Hailing the triumph of truth over conspiracy, the Aam Aadmi Party slammed the BJP as their witch-hunt against Delhi Deputy CM Shri Manish Sisodia fell flat today. AAP Chief Spokesperson and MLA Shri Saurabh Bhardwaj lashed at BJP for gross abuse of legal procedure and investigative agencies for political gains after the CBI filed its chargesheet into the Excise Policy matter without naming Deputy CM Shri Manish Sisodia. He said, “CBI could not find even an iota of evidence against Dy CM Shri Manish Sisodia. This makes it clear that all the allegations were a sham. Delhi L-G and Chief Secretary were masterminds behind conspiracy against Delhi Government; they have been exposed. BJP should tender an apology to the entire country, along with the children of Delhi and their parents; this is a victory of the people of Delhi.”
AAP Chief Spokesperson and MLA Shri Saurabh Bhardwaj said, “I vividly remember that BJP leaders were raising allegations of irregularities in the so-called Excise Policy since May-June and Shri Manish Sisodia would be put behind bars. They would tease him by saying that he will grind mills in prison. We are now at the end of November and 6 months have passed since then. CBI and ED formed a team of around 500 officers who raided more than 600 places. This also included the residence of Shri Manish Sisodia and interrogated him several times. After this extensive investigation, they have filed a chargesheet in the Court. The verdict is yet to come and they have only established against whom offence can be proved. Among these people, the person who was considered the main accused, Dy CM Shri Manish Sisodia, his name is not even in the chargesheet. This means that CBI could not gather even a single evidence, despite several raids, recording statements of various people and threatening them to become government witnesses, which can even establish a possibility of framing charges against him, let alone proving them. It is up to the court to decide who is guilty but that possibility never occurred.”
He continued, “This clearly proves that the entire case was frivolous and accusations were baseless. All this was done to defame the Aam Aadmi Party before elections. BJP Spokespersons used to hold press conferences from 9:30AM and this used to go on the entire day. They spread fake news through their conferences and their choice of words were extremely pathetic. They called our leaders as dacoits, theirs. They used to refer AAP as PAAP. They used to call as Kattar beimaan and Kattar brahmachari. All this ruckus was because they could not digest the fact that AAP is a kattar imandar party.”
He added, “This is a matter of utter shame for the BJP spokesperson. They used to hurl abuses on a leader who is revered in Delhi because he has given a bright future to children. Children from poor families are becoming doctors and engineers. And BJP leaders did not have any remorse while raising fake allegations against him.”
He concluded, “BJP should tender an apology to the entire country, children of Delhi and their parents. They spread hate and negativity through their politics in Delhi for the last six months. CBI is under the control of BJP Government at Centre. Despite immense pressure from the government, it did not keep Shri Manish Sisodia’s name as an accused in its chargesheet. For the first time in history, the main accused’s name is not in the chargesheet altogether. Even the charge sheet could not muster the courage to keep his name. The truth has emerged victorious. This is also a victory of the honest people of Delhi and the country.”

सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल की हत्या की साज़िश रच रही भाजपा की चुनाव आयोग से आम आदमी पार्टी ने शिकायत की है। आप के वरिष्ठ नेता सौरभ भारद्वाज के नेतृत्व में पांच सदस्यीय विधायक प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने चुनाव आयुक्त से मुलाकात की है। ‘आप’ के वरिष्ठ नेता सौरभ भारद्वाज ने कहा कि सांसद मनोज तिवारी को सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल की हत्या की साजिश रचे जाने की जानकारी है। उनको गिरफ्तार कर पूछताछ की जाए। भाजपा नेता मनोज तिवारी से पूछा जाए कि मुख्यमंत्री केजरीवाल की हत्या की साजिश में उनके साथ कौन-कौन लोग शामिल हैं? इलेक्शन कमीशन ने माना कि यह बात काफी गंभीर है और वरिष्ठ नेता द्वारा ऐसी बात कहना जांच के दायरे में आना चाहिए।
आम आदमी पार्टी के मुख्य प्रवक्ता और विधायक सौरभ भारद्वाज ने कहा कि ‘आप’ के पांच वरिष्ठ विधायक इलेक्शन कमीशन के कमिश्नर से मिले हैं। इस प्रतिनिधिमंडल में मेरे साथ विधायक संजीव झा, मदन लाल, प्रवीन कुमार, सोम दत्त शामिल रहे। इलेक्शन कमिश्नर को बताया कि भारतीय जनता पार्टी के वरिष्ठ नेता और सांसद किस तरीके से दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल की हत्या की साजिश की बात चैनल की ऊपर कर रहे हैं। पूरी दुनिया ने उनकी वो बात सुनी है। यह साफ दिख रहा है कि जिस तरीके से मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल जी के ऊपर जानलेवा हमले पहले भी हुए हैैं। पिछले चुनाव प्रचार के दौरान दिल्ली पुलिस का सुरक्षा घेरा तोड़ कर लोग अरविंद केजरीवाल के ऊपर हमला करने में कामयाब हुए थे।
उन्होंने कहा कि अब दोबारा अरविंद केजरीवाल दिल्ली और गुजरात में चुनाव प्रचार में लाखों लोगों के बीच जा रहे हैं। ऐसे समय में इस बात की भूमिका बनाना कि अब अरविंद केजरीवाल के ऊपर एक जान लेवा हमला होगा और वह इसलिए होगा क्योंकि ऐसा-ऐसा है। इसका मतलब यह है सांसद मनोज तिवारी को जानकारी है कि सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल की हत्या की साजिश रची जा रही है। हमने इस बात की शिकायत की है क्योंकि अभी दिल्ली में मॉडल कोड ऑफ कंडक्ट है। इलेक्शन कमीशन के पास सारी की सारी पावर है। इलेक्शन कमीशन ने बहुत गंभीरता से हमारी बातों का संज्ञान लिया। उन्होंने ये बात मानी कि यह बात काफी गंभीर है। एक वरिष्ठ नेता द्वारा ऐसी बात कहना जांच के दायरे में आना चाहिए।
सौरभ भारद्वाज ने कहा कि हमने उनको यह निवेदन किया है कि इसकी जांच की जाए। मनोज तिवारी को गिरफ्तार किया जाए। उनसे पूछा जाए कि मुख्यमंत्री केजरीवाल की हत्या की साजिश में उनके साथ और कौन कौन लोग शामिल हैं? हत्या की साजिश किस दिन की है? कहां की है? ये सारी जानकारी उनसे पूछताछ के बाद ही सामने आएगी।
आम आदमी पार्टी के वरिष्ठ नेता ने कहा कि इलेक्शन कमिश्नर ने इस बात को गंभीरता से लेने और सुनने के बाद कहा कि हम इसपर कार्रवाई करेंगे। अब क्या करेंगे? कैसे करेंगे। हम तो उनपर विश्वास कर सकते हैं। इलेक्शन कमीशन एक स्वायत्त संस्था मानी जाती है। मुझे लगता है कि केंद्र सरकार के किसी भी दबाव में इलेक्शन कमीशन को नहीं आना चाहिए। यह बहुत बड़ी बात है कि एक ऐसा नेता जो मुखर होकर केंद्र सरकार के सामने उनकी आखों में आंख डालकर बात करता है और उसकी हत्या की साजिश आज रची जा रही है।
