PWD की हर सड़क को बनाएंगे गड्ढा मुक्त: अरविंद केजरीवाल

नई दिल्ली – दिल्ली सरकार के अधिकार क्षेत्र में आने वाली 1260 किलोमीटर सड़कों को अगले कुछ दिनों में गड्ढा मुक्त करने का काम शनिवार को प्रारंभ हो गया। मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने युद्ध स्तर पर काम करने का प्लान तैयार किया है। जिसके तहत शनिवार को दिल्ली सरकार के अधिकार क्षेत्र में आने वाली सड़कों का सरकार की टीम ने मुआयना किया। इस टीम में एक विधायक के साथ पीडब्ल्यूडी के एक इंजीनियर थें। एक टीम के पास 25 किलोमीटर का दायरा है। इस दायरे में टीम सड़क के आने-जाने वाली दोनों लेन का मुआयना करेगी। जिसके बाद वह खराब सड़कों या गड्ढे के बारे में रिपोर्ट देगी। जिसके तत्काल बाद सड़क को ठीक करने का काम प्रारंभ हो जाएगा।

मुख्यमंत्री ने सुबह ट्वीट कर के बताया, दिल्ली सरकार (PWD) के आधीन दिल्ली की कुछ ही सड़कें आती है, लेकिन उनपर रोज लाखों वाहन चलते हैं। इतने बड़े स्तर पर पहली बार सड़कों का निरीक्षण हो रहा है।

कुल 1897 रिपोर्ट ऐप के जरिए दर्ज

गड्ढे या खराब सड़क की फोटो सर्वे के दौरान लेकर एप पर डाली गई। यह डाटा तैयार होते ही सड़कों को ठीक करने का काम प्रारंभ हो जाएगा। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि तीन स्थिति में सड़कें हो सकती हैं, गड्ढा हो सकता है, खराब हो सकती है या कोई काम चल रहा है। अगर किसी विभाग का काम चल रहा है तो काम पूरा होने तक का इंतजार किया जाएगा। अन्य सड़कों को ठीक करा दिया जाएगा। कुल 1897 रिपोर्ट ऐप के जरिए PWD के पास दर्ज हुए हैं. इनमें से सबसे ज्यादा संख्या गड्ढो की न हो कर, रोड खराब होने की थी (अनइवेन पैच) – 1181. कुल गड्ढों की संख्या 583 थी और अन्य विभागों के कारण सड़कों में कमियां पाई जाने पर 133 रिपोर्ट दर्ज हुई.

बरसात में हुए गड्ढे भी ठीक होंगे

दिल्ली में तमाम जगहों पर बरसात के कारण गड्ढे बन गए हैं, इस कारण लोगों को भारी परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। ऐसे गड्ढों को भी इस योजना के तहत ठीक किया जाएगा। इस बात को मुक्यमंत्री ने अपने एक ट्वीट में भी कहा, बारिश से सड़कों पर जो असर होता है उससे किसी को असुविधा न हो इसलिए ये अभियान चलाया जा रहा है।

इस अभियान के तहत दिल्ली के सीमापुरी विधानसभा क्षेत्र से आप विधायक एवं कैबिनेट मंत्री राजेंद्र पाल गौतम ने एक ट्वीट के माध्यम से जानकारी साझा करते हुए बताया कि आज उन्होंने दिल्ली सरकार के आधीन PWD सड़कों को गड्ढा मुक्त बनाने का अभियान शुरू करते हुए शाहदरा रोड डिवीजन एम 211 के अन्तर्गत आने वाली सभी सड़कों का निरीक्षण PWD के अधिकारियों से साथ किया। जहां भी गड्ढे और खराबी पाई गई उसे तुरंत ठीक कराने के निर्देश दिए।

ग्रेटर कैलाश विधायक सौरभ भरद्वाज ने सड़क निरीक्षण के दौरान एक न्यूज़ चैनल से बातचीत करते हुए दिल्ली सरकार द्वारा बनाए गए ऐप की जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि इस एप के द्वारा हम टूटी हुई सड़क की फोटो और उस जगह की एग्जैक्ट लोकेशन पीडब्ल्यूडी को भेज रहे हैं। उन्होंने बताया की पानी के कारण तारकोल की सड़क अक्सर टूट जाती है हम लोग पीडब्ल्यूडी को लोकेशन की जानकारी के साथ-साथ यह भी अपील कर रहे हैं कि जिस जगह पर पानी की समस्या के कारण सड़क टूट रही है वहां पर तारकोल की सड़क ना बनाकर कंक्रीट की सड़क बनाई जाए। सौरभ भारद्वाज ने कहा कि आज से पहले दिल्ली में इतने बड़े स्तर पर सड़कों की मरम्मत के लिए अभियान नहीं चलाया गया है उन्होंने कहा कि दिल्ली की जनता के लिए यह बेहद ही खुशी की बात है कि जल्द ही उनकी सभी सड़कें दुरुस्त कर दी जाएगी और रोजाना की जो समस्याएं जनता को झेलनी पड़ती थी उन समस्याओं से जनता को छुटकारा मिल सकेगा।

