एक प्रेस वार्ता को संबोधित करते हुए आम आदमी पार्टी के केरला प्रदेश प्रभारी एवं मालवीय नगर विधायक सोमनाथ भारती ने प्रेस वार्ता को संबोधित करते हुए बताया कि पार्टी ने तुरंत प्रभाव से केरला संयोजक श्री सी आर नीलकन्दन को पार्टी की स्थाई सदस्यता से बर्खास्त कर दिया है ।
सोमनाथ भारती ने बताया कि 18 अप्रैल 2019 को केरला संयोजक नीलकन्दन ने बिना पार्टी के संज्ञान के और बिना किसी को सूचित किए, एक प्रेस वार्ता के माध्यम से केरला में कांग्रेस पार्टी को समर्थन करने का एलान कर दिया था। उन्होंने बताया कि नीलकंदन ने यह ऐलान व्यक्तिगत तौर पर किया था, इससे पार्टी का कोई लेना देना नहीं है। पार्टी के किसी भी नेता को संज्ञान में लिए बिना अपनी मर्जी से नीलकंदन ने यह प्रेस वार्ता कर, एलान किया था।
पार्टी की पॉलीटिकल अफेयर्स कमेटी ने नीलकन्दन के इस गैर जिम्मेदाराना हरकत के लिए तुरंत प्रभाव से उनको बर्खास्त करने के साथ-साथ यह फैसला लिया है, कि पार्टी केरला में बिना किसी शर्त के एलडीएफ प्रत्याशीयों को समर्थन देगी। पार्टी ने श्री नीलकंदन को कारण बताओ पत्र भेजा लेकिन श्री नीलकंदन का स्पष्टीकरण असंतोषजनक रहा उसके बाद ही पार्टी के पॉलीटिकल अफेयर्स कमिटी ने अपना फैसला सुनाया।
प्रेस वार्ता में मौजूद नीलोत्पल बासु पोलित ब्यूरो मेम्बर सीपीआईएम, ने कहा कि केरला में आम आदमी पार्टी ने जो एलडीएफ को बिना किसी शर्त के समर्थन देने का फैसला लिया है, मैं उसके लिए आम आदमी पार्टी को धन्यवाद देता हूं।
उन्होंने कहा कि देश के अलग-अलग हिस्सों में हमारा चुनाव लड़ने का केवल एक ही मकसद है, कि भारतीय जनता पार्टी को हराया जा सके। इसके लिए हमने अलग-अलग प्रदेशों में प्रदेश की परिस्थितियों के अनुसार अपनी रणनीतियां तैयार की है। इन सभी रणनीतियों का केवल एक ही मकसद है कि भाजपा द्वारा जो देश में ध्रुवीकरण किया जा रहा है, और देश के संविधान के हनन की जो कोशिश की जा रही है, उसको रोका जा सके और भाजपा की तानाशाही से देश को बचाया जा सके। सोमनाथ भारती ने पत्रकारों को बताया कि भाजपा और मोदी जी को हराने के लिए आम आदमी पार्टी का भी हर राज्य को लेकर अलग अलग चुनावी नीतियां है।
नीलोत्पल बसु ने कहा कि दिल्ली में किस प्रकार से हमारी पार्टी आम आदमी पार्टी को सपोर्ट कर सकती है, उस पर हम रणनीतियां तैयार कर रहे हैं, और निश्चित तौर पर दिल्ली में भी हम जनता के बीच जाकर प्रचार करेंगे और जनता को समझाने का काम करेंगे।
अंत में सोमनाथ भारती ने बताया की जब तक केरला के संयोजक पद के लिए किसी जिम्मेदार व्यक्ति की नियुक्ति का ऐलान नहीं किया जाता, तब तक प्रदेश सचिव तुफैल पी.टी. केरला के संयोजक का कार्यभार संभालेंगे।
Aam Aadmi Party suspends Mr CR neelakandan convenor Aam Aadmi Party Kerala with immediate effect
New Delhi 20th April 2019
Mr. Somnath Bharti, incharge Aam Aadmi Party Kerala and MLA Malviya Nagar and Mr Nilotpal Basu member polit bureau CPI M held a joint press conference at the headquarter of Aam Aadmi Party in Delhi.
Mr. Bharti informed that Aam Aadmi Party has suspended Mr Neelakandan, Aam Aadmi Party Kerala convener from primary membership of the party with immediate effect.
He further informed that on 18th of April 2019, Kerala convener unilaterally and with no authority and without approval of political affairs committee, the highest decision making body of Aam Aadmi Party, held a Press Conference in Kerala and had announced unconditional and unilateral support to candidates of Congress Party in Loksabha election 2019. Mr Bharti informed that Mr Neelakandan had done this announcement only in his personal capacity and party had nothing to do with the same. No central leader of the party was consulted by him before this announcement.
In view of the above, Mr neelakandan was served a show Cause Notice response of which was found to be severely unsatisfactorily after which party’s political affairs committee assessed the entire sequence of affairs and found this act of Mr Neelakandan an act of gross indiscipline and hence decided to suspend his primary membership of the party with immediate effect.
PAC further decided to extend unconditional support to candidates of LDF in Kerala.
Mr Nilotpal Basu member polit bureau CPI M thanked AAP and Sri Arvind Kejriwal on behalf of his party for their decision to support candidates of ldf unconditionally.
He further said that only objective of his party in Lok Sabha 2019 election is to defeat Bharatiya Janata Party and informed that his party has strategized differently in different states across the nation but motive everywhere remains the same. He criticized the BJP to opt for communal polarization rather than works to win 2019 loksabha election and said that BJP is all out to destroy the constitutional values and hence everybody in the nation must do their bit to save India from dictatorship of Bharatiya Janata Party and Mr Modi. Mr Somnath Bharti also informed the media that to defeat Bhartiya Janta Party and Mr Modi Aam Aadmi Party has prepared different election strategies for different states and for Kerala the adopted election strategy to defeat BJP is to support ldf unconditionally.
Mr Basu informed that his party is preparing a strategy to solidify its support to AAP in Delhi in Lok Sabha election scheduled for 12th of May. He further informed that they will also go to the people of Delhi to campaign for AAP.
Towards the end Mr Somnath Bharti informed that till a suitable person is found to be appointed as Aam Aadmi Party Kerala convener, party secretary Mr PT Tufail will work as acting convenor of AAP Kerala.
