शनिवार, दोपहर पत्रकारों से बात चीत करते हुए दक्षिणी दिल्ली से आप लोकसभा प्रभारी राघव चड्ढा ने कहा कि सिग्नेचर ब्रिज के उद्घाटन वाले भाजपा के सांसद एवं दिल्ली प्रदेश अध्यक्ष मनोज तिवारी ने अपने सैकड़ो गुंडों के साथ सरकारी कार्यक्रम में आकर तोड़फोड़ की, कुर्सियां तोड़ी, होर्डिंग्स फाड़े, मुख्यमंत्री अरविन्द केजरीवाल और मंच पर बैठे अन्य मंत्री गण पर पानी की बोतले फेंकी, वहां मौजूद पुलिस अधिकारीयों के साथ गाली-गलोच की, थप्पड़ मारा, और गिरेबान पकड़ा! ये सारी घटनाए सभी मीडिया चैनलों के कैमरे में कैद हुई, सभी मीडिया चेनलों ने टीवी पर इसको दिखाया! लेकिन ये बड़ी ही शर्मनाक बात है की आज मनोज तिवारी पर FIR दर्ज करने की बजाए उल्टा दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज कर ली गई! अर्थात जिसने हमला किया उसे छोड़ दिया गया, और जिसपर हमला हुआ उसी पर FIR दर्ज कर ली गई!

एक तरफ दिल्ली की जनता द्वारा चुने हुए लोकप्रिय मुख्यमंत्री अरविन्द केजरीवाल हैं, जो कि अगर दिल्ली पुलिस का कोई भी कर्मचारी शहीद होता है तो उसके परिवार को 1 करोड़ रूपए की सहायता राशी देने का काम करते हैं! और एक तरफ भाजपा के नेता जो पुलिस अधिकारीयों को पीटते हैं, उनको गन्दी गन्दी गलियां देते हैं, गाल पर थप्पड़ रसीद करते हैं! लेकिन बवजूद उसके दिल्ली की पुलिस बेशर्मो की तरह भाजपा के साथ कड़ी नज़र आती है! ऐसा लगता है कि दिल्ली की पुलिस ने पेंट के नीचे खाकी निक्कर पहन रखा है, और पुलिस जनता के लिए नहीं बल्कि भाजपा के नेताओ के लिए काम कर रही है!

राघव चड्ढा ने बताया की लाख कोशिश के बावजूद भी जब हमारी शिकायत दिल्ली पुलिस ने नहीं दर्ज की तो मजबूरन कल आम आदमी पार्टी के नेताओ का एक डेलिगेशन दिल्ली पुलिस कमिश्नर से मुलाकात करने गया! हमने पुलिस कमिश्नर के समक्ष अपने वक्तव्य रखे, की किस प्रकार से दिल्ली पुलिस केवल ईमेल के माध्यम से ही भाजपा सांसद मनोज तिवारी की FIR दर्ज कर लेती हैं, और हमारी लाख कोशिश के बावजूद भी हमारी FIR दर्ज नहीं की जाती! इसपर कमिश्नर साहब का बड़ा ही चौकाने वाला बयान आया कि, हमने जो फुटेज देखे है उनमे कही भी ऐसा नहीं दिखाई दे रहा की मनोज तिवारी ने किसी पुलिस अधिकारी पर हाथ उठाया है, या उनके साथ कोई बत्तमीजी की है! और उससे भी बड़ी चुकानी वाली बात उन्होंने ये कही की वो पुलिस अधिकारी भी इस बात को स्वीकार कर रहे है की उनके साथ किसी भी प्रकार की कोई बत्तमीजी नहीं हुई है! दुनिया भर के साक्ष्य मौजूद होने के बावजूद दिल्ली पुलिस कमिश्नर का ये बयान बड़ा ही हास्यास्पद है, जिसमे एक साधारण वियक्ति को भी दिखाई दे रहा है कि मनोज तिवारी पुलिस अधिकारी को पीट रहे हैं, परन्तु पुलिस कमिश्नर को ये दिखाई नहीं दे रहा!
ये कोई पहले बार नहीं दिल्ली पुलिस और भाजपा ने मिलकर आम आदमी पार्टी के खिलाफ षड्यंत्र नहीं किया है! इससे पहले भी दर्जनों बार भाजपा ने हमारे खिलाफ षड्यंत्र किये हैं! हर बार न्यायालय में जाकर इनको मुह की खानी पड़ी है! और हमें पूरा यकीन है कि इस केस में भी भारतीय जनता पार्टी और दिल्ली की पुलिस को हार का सामना करना पड़ेगा! हम पुरजोर तरीके से कोर्ट में इस अन्याय के खिलाफ लड़ेंगे!