तिलक नगर से आप विधायक जरनैल सिंह ने सोशल मीडिया के माध्यम से जानकारी साझा करते हुए बताया कि आज पीडब्ल्यूडी अधिकारियों के साथ क्षेत्र की 25 किलोमीटर सड़कों का निरीक्षण किया। निरीक्षण के दौरान जिन जगहों पर गड्ढे या टूटी सड़कें नजर आई उनकी फोटो एवं लोकेशन पीडब्ल्यूडी विभाग को ऐप के माध्यम से पहुंचा दी गई है। कुछ जगहों पर गड्ढों को ठीक करने का काम शुरू हो गया है। जल्द ही तिलक नगर विधानसभा क्षेत्र में दिल्ली सरकार के अधीन आने वाली सभी सड़कों को दुरुस्त कर दिया जाएगा।

बदरपुर विधानसभा क्षेत्र से आप विधायक नारायण दत्त शर्मा ने भी अभियान के तहत पीडब्ल्यूडी अधिकारियों के साथ क्षेत्र की टूटी सड़कों का निरीक्षण किया। निरीक्षण के दौरान दुर्गा पूजा तूफान चटर्जी स्थान शक्ति विहार, मीठापुर रोड पर पाए गए गड्ढों एवं टूटी सड़कों की तस्वीरें पीडब्ल्यूडी विभाग को भेज दी गई और तुरंत प्रभाव से सड़कों की मरम्मत करने के आदेश जारी किए। नारायण दत्त शर्मा ने कहा कि दिल्ली में पहली बार ऐसी सरकार आई है जो आम आदमी की समस्याओं को समझती है और उन समस्याओं के निपटारे के लिए तत्काल प्रभाव से काम करती है।

कैबिनेट मंत्री इमरान हुसैन मैं भी अपनी विधानसभा में पीडब्ल्यूडी अधिकारियों के साथ सड़कों का मुआयना किया टूटी हुई सड़कों की फोटो और लोकेशन आपके माध्यम से पीडब्ल्यूडी विभाग तक पहुंचाई और सभी सड़कों को तुरंत प्रभाव से बनाने का आदेश जारी किया।

रोहतास नगर विधानसभा क्षेत्र से आम आदमी पार्टी की विधायिका सरिता सिंह ने ट्विटर के माध्यम से एक वीडियो जारी करते हुए बताया कि सुबह जब पीडब्ल्यूडी अधिकारी के साथ कड़कड़डूमा कोर्ट वाले रोड का दौरा किया तो एक जगह गड्ढा मिला, उस गड्ढे की फोटो और लोकेशन ऐप के माध्यम से पीडब्ल्यूडी विभाग तक पहुंचाई। निरीक्षण पूरा होने के बाद जब वापस लौट रहे थे तो वह गड्ढा पीडब्ल्यूडी विभाग द्वारा भर दिया गया था। उन्होंने कहा कि दिल्ली की जनता ने एक ईमानदार सरकार चुनी है और यह उसी का नतीजा है कि युद्ध स्तर पर दिल्ली में विकास के काम हो रहे हैं।

जंगपुरा से आप विधायक प्रवीण देशमुख ने सोशल मीडिया के माध्यम से एक वीडियो जारी करते हुए बताया कि उनकी विधानसभा में निरीक्षण के दौरान जो गड्ढे मिले उसका फोटो और लोकेशन पीडब्ल्यूडी विभाग को भेज दिया गया। खुद स्थानीय जनता ने बताया उनमें से कुछ गड्ढे तो भर दिए गए हैं और बाकी पर पीडब्ल्यूडी विभाग का काम जारी है। मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल का धन्यवाद करते हुए विधायक प्रवीण देशमुख ने कहा कि दिल्ली को वर्ल्ड क्लास सिटी बनाने में आपका सहयोग सराहनीय है।

