AAP Delhi State Convenor and Cabinet Minister Shri Gopal Rai held a Jansamvad in his assembly constituency of Babarpur today. Heavy crowds poured into the Jansamvad as slogans of ‘Kejriwal ki Sarkar, Kejriwal ka Paarshad’ were seen being raised. Shri Gopal Rai said, “When people ask BJP leaders what they did in 15 years, they run away from answering by making all sorts of excuses. With its defeat looming large, BJP asked to conduct MCD elections a day before Gujarat assembly elections so that they could keep CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal engaged in shuffling between Delhi and Gujarat. CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal is confident that since he has worked for Delhiites for 5 years, the locals will take charge and campaign for him for 5 days.”
AAP Delhi State Convenor and Cabinet Minister Shri Gopal Rai said, “The Aam Aadmi Party is holding Jan Samvad in every part of Delhi every day to discuss the issue of garbage mismanagements and several other civic issues which affect daily lives of citizens. Moreover, we are holding Padyatra and door-to-door interaction. Now, Delhi’s Deputy CM Shri Manish Sisodia has kickstarted the ‘Kejriwal ki Sarkar, Kejriwal ka Paarshad’ campaign. Under this campaign, the AAP is raising awareness among people that citizens of Delhi have made up their mind to bring the Kejriwal government power in MCD. In such a scenario, if Gatli elects a BJP councillor in MCD, he will only pick fights with the AAP government. He will impede the development work done by Shri Arvind Kejriwal to work and try to mislead the people that Shri Arvind Kejriwal is not doing anything. If you want to ensure the progress of your ward and work to remain steadfast, only elect Kejriwal’s councillor in MCD. We will solve all the issues in every ward and ensure total development of Delhi.”
While addressing the Jansamvad, AAP Delhi State Convenor and Cabinet Minister Shri Gopal Rai said, “BJP has been running the government in MCD for 15 years. People have seen on TV that whenever a BJP spokesperson is asked what did for the people of Delhi in 15 years? They say we did the sting. When people ask them why there is garbage loitering all across Delhi, they say that they have sent our minister to prison. We ask them why they gave us three garbage mountains which have brought so shame to Delhi, they say they have lodged an FIR against Shri Manish Sisodia. BJP is only making excuses and running away from answering any question.”
He added, “I am appealing to people to press Jhaadu button so much that this coward party does not dare to contest elections in Delhi again. MCD elections were supposed to be held in March, and when the BJP conducted a survey in Delhi, they knew that they would not be able to even save their deposits. All of their leaders went to Amit Shah and asked him to do something, otherwise they will be exposed. People vividly remember that the Election Commission called a press conference to announce the date of MCD elections. Amit Shah made a call half an hour before the conference and the Election Commission stalled the elections by saying that all the three corporations will be unified. For the first time in the country’s history, a press conference was called to announce the date of election but instead, it ended up announcing that there will be no election.”
Shri Gopal Rai said, “After the survey, it came to the fore that BJP will not be able to even save its security deposit. Since they knew that they had already lost Delhi, they thought that they should do something regarding Gujarat elections. BJP has been in power in Gujarat for 27 years. Shri Arvind Kejriwal made an entry in Gujarat 6 months ago and now BJP’s stature has reduced in the eyes of people of Gujarat. We are proud that Shri Arvind Kejriwal has made it clear he is not afraid of dying or going to jail but he will look into their eyes while talking and fight with them for the welfare of people of Gujarat. Today, the contest in Gujarat is quite close which made BJP to conduct Gujarat elections on December 5th and MCD elections a day before that. They wanted Shri Arvind Kejriwal to remain engaged in Delhi so that they can save themselves from losing in Gujarat.
