Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leaders from Haryana reached Delhi on Sunday to protest against the CBI’s summon to Delhi Chief Minister Shri Arvind Kejriwal. AAP leaders from Haryana, who came here in support of Shri Arvind Kejriwal, started demonstrations at Andheria Mor and Peeragarhi Chowk. The AAP leaders blocked the road and raised slogans. Senior leader Shri Anurag Dhanda added, “Since Shri Arvind Kejriwal gave information about Adani’s black money from the assembly, the Modi Government is deliberately trying to harass Shri Arvind Kejriwal. Fearing the increasing popularity of the Aam Aadmi Party, the BJP government wants to weaken the national leadership of the party, but today the Aam Aadmi Party is getting support from other states in addition to Delhi. The Aam Aadmi Party will continue to raise the voice of the people of the country like this, and the struggle will continue till the removal of the Modi Government.”

Senior leader Dr. Ashok Tanwar said, “The Modi Government has descended to dictatorship. The Aam Aadmi Party’s campaign will continue till such a government is thrown out. Today, the MPs and the MLAs have been forcefully arrested and locked in the police station for protesting peacefully. The struggle of the Aam Aadmi Party will continue.”

Senior leader Chaudhary Nirmal Singh added, “the BJP government wants to make the country opposition-less. The BJP Government is bent on insulting democracy. Today thousands of workers and people have been imprisoned by the police in Delhi, which is the dictatorship of the Modi government. Aam Aadmi Party workers will not tolerate this at all.”