करोल बाग विधानसभा क्षेत्र से आप विधायक विशेष रवि ने ट्विटर के माध्यम से जानकारी साझा करते हुए बताया कि दिल्ली की सड़कों को गड्ढा मुक्त बनाने के अभियान के तहत आज PWD के अधिकारियों के साथ करोल बाग़ से पहाड़ गंज तक अलग अलग सड़कों का निरीक्षण किया, और गड्ढो को ठीक करने का काम शुरु करवाया। उन्होंने कहा कि आज के निरीक्षण की सारी जानकारी पीडब्ल्यूडी विभाग को भेज दी है। दो हफ्ते मैं करोल बाग़ PWD के अंतर्गत आने वाली सभी सड़कें ठीक होगी।

New Delhi – The work of inspecting and repairing 1260 kilometers of roads that are under the jurisdiction of the Delhi government’s Public Works Department (PWD) was initiated on Saturday. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal had announced his plan to repair all PWD roads earlier this week. A team of 50 MLAs and 50 engineers were given responsibility of 25 kilometers of roads each to inspect and report any issues. Both sides of the road were inspected by this team today, based on which the PWD will now begin to repair all its roads on a war footing.

The Chief Minister tweeted in the morning, “Even though a small percentage of Delhi’s roads are under the Delhi government, lakhs of vehicles make use of them. This is the first time roads are being inspected on such a large cale.”

1897 reports received through the app

During the survey, photos of potholes or badly maintained roads were taken and shared with the department through an app. As soon as this data is compiled, the work of repairing the roads will start. The Chief Minister said that the roads may have potholes, they may be uneven or they may be in disrepair due to ongoing work of another department. If the work of another department is going on, PWD has been directed to wait for the work to complete before carrying out the repair work. The rest of the roads will be repaired immediately. A total of 1897 reports have been filed with the PWD through the app by MLAs. Surprisingly, the maximum number of reports were related to roads being uneven, and not of potholes – 1181. The total number of potholes was 583 and 133 reports were filed about cases where the deficiencies in the roads were due to other departments.

Potholes created by rainwater also be to repaired

Incessant rains have led to potholes being created in some parts of the city, because of which people are facing a lot of issues. All such potholes will also be filled. “This campaign is being launched so that no one is inconvenienced by the impact of the rain on the roads,” tweeted the chief minister.

As part of this campaign, Cabinet Minister Rajendra Pal Gautam, who is the MLA of Seemapuri shared in a tweet today that he had begun work on the campaign to make PWD roads under the Delhi government pothole-free, starting from Shahdara Road Division. “Wherever potholes and defects were found, I instructed officials to fix it immediately,” he said.

Greater Kailash MLA Saurabh Bhardwaj said “Through this app, we are sending the photos of broken roads and the exact location of that place to PWD. Tar coal roads are often broken due to rainwater so we are appealing to the PWD that they make concrete roads instead of tar coal roads. It is a matter of great pleasure for the people of Delhi that all their roads will be repaired soon and that the people would be rid of the problems they had to face everyday.

MLA from Tilak Nagar, Jarnail Singh, while sharing the information through social media, said “Today 25 kilometers of roads in the area were inspected with PWD officials. During the inspection, photos and location of the places where potholes or broken roads were seen have been delivered to the PWD department through the app. In some places the work of fixing the potholes has already started. Soon all the roads under Delhi government in Tilak Nagar assembly constituency will be repaired.”

MLA from Badarpur Assembly constituency Narayan Dutt Sharma also inspected the broken roads of the area with PWD officials as part of the campaign. During the inspection, photographs of the pits and broken roads found at Chatterjee Place, Shakti Vihar, Mithapur Road were sent to the PWD department and issued orders to repair the roads with immediate effect. Narayan Dutt Sharma said “For the first time such a government has come to Delhi which understands the problems of the common man and works with immediate effect to deal with those problems.

Cabinet Minister Imran Hussain also inspected the roads with PWD officials in his assembly, took photos and locations of the broken roads through you to the PWD department and issued orders to construct all roads with immediate effect.

MLA from Rohtas Nagar Assembly constituency Sarita Singh released a video via Twitter stating, “In the morning I inspected the Karkardooma Road and found potholes and reported it to the PWD department through the app. The people of Delhi have elected an honest government and it is a result of this that development works are being done in Delhi on a war footing.”

MLA from Jangpura, Praveen Deshmukh, released a video through social media, stating that the photo and location of the pothole found during inspection in his assembly was sent to the PWD department. The local people themselves told that some of them have been filled and the work of PWD department is going on. Thanking Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, MLA Pravin Deshmukh said, “We are happy the chief minister is working towards making Delhi a world class city.”

MLA from Karol Bagh constituency, Vishesh Ravi shared the information via Twitter and said that as part of the campaign to make the streets of Delhi pothole-free, today along with PWD officials inspected different roads from Karol Bagh to Pahar Ganj. He said, “All the roads under Karol Bagh PWD will be fine in two weeks.”
