दिल्ली में महंगे प्याज से निकलते आंसू को सीएम ने पोछा, कल से सरकार बेचेगी सस्ता प्याज

नई दिल्ली : दिल्ली सरकार ने आसमान छूती प्याज की कीमत से परेशान राजधानी वासियों को आज से दिल्ली सरकार राहत देने जा रही है। अरविंद केजरीवाल सरकार कल से 23.90 रुपये प्रति किलो के हिसाब से आम जनता को प्याज बेचेगी। सरकार के प्रारंभिक तौर पर एक लाख किलो प्याज का इंतजाम किया है। जिसे सरकार 70 विधानसभा क्षेत्र में मोबाइल वैन के माध्यम से बेचेगी। साथ ही पूरी दिल्ली में चार सौ राशन दुकानों के माध्यम से भी प्याज बेचा जाएगा। एक व्यक्ति को अधिकतम पांच किलो प्याज मिलेगा। प्याज बेचने का काम सुबह दस से शाम पांच बजे तक होगा। इसके लिए कोई भी पहचान पत्र नहीं चाहिए। कोई भी व्यक्ति प्याज खरीद सकता है। हालांकि मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने आम जनता से इमानदारी दिखाने की अपेक्षा की है। जिससे प्याज सिर्फ परिवार के इस्तेमाल के लिए खरीदा जाए।

मुख्यमंत्री केजरीवाल ने इस मामले पर ट्वीट कर कहा, हम चाहते हैं आपके प्याज़ का ज़ायका बना रहे, आपकी जेब भी हल्की न हो और ये प्याज़ आपके आंखों में आंसू भी न ले आए!

दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने शुक्रवार को कहा कि प्रेस वार्ता के दौरान इसकी घोषणा की। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रारंभिक तौर पर पांच दिनों के प्याज की खरीद केंद्र सरकार से हुई है। फिर समीक्षा होगा। अगर जरूरत पड़ी तो और प्याज की खरीद होगी। समीक्षा के बाद ही यह तय किया जाएगा कि मोबाइल वैन या दुकानों की संख्या बढ़ानी है या नहीं। उन्होंने कहा कि प्याज अभी केंद्र सरकार की तरफ से आया है। इस कारण उसे सीधा बाजार में उतारा जाएगा। आगे से क्वालिटी कंट्रोल के लिए दिल्ली सरकार के दो अधिकारी नासिक जाएंगे। वह प्याज की क्वालिटी देखकर ही माल लोड कराएंगे।

जब तक रेट कम न हो जाए, बिक्री जारी रहेगी: अरविंद केजरीवाल

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्याज की बिक्री दिल्ली सरकार तब तक करेगी, जब तक सामान्य बाजार में रेट कम न हो जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि प्याज की जमाखोरी करने वालों पर भी सरकार की नजर है। लगातार कार्रवाई चल रही है। कोई भी जमाखोरी करता है तो उसके खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई होगी। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि शनिवार से दिल्ली सरकार की तरफ से सस्ता प्याज बेचे जाने के बाद उम्मीद है कि सामान्य बाजार में भी रेट कम होंगे।

केंद्रीय मंत्री राम विलास पासवान ने कहा, दिल्ली के अलावा कुछ ही राज्यों ने केंद्र से प्याज़ खरीदने में दिलचस्पी दिखाई

पूरे देश में प्याज़ की कीमतें बढ़ती जा रही हैं। लेकिन केंद्रीय खाद्य एवं सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्री राम विलास पासवान ने कहा है कि अभी तक कुछ ही राज्यों ने केंद्र से प्याज खरीदने की दिलचस्पी दिखाई है। अभी तक सिर्फ दिल्ली, त्रिपुरा, हरियाणा और आंध्र प्रदेश की सरकारों ने केंद्र से प्याज़ खरीदकर जनता को सस्ते दामों में बेचने की पहल की है। अरविंद केजरीवाल ने सोमवार को ही एलान कर दिया था की उनकी सरकार जल्द ही दिल्ली में 23.90 प्रति किलो के हिसाब से प्याज़ अवेलेबल कराएंगे, जिससे जनता को ज्यादा परेशानी न हो।