हमारी लड़ाई तो ज़ारी रहेगी पर सवाल ये उठता है कि क्या दिल्ली पुलिस के नियम और कानून भाजपा के लिए अलग और दिल्ली की जनता के लिए अलग हैं! जहाँ एक और भाजपा संसद के ईमेल पर दिल्ली पुलिस ने FIR दर्ज कर ली, वही सवाल ये उठता है की दिल्ली के चुने हुए मुख्यमंत्री अरविन्द केजरीवाल जब मंच से भाषण दे रहे थे, उस समय मनोज तिवारी और उनके गुंडों ने मुख्यमंत्री पर बोतलें फेंकी, उन बोतलों में एसिड भी हो सकता था, किसी की जान भी जा सकती थी! क्या एक चुने हुए मुख्यमंत्री की सुरक्षा करना दिल्ली की पुलिस की जिम्मेदारी नहीं है! क्या किसी भी व्यक्ति को एक सरकारी कार्यकर्म में अपने कुछ गुंडों के साथ बिना किसी रोक टोक के घुसने की आज़ादी है!

प्रेस वार्ता में मौजूद पार्टी की पूर्वी दिल्ली से लोकसभा प्रभारी आतिशी ने कहा सिग्नेचर ब्रिज के उद्घाटन वाले दिन मनोज तिवारी और उनके गुंडों ने जो अलोकतांत्रिक और अमानवीय कृत्य किया उसके बाद हमने एक प्रेस कोंफेरेंस के माध्यम से कहा था कि अब ये दिल्ली पुलिस का इम्तिहान है की वो किस पर पहली FIR करती है! मनोज तिवारी के उन गुंडों पर जिन्होंने सरकारी कार्यक्रम में आकर तोड़फोड़ की, मनोज तिवारी पर जिनसे पुलिस अधिकारी के साथ मारपीट की, या एक बार फिर अपने आकाओं के कहने पर दिल्ली की पुलिस फिरसे झूठे और फर्जी केस में आम आदमी पार्टी के नेताओ को फ़साने का काम करेगी! अंततः वही हुआ जिसका डर था! दिल्ली के पुलिस ने मनोज तिवारी और उनके गुंडों पर केस न करके उल्टा दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविन्द केजरीवाल के खिलाफ ही केस दर्ज कर डाला!

प्रेस वार्ता में उन्होंने एक विडिओ दिखाया जिसमे भाजपा सांसद मनोज तिवारी के गुंडे सरे आम कुर्सियों को तोड़ते हुए, और होर्डिंग्स को फाड़ते हुए साफ साफ़ दिखाई दे रहे हैं! उन्होंने बताया की ये विडिओ दोपहर 3 बजे का है जब वहाँ न तो मुख्यमंत्री थे और न ही अन्य कोई मंत्री था! तो साल ये उठता है की जब कार्यकर्म का समय 4 बजे का था तो मनोज तिवारी 3 बजे वहां क्या करने गए थे! एक और विडिओ दिखाते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि इस विडिओ में साफ तौर पर देखा जा सकता है कि किस प्रकार से मनोज तिवारी के गुंडे मुख्यमंत्री अरविन्द केजरीवाल पर पानी की बोतले, पत्थर और न जाने क्या क्या फेंक रहे हैं! एक और अन्य विडिओ दिखाते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि इस विडिओ में साफ तौर पर देखा जा सकता है कि पुलिस अधिकारी मनोज तिवारी को मंच पर चढ़ने से रोक रहे थे पर सांसद मनोज तिवारी जबरदस्ती मंच पर चढ़ने की कोशिश कर रहे है! इन सब साक्ष्यों के बावजूद भी दिल्ली पुलिस का मनोज तिवारी और उनके गुंडों के खिलाफ FIR न दर्ज करना और ये कहना की साक्ष्य ठीक नहीं है, पुलिस की निष्पक्षता पर प्रश्न चिन्ह लगाता है!

