Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) National Convenor and Delhi Chief Minister Shri Arvind Kejriwal participated in a roadshow in Chachaura, Binaganj on Wednesday in support of AAP candidate Mamta Meena. During the roadshow, the AAP National Convenor stated that the people of Madhya Pradesh (MP) should give the AAP a chance. Shri Arvind Kejriwal mentioned that AAP will do great work in the state like they did in Delhi and Punjab. All government schools and hospitals in Delhi had been made better and now the same thing is happening in Punjab. In Delhi and Punjab, free 24*7 electricity is available. It could happen in MP too and the key is in the hands of the people. The work that was done in Delhi in 5 years, the other two parties could have done in 75 years, but their intention was wrong. If the AAP forms the government, they will open coriander-based industries and also finish the pending Parvati irrigation project. During this time, Punjab CM Sardar Bhagwant Mann and AAP’s National Organization General Secretary Dr. Sandeep Pathak were also present.
AAP’s National Convenor Shri Arvind Kejriwal stated that there are many problems in MP, but they aren’t particular with MP but are problems of the entire country. India has been independent for 75 years and during these 75 years, there have been two parties. These two parties and their leaders have done nothing except fill their own pockets. If they had done some work, there would have been no need to form the AAP. No one knew us 10 to 12 years ago. The anti-corruption ‘Anna Movement’ took place at the Ramlila Ground in Delhi. It was the largest anti-corruption movement in independent India. The AAP was born out of that movement. Today, even our staunchest opponents admit that AAP is a party of hardcore honest and patriotic people. We will die, we will be cut, but we cannot betray and deceive our country.
The AAP National Convenor mentioned, “In 75 years of independence, the work that has not been done is being done in Delhi and Punjab today. In the past, only poor children used to go to government schools, but today even rich children go. People have withdrawn their children’s admission from big private schools and started sending them to government schools. Earlier Government schools were considered for poor, working-class, and farmers’ children. Children of farmers, laborers, and rickshaw drivers used to have no future. But today, these children are growing up to be collectors, doctors, and engineers. I studied engineering at the famous IIT Kharagpur. Admission to this college is difficult, but today I am happy that my children, who went to Delhi’s government schools, are going to IIT Kharagpur. I got the education I needed and today the same education is available to the children of the poor in Delhi.
Shri Arvind Kejriwal further added, “I did the work in 5 years that these parties could not do in 75 years. These parties could have done it, but their intention was not right. Our intention is right. We have improved all the government schools and hospitals in Delhi and opened mohalla clinics on every street, where everyone’s treatment is free, whether rich or poor. Whether it’s a medicine worth ₹5 or a ₹50 lakh operation, it’s all free. In Delhi, before the AAP government, there used to be 8-8 hours of power cuts. We have made electricity free in Delhi and, after Delhi, electricity in Punjab has become free. Now, people get free and 24×7 electricity. In Punjab, excellent schools are being built. 650 mohalla clinics have been built in a short time. The same work can be done in MP. The key is in the hands of the people.
Shri Arvind Kejriwal continued, “When Mamta Meena left her party and joined the AAP, he checked her background. Mamta Meena was an MLA from 2013 to 2018 and during that time, she built several roads, schools, colleges, and student hostels. She also got multiple power substations constructed. Seeing her work, I felt that she was in the wrong party before and has now joined the right one. AAP is the party that gets the work done, while the others are parties that loot. As far as development is concerned, they only loot. It is said that the ‘Dhaniya Mandi’ in MP is the largest in Asia. If the AAP gets an opportunity, coriander-based industries will be set up so that processing can be done here itself. This will create employment for the youth and farmers will get a good price for their coriander. The Parvati Irrigation Project has been pending in MP for many years. The AAP will complete it. If the people of MP give a chance to the AAP, we will take care of all the problems. All the responsibility lies with us after the 17th of November.”

However, Punjab CM Sardar Bhagwant Mann said that the enthusiasm and passion for the AAP in the people of MP is the same as what they saw in the people of Punjab 2.5 years ago. The people of MP have a lot of anger against the system. The People have said enough is enough. The British looted India together for 200 years and these people are looting in installments of five years. There is no difference between the British and them. Both the parties should be given a lesson this time and their five-year rule should be broken. The people of Delhi and Punjab have broken the five-year rule of both parties and now they are desperate. These two parties don’t work, only politics. Their children don’t do anything, they are only in politics. If they lose, they become unemployed, so take the revenge of unemployment with unemployment. They keep you unemployed, make them unemployed. Don’t fall for their lies and speeches, your job is to clean the political filth of Madhya Pradesh with the ‘Jhadu.’