जरूरत पड़ने पर बढ़ाए जाएंगे मोबाइल वैन

मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने कहा कि अभी की जरूरत के हिसाब से 70 मोबाइल वैन उतारे गए हैं। साथ ही चार सौ दुकानों को चुना गया है। इस तरह एक विधानसभा में पांच दुकानों पर प्याज मिलेगा। इसकी समय समय पर समीक्षा होगी। अगर जरूरत पड़ी तो दुकानों की संख्या बढ़ा दी जाएगी। साथ ही प्याज मोबाइल वैन भी बढ़ाए जाएंगे।

दिल्ली में फिलहाल खुदरा बाज़ार में प्याज़ 60-80 रुपये प्रति किलो मिल रही है। दिल्ली स्थित आजादपुर मंडी में प्याज का थोक भाव 60 रुपये प्रति किलो हो गया है, जो कि 2015 के बाद का सबसे ऊंचा स्तर है। वहीं, एशिया की सबसे बड़ी प्याज मंडी महाराष्ट्र के लासलगांव में भी प्याज 50 रुपये प्रति किलो बिकने लगी है। कारोबारियों ने बताया कि देश में प्याज का स्टॉक काफी कम है, जिसके कारण मंडियों में आवक कम हो रही है। खपत के मुकाबले आवक कम होने से प्याज की कीमत बढ़ रही है.

New Delhi: Chief minister Arvind Kejriwal on Friday announced that the Delhi government will provide relief to the people of Delhi from high prices of onions in the market. The Delhi government will sell onions to the general public from Saturday at Rs 23.90 per kg. The government has made arrangements for 100 metric tonnes or 1 lakh KG of onions, which the government will sell through mobile vans in 70 assembly constituencies and through 400 fair price shops all over Delhi.

Sharing the details of the Delhi government’s measure, he said, “Each person will be entitled to a maximum of five kilograms of onion. The onion sale points will operate between 10 am and 5 pm and no ID will be required for purchasing onion from these points. I hope that the people will be honest and only purchase onions for family use.”

“We have been witnessing a continuous rise in the prices of onions, with retail prices going as high as 60-80 rupees per kilogram in Delhi. To bring the prices under control, the Delhi government has decided to procure onions from the Central Buffer Stock Exchange through NAFED and sell it at a retail price of 23.90 rupees per kilogram, starting tomorrow,” said the Chief Minister.

Briefing the media about the scheme, the Chief Minister said, “We will procure 1 lakh kilogram of onions from the center daily for the first five days. We will decide on the further requisition based on the sale and consumption of onions in these five days. We will continue with this move till the prices of onions are stabilized.”

Speaking on the number of fair price shops and mobile vans, the Chief Minister said that based on the demand of onions per constituency, the government will determine the requirement of positioning more fair price shops and mobile vans in the city.

Hon’ble Minister of Food and Supplies Imran Khan and Price Stabilization Fund Committee under the Chairmanship of Chief Secretary will supervise the implementation of the move. Delhi State Civil Supplies Corporation (DSCSC) Limited will be heading the charge of procurement of onions from NAFED and distribution to the fair price shops and mobile vans in each constituency.

The Delhi government will also send a team of two officials to Nasik, Maharashtra, to ensure that the quality of onions supplied in Delhi is saleable and to conduct a pre-dispatch inspection of onion stocks.

There has been a sudden spurt in the retail prices of onions from 28 rupees per kg on 16 August, 2019 to 60 rupees per kg since 24 September, 2019. There has been an increase in the wholesale prices of onions in Maharashtra. The supply of onions in Delhi has reduced by 16.3% in August, 2019. The prices all across the country have risen to a four-year high.