प्रधान मंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल पर निशाना साधते हुए आतिशी ने कहा कि आज प्रधानमंत्री और उपराज्यपाल को बताना पड़ेगा की आखिर वो अरविन्द केजरीवाल से इतना डरते क्यों हैं! क्यों आप बार बार अरविन्द केजरीवाल के खिलाफ षड्यंत्र रचने का काम करते हो! और ये बात इस प्रकार से साबित होती है कि सरे साक्ष्य मौजूद होने के बावजूद भी दिल्ली पुलिस उन गुंडों पर FIR दर्ज नहीं करती जिन्होंने मुख्यमंत्री अरविन्द केजरीवाल पर हमला किया, बल्कि उल्टा अरविन्द केजरीवाल पर ही FIR दर्ज कर देती है, जिस पर हमला किया गया!

Shocking abuse of power as Delhi Police fails to register FIR against BJP MP and BJP Delhi chief for inciting violence at inauguration of Delhi’s Signature Bridge on 4th November, 2018. Situation has become even more ridiculous as not only has the police failed to lodge an FIR against him despite video graphic evidence of him instigating a mob, assaulting police officers on duty and trying to sabotage a public event in a premeditated attack, they have instead filed an FIR against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. AAP South Delhi Lok Sabha Incharge Raghav Chadha along with AAP East Delhi Lok Sabha Incharge Atishi addressed a press conference on the same today at the party office.

*WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED AT THE INAUGURATION OF SIGNATURE BRIDGE*
There is no doubt that the violence and ruckus created at the inauguration of the Signature Bridge was a premeditated attack as on the day of the event, Manoj Tiwari and accompanying mob arrived at the venue early, surrounded the stage from all sides, started vandalizing the hoardings, started sloganeering and create a climate of fear and physically attacked ACP and DCP level police officers on duty. When Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and his council of ministers came on the stage, the hoodlooms accompanying Manoj Tiwari started sloganeering and throwing bottles and ink onto the stage.

Yesterday, a delegation led by AAP Rajya Sabha MP ND Gupta, Burari MLA Sanjeev Jha and Raghav Chadha met with the Commissioner of to lodge a written complaint against Tiwari. They argued as to why Police had not yet lodged an FIR despite video graphic evidence of assault against police officers by Manoj Tiwari. In a shocking reply, the Commissioner said that it was unclear from the video whether Tiwari was assaulting or was it accidental due to pushing among the crowd. He added that the respective police officers who have been seen getting assaulted have given their statements that they were in fact not manhandled by the BJP leader. To this Raghav Chadha retorted, “One can clearly see Manoj Tiwari holding the police officer by his collar, did he do that put a gold chain around his neck? While we can clearly see him slapping and punching police officers, was instead he applying Haldi paste on him?”

In the most shameless act by Delhi Police, not only have they not lodged a complaint against Manoj Tiwari, they have instead lodged an FIR against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal based on an email sent by Tiwari by blinding pasting the sections as mentioned by him according to his will.

More than a dozen fake cases against AAP leaders have fallen flat on their faces and the courts have reprimanded the Delhi police for motivated cases against AAP. This FIR will face the same fate and find its way to the trash cap. AAP is determined and certain to win against these malicious cases and prepared to go the highest court for justice.

Raghav said, “While Arvind Kejriwal’s Delhi government gives a compensation of 1crore rupees to the family of any police officer who loses his life in line of duty, on the other hand BJP hood looms and leaders insult, assault and throw punches at senior police officers and enjoy impunity. If the police department won’t even stand by its own people in order to safeguard BJP interests, how can the common man expect any justice?”

He also added “Bottles thrown by BJP hood looms at the Chief Minister and his council of ministers could have contained acid or any such inflammatory substance or could have been glass bottles, who would have been held responsible for that? Is the safety of Delhi Chief Minister not a duty of the Delhi Police? How can they allow such serious breach of security against a sitting Chief Minister? Police has fallen so low that they are acting like a front runner for BJP’s agenda.”

Adding to that, AAP leader Atishi said,” It is to be seen now if Delhi Police will lodge an FIR against Manoj Tiwari and his mob against whom there is video graphic evidence of clear intent of violence or will it be swift in acting upon to its political master’s orders and file and FIR against Amanataulla Khan who acted in defense and against Arvind Kejriwal who was in fact the victim”.
