Atishi has proposed 2 propositions to the Union Minister of Education to overcome these constraints:
i) Complete merger of these 12 colleges under the Delhi Govt i.e. They will be fully funded by the Delhi Govt.
ii) GoI may take full control of these 12 colleges under the DU, in that case the Delhi Govt will stop the allocating funds to these colleges.
Atishi expressed that since these colleges are directly affiliated with DU, they’re not answerable to the Delhi Govt for the judicious utilization of funds.
