The Delhi government, under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Arvind Kejriwal, is promoting research and innovation in its universities. In this direction, the admission process for Ph.D. courses will soon begin at Delhi Technological University (DTU). Interested candidates can apply for Ph.D. courses in 24 disciplines across 16 departments on DTU’s official website from May 5 to June 9.
Speaking about the new courses, Education Minister Ms. Atishi said, “The Kejriwal government always prioritizes promoting research in its higher education institutions. In this direction, the Delhi Technological University (DTU) is promoting research and innovation through its Ph.D. courses of the 21st century. The candidates who will be included in these Ph.D. courses will revolutionize higher education and technology through their research. Many of their research will boost the development of the nation.”
She said that the determination of any country’s higher education institutions is based on the heights the country will reach. Therefore, it is extremely important to strengthen our higher education institutions. In this regard, the Kejriwal government is promoting research and innovation in its higher education institutions through Ph.D. courses. Through these Ph.D. courses, the Kejriwal government is working to take the country to new heights of progress.
The Education Minister further stated that candidates admitted to Ph.D. courses have a mindset of being in the top 1% of academics in any country. Their research determines the direction of education and technology. In this regard, the Kejriwal government is providing excellent research facilities and a conducive environment for research in its institutions.
It is announced that the registration process for Ph.D. courses at DTU will begin on 5 May. Applicants can apply by visiting the link https://saarthi.dtu.ac.in/admissions2023. Screening of applications will be done and the selection of candidates will be made through an interview. The last date for application is June 9th.