He concluded, “Shri Arvind Kejriwal is a unique individual. He said that I have worked for the people of Delhi for 5 years. Now, Delhiites will work for us for 5 days in MCD elections. आम आदमी पार्टी के दिल्ली प्रदेश संयोजक एवं कैबिनेट मंत्री गोपाल राय ने एमसीडी चुनाव के तहत बाबरपुर विधानसभा में जनसंवाद को संबोधित किया। इस दौरान लोगों की भारी भीड़ देखने को मिली। स्थानीय लोगों ने ‘आप’ नेता का फूल-मालाओं से स्वागत किया। सनसंवाद में लोगों ने खुलकर आम आदमी पार्टी का समर्थन किया और स्पष्ट कर दिया कि इस बार एमसीडी चुनाव में भाजपा के 15 सालों के कुशासन का खात्मा होने वाला है।
एमसीडी चुनाव के तहत आम आदमी पार्टी लगातार हर दिन दिल्ली के अलग-अलग क्षेत्रों में जनसभा कर लोगों की कूड़े की समस्याओं पर चर्चा करती है। इसके अलावा अन्य सभी समस्याओं पर चर्चा की जाती है। इसके अलावा हर रोज पदयात्रा और डोर-टू-डोर भी किया जाता है। उधर आज दिल्ली के उप मुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया ने ‘केजरीवाल की सरकार, केजरीवाल का पार्षद’ कैंपेन की शुरुआत की है। इस अभियान के जरिए आम आदमी पार्टी लोगों को जागरुक करना चाहती है कि दिल्ली की जनता एमसीडी में केजरीवाल सरकार बनाने का मन बना चुकी है। ऐसे में यदि गतली से किसी वॉर्ड में भाजपा का पार्षद बन गया तो वह सिर्फ लड़ता रहेगा। वह केजरीवाल को काम नहीं करने देगा और सभी कामों को रोकने की कोशिश करेगा जिससे लोगों में गलत संदेश पहुंचे कि केजरीवाल काम ही नहीं करा रहे हैं। इसलिए अपने वॉर्ड में काम कराना है तो केजरीवाल का पार्षद ही लाना है। इससे होगा यह कि हर वॉर्ड में सारे काम हो सकेंगे।
आम आदमी पार्टी के दिल्ली प्रदेश संयोजक एवं कैबिनेट मंत्री गोपाल राय ने जनसंवाद को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि आज टीवी पर आप देखते होंगे भाजपा को एमसीडी में सरकार चलाते-चलाते 15 साल हो गए हैं। भाजपा वाले से पूछो कि 15 साल में आपने दिल्ली वालों के लिए क्या किया। वह कहते हैं हमने स्टिंग किया। उनसे पूछो कि पूरी दिल्ली में कूड़ा-कूड़ा क्यों रहता है। वह कहते हैं कि देखो हमने तुम्हारे मंत्री को जेल भेज दिया। उनसे पूछो कि तीनों कूड़े के पहाड़ दिल के कलंक क्यों बने हुए हैं। वह कहते हैं देखो हमने तुम्हारे मनीष सिसोदिया पर एफआईआर करा दिया। भाजपा सिर्फ बहाने बना रही है और जवाबों से भाग रही है।
उन्होंने कहा कि आप लोगों से कहना चाहता हूं कि 4 तारीख को इतनी झाड़ू की बटन दबाओ कि दोबारा यह भगोड़ी पार्टी दिल्ली में चुनाव लड़ने के लिए हिम्मत ना करे। एक आखरी बात कहना चाहता हूं मार्च के महीने मं एमसीडी चुनाव होना था भाजपाइयों ने दिल्ली का सर्वे कराया, हर जगह जमानत जब्त हो रही थी। सभी भाजपा वाले अमित शाह के पास गए और बोले कि कुछ करो नहीं तो सारी पोल खुल जाएगी, सारी जमानत जब्त हो जाएगी। आपको याद होगा चुनाव आयोग ने एमसीडी चुनाव की तारीख की घोषणा के लिए प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस बुलाई थी। आधे घंटे पहले अमित शाह जी का फोन आया और चुनाव आयोग ने कहा कि तीनों निगमों का एकीकरण होगा, चुनाव नहीं होगा। भारत के इतिहास में पहली बार हुआ की चुनाव की तारीख की घोषणा के लिए प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस बुलाई लेकिन उसमें घोषणा हो रही है कि चुनाव नहीं होगा।
गोपाल राय ने कहा कि फिर सर्वे करवाया तो फिर यही आया कि भाजपा की जमानत जब्त हो रही है। फिर उन्होंने कहा दिल्ली तो जा रही है। उन्होंने क्या किया? गुजरात का चुनाव हो रहा है। गुजरात में 27 सालों से भाजपा की सरकार है। केजरीवाल ने 6 महीने पहले गुजरात में एंट्री की। भाजपा हर नेता की नजर झुकाने में लगी हुई है। हमें गर्व है अपने मुख्यमंत्री पर जिसने ऐलान किया कि मर जाऊंगा, जेल जाऊंगा लेकिन आंख मिला कर बात करूंगा और तुम से मुकाबला करूंगा। आज गुजरात में कांटे की टक्कर चल रही है। बीजेपी वालों ने कहा 5 तारीख को गुजरात का चुनाव कराओ। उससे एक दिन पहले दिल्ली एमसीडी का चुनाव कराओ। केजरीवाल दिल्ली में फंस जाएगा और गुजरात में हमारी नैया पार हो जाएगी।
उन्होंने कहा कि अरविंद केजरीवाल तो अरविंद केजरीवाल हैं। बोले दिल्ली वालों के लिए तो मैं 5 साल काम करता हूं। एमसीडी चुनाव में 5 दिन दिल्ली वाले काम करेंगे। अरविंद केजरीवाल का सिपाही बनकर आपको चुनाव लड़ना है। अगर आपको किसी भी वक्त किसी भी चीज की जरूरत पड़ती है तो गोपाल राय हर वक्त आपकी सेवा में उपलब्ध है। आम आदमी पार्टी का एक-एक कार्यकर्ता आपकी सेवा में हर वक्त उपलब्ध है।
