The Aam Aadmi Party’s campaign for MCD elections has gone eclectic with its leaders and workers working in unison to reach out to every citizen of Delhi. The party held over 155 major Jansamvads, Nukkad Sabhas and buzz activities across the national capital today. In this vein, Delhi Dy CM Shri Manish Sisodia, Rajya Sabha MP Shri Sushil Gupta, Cabinet Ministers Shri Kailash Gahlot, Shri Raaj Kumar Anand, Punjab Minister Sardar Harjot Bains, AAP Leader Shri Mahabal Mishra and MLA Shri Saurabh Bhardwaj held massive Jansabhas in various areas of Delhi. During the events, people supporting AAP took part in huge numbers. The Aam Aadmi Party said that people have made up their minds to oust BJP from MCD and bring the Kejriwal Government in MCD. AAP will form government in MCD on December 4th with the support of the Public. On Thursday, star campaigners of the party held Jansamvads, Nukkad sabhas, buzz activities at more than 155 places in Delhi. With each passing day, there is an increase in crowd in Jansamvads and Nukkad Sabhas organised by AAP. This speaks volumes about the success the party has received in taking 10 guarantees of Shri Arvind Kejriwal to the people. People are demanding garbage-free Delhi and only the Kejriwal Government can make that possible. CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal will complete all the development work, ensure regular cleanliness and get rid of garbage mountains. In each of the Jamsamvads and Nukkad Sabha, there is visible outrage and disappointment shown by the people from BJP’s rule in MCD. They unanimously agree that the BJP-ruled MCD is corrupt from head-to-toe. BJP turned Delhi into a pile of garbage. They gave 3 garbage mountains to Delhi, causing menace in the lives of the people. BJP is not at all concerned about the basic facilities required to be given to the people. Public has understood clearly that if they want the MCD to function properly and put an end to this factory of corruption, they have to give the reins of the Municipal body to an honest government. They openly support the AAP and have announced that they will bring AAP to power in MCD, just like they brought them to power in Delhi Government.
What are Arvind Kejriwal’s 10 Guarantees?
1- Clean Delhi — AAP will clear the three garbage mountains, not let any new landfill come up, clean and maintain all roads and gullies, bring global expertise and latest technology for garbage disposal
2- Corruption Free MCD — Process of getting maps and building plans cleared will be simplified, ‘lenter-vasooli’ will be eliminated, minor violations will be regularised under a scheme
3- Parking Crisis will be solved — Radical and permanent solution will be implemented to solve the parking crisis in Delhi
4- Stray Animal problems will be solved — residents will get relief from the menace of stray dogs, stray cattle and stay monkeys
5- Better, cleaner roads — MCD’s roads and gullies will be repaired and maintained for easier commute
6- World-class Education and Healthcare Model in MCD too — MCD’s schools and hospitals will be transformed on the lines of Delhi Government’s Model
7- Beautification of Parks — All MCD parks will be facelifted. Delhi will be turned into a City of Parks

एमसीडी चुनाव प्रचार के तहत ‘आप’ स्टार कैंपेनर्स ने गुरुवार को दिल्ली के 155 से ज्यादा इलाकों में जनसंवाद, नुक्कड़ सभा और बज़ गतिविधियां की। इसमें दिल्ली के उपमुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया, राज्यसभा सांसद सुशील गुप्ता, कैबिनेट मंत्री कैलाश गहलोत, ‘आप’ मंत्री राजकुमार आनंद, ‘आप’ नेता हरजोत बैंस और महाबल मिश्रा, विधायक सौरभ भारद्वाज समेत कई ‘आप’ प्रचारक शामिल रहे। इस दौरान ‘आप’ के समर्थन में बड़ी संख्या में लोगों ने भाग लिया। आम आदमी पार्टी ने कहा कि लोगों ने खुलकर भाजपा को एमसीडी से बाहर करने और केजरीवाल सरकार को लाने की बाते कही हैं। 4 दिसंबर को एमसीडी में जनता के समर्थन से आम आदमी पार्टी की सरकार बनेगी। केजरीवाल का वादा है कि एमसीडी में ‘आप’ की सरकार आते ही अगले 5 सालों के अंदर दिल्ली को तीनों कूड़े के पहाड़ों से छुटकारा मिल जाएगा।

अभी तक जितने भी जनसंवाद कार्यक्रम और नुक्कड़ सभाएं आम आदमी पार्टी द्वारा आयोजित की गई हैं, उनमें भाजपा के प्रति लोगों का आक्रोश और निराशा देखने को मिली है। सभी इस बात को पूरी तरह से मानते हैं कि भाजपा शासित एमसीडी भ्रष्टाचार में लिप्त है। भाजपा ने पूरी दिल्ली को कूड़ा-कूड़ा कर दिया है। दिल्ली को तीन बड़े बड़े कूड़े के पहाड़ दिए हैं जिनसे लोगों का जीना दूभर है। भाजपा को दिल्ली की जनता की सुख-सुविधाओं से कोई मतलब नहीं है। जनता इस बात को भली भांति समझ चुकी है कि यदि एमसीडी को सुचारू रूप से चलाना है और भ्रष्टाचार के इस कारखाने को बंद करना है तो एक ईमानदार पार्टी को नगर निगम की सत्ता सौंपनी होगी। लोग खुलकर आम आदमी पार्टी का समर्थन कर रहे हैं और इस बार दिल्ली की सत्ता की भांति एमसीडी में भी आम आदमी पार्टी की सरकार बनाने का ऐलान कर रहे हैं।
