अपने जनसंवाद यात्रा के 9वें दिन आम आदमी पार्टी ने हरिनगर विधानसभा में जनसंवाद किया। दिल्ली प्रदेश संयोजक गोपाल राय के नेतृत्व में की जा रही यह जनसंवाद यात्रा 1 सितंबर से दिल्ली की 70 विधानसभाओं में अलग-अलग दिन आयोजित की जा रही है जो अगले महीने की 3 तारीख तक नियमित रूप से चलेगी।

आज की जनसंवाद दिल्ली की बिजली व्यवस्था पर केन्द्रित थी। जिसमें विधायक जगदीप सिंह के अलावा सैकड़ों की संख्या में हरिनगर विधानसभा क्षेत्र के निवासियों ने हिस्सा लिया।

गोपाल राय ने दिल्ली की जनता को मिलने वाली बिजली पर विस्तृत चर्चा की। सबसे पहले उन्होंने याद दिलाया कि दिल्ली के लोगों को कभी अपने घरों में इनवर्टर रखना पड़ता था लेकिन आज वह इनवर्टर गैरज़रूरी हो गया है क्योंकि अब चौबीसों घंटे बिजली की सुविधा उपलब्ध है। उन्होंने कहा कि सभा के बाद जब घर जाइए तो पता लगाइए कि भाजपा और कांग्रेस के जमाने में जिस इनवर्टर के बिना जीना मुश्किल था वह कहाँ है?

उन्होंने बताया कि आम आदमी पार्टी से पहले 15 साल लगातार कांग्रेस और उससे पहले 5 साल भाजपा की सरकार थी लेकिन दोनों में से किसी ने भी बढ़ते बिजली के बिल को लेकर गंभीरता नहीं दिखाई। उन्होंने सरकारों की सह पर बिजली कंपनियों द्वारा की जाने वाली लूट और उसके खिलाफ केजरीवाल द्वारा किए गए आंदोलन को लोगों के बीच रखा।

हरिनगर निवासी मोहन सिंह ने बताया कि अब दिल्ली में बिजली बिल हाफ नहीं बल्कि पूरा माफ हो गया है। पिछले एक अगस्त से दिल्ली में 200 यूनिट तक कि बिजली पूरी तरह से फ्री है। यही नहीं बल्कि 200 से 400 यूनिट तक की बिजली के बिल में 50 प्रतिशत की छूट भी है। उन्होंने बताया कि दिल्ली में बिजली दर देश भर में सबसे कम है।

गोपाल राय ने कहा कि कुछ लोग आज-कल पार्कों में घूम-घूम कर यह कह रहे हैं कि अगर ऊपर-नीचे और बीच में एक ही पार्टी की सरकार हो जाये तो झकड़े खत्म हो जाएंगे और जनता का काम ज्यादा होगा। ऐसे लोगों से प्यार से एक बार ज़रूर पूछिए कि कौन से काम होंगे? हमारे बगल में एक तरफ हरियाणा है तो दूसरी तरफ उत्तर प्रदेश है। दोनों जगहों पर ऊपर-नीचे और बीच में एक ही पार्टी की सरकार है। वहाँ बिजली, पानी और स्कूल की क्या हालत है वो आपसे छुपी नहीं है। पिछले दिनों उत्तर प्रदेश में फिर से बिजली बिल में 12 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि कर दी गयी। गोपाल राय ने लोगों से सवाल किया कि क्या आप ऊपर-नीचे और बीच में एक ही पार्टी को लाकर दिल्ली को हरियाणा और उत्तर प्रदेश जैसा बनाएंगे? लोगों ने एक सूर में जवाब दिया-नहीं।

कार्यक्रम के दौरान हरिनगर विधानसभा क्षेत्र में 30 मंडल प्रभारियों को नियुक्ति पत्र सौंपे गए। साथ ही बहुत सारे लोगों ने पार्टी की सदस्यता भी ग्रहण की।

He told that before the Aam Aadmi Party the Congress was in the government for 15 consecutive years and the BJP for 5 years before that, but neither of them showed any seriousness about the rising electricity bill. He kept the loot by the power companies on the co-operation of the governments and the agitation by Kejriwal against it among the people.

Mohan Singh, a resident of Harinagar, said that now the electricity bill in Delhi is not half but completely free. In Delhi, up to 200 units of electricity have been completely free since last August. Not only this, there is also a 50 percent rebate in electricity bills ranging from 200 to 400 units. He informed that the electricity rate in Delhi is the lowest in the country.

Gopal Rai said that some people are roaming around in the parks these days, saying that if there is a single party government up and down and in between, then the clashes will be over and the work of the people will be more. In love with such people, definitely ask what work will be done? Next to us is Haryana on one side and Uttar Pradesh on the other side. In both places, there is a government of the same party from top to bottom and in the middle. What is the condition of electricity, water and school there is not hidden from you.Recently, the electricity bill was again increased by 12 percent in Uttar Pradesh. Gopal Rai asked people whether you will make Delhi like Haryana and Uttar Pradesh by bringing a single party up and down. People responded strongly – no.

During the program, appointment letters were handed over to 30 Mandal Prabhari in Harinagar assembly constituency. At the same time, many people also took membership of the party.
