Social Welfare Minister Shri Raaj Kumar Anand on Saturday met the family members of Late Dr. Amit Gupta, who lost his life due to Covid-19 while performing his duty at the Satyawadi Raja Harishchandra Hospital. The Minister handed over a Samman Rashi of Rs 1 crore to the family members of the deceased. Social Welfare Minister Shri Raaj Kumar Anand said, “Dr. Amit Gupta was infected with Covid-19 while serving the patients at Satyawadi Raja Harishchandra Hospital and lost the battle for his life during treatment in the hospital. Even though the ex-gratia amount cannot compensate for the loss caused to his families, I hope that with this financial help, the family members will get some help in improving their future. Several ‘Corona-Warriors’ have lost their lives while serving humanity and society. We heartily salute their hard work and their spirit to fight the pandemic. The Delhi Government has so far given an honorarium amount of Rs 1 crore each to the families of several ‘Corona-Warriors’ who lost their lives due to the infection while serving the people during Covid-19.”
Social Welfare Minister Shri Raaj Kumar Anand reached Pitampura on Saturday to meet the family of Late Dr. Amit Gupta. The Minister met the family of Dr. Amit Gupta and assured them of all possible help in the future as well. He said that Dr. Amit Gupta, who was serving at Satyawadi Raja Harishchandra Hospital passed away on August 14th, 2021 due to Covid-19 infection. He further added that although no amount can compensate the family of the deceased, this amount given by the Delhi Government will hopefully assist them in meeting their future requirements. “On behalf of the Delhi Government, we are giving financial help to his family, so that the family members can meet their future requirements without any difficulty. This scheme of the Delhi Government gives confidence to the families of the ‘Corona-Warriors’ that the government and society are always with them,” he said.
Social Welfare Minister Shri Raaj Kumar Anand said, “Doctors, nurses, and other nursing staff were forced to keep their distance from their family members and rendered 24-hour service for the treatment of the patients to serve the public in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, many ‘Corona-Warriors’ themselves got infected with Covid-19 and some of them unfortunately also lost their lives. I pray to God that Late Dr. Amit Gupta’s soul rests in peace. Our government has assured the relatives of the ‘Corona-Warriors’ who lost their lives during the pandemic that the Delhi Government is always ready to help them. We would like to express our gratitude to all our ‘Corona-Warriors’ who have served the people without worrying about their own safety.”

केजरीवाल सरकार के समाज कल्याण मंत्री राज कुमार आनंद ने शनिवार को कोविड-19 की ड्यूटी के दौरान कोरोना की चपेट में आने से अपनी जान गंवाने वाले स्वर्गीय डॉक्टर अमित गुप्ता के परिजनों से मुलाकात की और दिल्ली सरकार की तरफ से एक करोड़ रुपए की सहायता राशि का चेक सौंपा। इस दौरान समाज कल्याण मंत्री राज कुमार आनंद ने बताया कि सत्यवादी राजा हरिश्चंद्र अस्पताल में डॉक्टर अमित गुप्ता लोगों की सेवा करते हुए कोरोना से संक्रमित हो गए थे और अस्पताल में इलाज के दौरान जिंदगी से जंग हार गए। उन्होंने कहा कि भले ही अनुग्रह राशि परिवारों को हुए नुकसान की भरपाई नहीं कर पाए, लेकिन मुझे उम्मीद है कि परिजनों को इस आर्थिक मदद से अपना भविष्य संवारने एवं जीवन यापन में थोड़ी सहायता मिलेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि कई कोरोना योद्धाओं ने मानवता और समाज की सेवा करते हुए अपनी जिंदगी गंवा दी। हम दिल से उनकी मेहनत और महामारी से जंग लड़ने के उनके जज्बे को सलाम करते हैं।केजरीवाल सरकार कोविड के दौरान लोगों की सेवा करते हुए, कोरोना संक्रमित होने पर अपनी जान गंवाने वाले कई कोरोना योद्धाओं के परिजनों को अब तक एक-एक करोड़ रुपए की सम्मान राशि दे चुकी है।
समाज कल्याण मंत्री राजकुमार आनंद ने आज कोरोना योद्धा स्वर्गीय डॉक्टर अमित गुप्ता के परिवार से मिलने प्रीतमपूरा उनके घर पहुंचे। समाज कल्याण मंत्री राजकुमार आनंद ने डॉक्टर अमित गुप्ता के परिवार से मुलाकात कर उन्हें सांत्वना दी और भविष्य में भी जरूरत पड़ने पर हर संभव मदद करने का आश्वासन दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि सत्यवादी राजा हरिश्चंद्र अस्पताल में सेवा कर रहे डॉक्टर अमित गुप्ता की मौत कोरोना संक्रमित होने के चलते 14 अगस्त 2021 को हुई थी। उनकी जान की कीमत नहीं लगाई जा सकती है लेकिन दिल्ली सरकार की ओर से दी गई यह राशि उनके परिवार की कुछ जरूरतों को पूरा करने में मदद करेगी। केजरीवाल सरकार की तरफ से हम उनके परिवार को आर्थिक मदद दे रहे हैं, ताकि उनके परिजनों को अपने जीवन यापन और भविष्य को संवारने में मदद मिल सके। दिल्ली सरकार की ये योजना कोरोना योद्धाओं के परिवार को आत्मविश्वास देती है कि सरकार और समाज हमेशा उनके साथ है।
कोरोना योद्धाओं की मदद के लिए हमेशा तैयार केजरीवाल सरकार
समाज कल्याण मंत्री राजकुमार आनंद ने कहा कि कोरोना महामारी के बीच जनता की सेवा के लिए डॉक्टरों, नर्सों और कर्मचारियों ने परिजनों से दूरियां बनाते हुए मरीजों के इलाज के लिए 24 घंटे सेवाएं दी। इस बीच कई कोरोना योद्धा खुद कोरोना संक्रमित हुए और अपनी जान तक गवां दी। मैं भगवान से प्रार्थना करता हूं कि उनकी आत्मा को शांति मिले। महामारी में जान गंवाने वाले कोरोना योद्धा के परिजनों को आश्वासन दिया है कि उनकी मदद के लिए दिल्ली सरकार हमेशा उनके साथ है। हम अपने सभी कोरोना वारियर्स का आभार व्यक्त करना चाहते हैं, जिन्होंने अपनी जान की परवाह किए बिना लोगों की सेवा की है।
