of Delhi that regardless of his circumstances , be it outside or within the jail, the wheels of governance will not cease. Essential services such as free electricity, water, education, and healthcare will continue for the people of Delhi. Today marks a significant triumph for both the dedicated leader, Shri Arvind Kejriwal, and the resilient populace of Delhi.
Cabinet Minister in the Kejriwal government, Shri Saurabh Bharadwaj stated that as long as Shri Arvind Kejriwal remains the Chief Minister of Delhi, all the work of the people of Delhi will continue. The people of Delhi will get 24×7 electricity, water, excellent schools for children, and free medicines in hospitals and MohallaClinics. Whether Shri Arvind Kejriwal is inside or outside jail, he is always thinking about the people of Delhi and working for their betterment.
The Delhi Cabinet Minister affirmed, “It is a significant victory for CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal that even while in jail, he has compelled the Lieutenant Governor (LG) to say that work and free schemes will continue. Whereas the LG has always tried to obstruct the work of the people of Delhi through his favourite officers. Today, the LG is also saying that the work and schemes of the people will continue in Delhi, instead of stopping the work.”
Delhi Minister Shri Saurabh Bharadwaj shared on his ‘X’ handle (erstwhile Twitter), stating, “Delhi’s CM Arvind Kejriwal Ji had promised the people of Delhi that whether he is outside the jail or inside, he will not let the work of the people of Delhi stop. Today, Delhi’s son and brother Arvind Kejriwal has had a big victory. The people of Delhi have had a big victory…..Those who used to say that they will not let the government run from jail, they too have accepted defeat. They accepted that the work of Delhi will not stop, the Kejriwal government will run from jail. Work will keep happening.”
In another tweet, Shri Saurabh Bharadwaj mentioned, “The ideology which used to call free water and free electricity as free freebies ( free is Revadi ) is today promising the people of Delhi that no one can stop Arvind Kejriwal’s free scheme. People of Delhi, this is the power of your son, Arvind Kejriwal. This is the blessing of the people of Delhi to Kejriwal.”
